"Il Fortino" quest'anno ha reso tutto più speciale con le sue bellissime decorazioni natalizie. Il locale è super accogliente, il servizio è sempre gentile e il cibo è davvero ottimo. Perfetto per un pranzo rilassato, con piatti sempre buoni e un’atmosfera piacevole.

We were scared when reading other reviews and told the waiter about it. He understood and said we should have a good time. We took the Lemons spaghetti with scampi for all 5 of us (incl 3 kids). Slightly too salty according to our tastes. Service was excellent (restaurant was not to busy when we visited) and ambiance was great. One of the nicest terrace we have seen in the center. Long story short, other reviews are kind of rude. You wont get a nice dinner for two in a premium spot for 10eur.. Enjoy

Sono stata giusto l'altra sera in questo locale,personale gentile,soprattutto il proprietario che è sempre molto attento a tutti i tavoli. Ho apprezzato molto il polpo con tartufo e il gambero rosso con stracciatella di bufala. Forse un pochino scarse le porzioni,tranne il fritto che era abbondante e perfetto. Due antipasti,due secondi sempre di pesce,più una bottiglia di vino,amaro e caffè in totale 216,00 euro. Prezzo abbastanza elevato,ma siamo a forte dei marmi e abbiamo mangiato comuqnue dei piatti molto curati,ecco l'unico appunto sono le porzioni un pochino scarse. Per il resto lo consiglio.

La posizione è molto centrale, Il cibo era saporito ma i vini era imbevibile, poi i prezzi un po' troppo cari (anche se siamo a Forte dei Marmi).

Ristorantino dallo stile chic in centro. Piatti vari e particolari, gusto ottimo. Sedute molto comode. Lati negativi: prezzi abbastanza alti (anche se nella norma a Forte dei Marmi) e personale che non ti considera molto ma preferisce dare spazio ai clienti fissi.

Era di sabato sera, ristorante zeppo di gente come tutti i ristoranti di Forte durante il week-end. Ci siamo accomodati all'esterno. Ambiente molto rumoroso, servizio molto lento. Rapporto qualità/prezzo assolutamente non adeguato. I tagliolini all'uovo con tartufo di stagione non erano male. Orata alla brace con verdure e patate...beh il pesce si era asciugato troppo ed è diventato stopposo. La Tagliata di filetto di manzo all'olio di dragoncello, aceto balsamico e verdure croccanti: carne di ottima qualità e ben cotta, peccato che era davvero annegata in un mare di olio. Pagare poi una bottiglia de "Il Bruciato" 70 € lo ritengo un furto. Capisco il ricarico ma.....

Tried this restaurant after a recommendation from my colleagues, the atmosphere outdoor is nice the staff were friendly, but the food expectation way below what I thought. The over food exprenice wasn't that great .tried some fish and calamari which was a bit fishy , but hands for the best pizza in forti that's the only reason I raised the bar and gave them a 3star. The pizza is really delicious, crusty,thin ,light . Tried both margarita & truffle. If your visiting soon I.would definitely recommend the pizza and the potato crisps only.

Nice terrace but not worth it. Went there for a quick lunch, fourth people. The terrace outside is very cozy and well furnished (e.g. They have Richard Ginory plates). Our disappointment was regarding the value for money - we spent quite a lot for what we ordered and the overall food quality. However, price are in line with Forte dei Marmi.

2 piatti di pasta alle arselle con solo l’acqua naturale 83€, ok che siamo al forte, ok che siamo in piazza ma 83€ per una pasta che a 1/4 del prezzo la mangi molto ma molto più buona e veramente assurdo. Il bagno minuscolo (informazione utile magari per mamme o disabili). Sconsigliato.

Costoso. Incredibilmente costoso. 107 euro per: pizza, un bicchiere di vino, una bottiglietta di Coca-Cola, pasta normale, torta semifreddo e caffè espresso. Penso che sia troppo. Il cibo è ordinario, senza fronzoli. Non vale i soldi spesi. L'unico aspetto positivo era che la stufa a gas funzionava e la sera faceva freddo.

Che pietà… servizio scadentissimo, 30 minuti per farsi portare un bicchiere di vino, altri 20 per la bottiglia…. Una vergogna veramente, tra le esperienze peggiori mai accadute. Tutto ciò accompagnato da un prezzo antipasto, primo piatto e dolce superiore alle 100 euro a persona.

They were very slow and unprofessional, especially considering how expensive this place is. I definitely do not recommend it — not for tourists or anyone else. Sono stata in questo locale con il mio fidanzato. Premetto che ci piace andare a mangiare in locali dove si spende un po’ di più purché il cibo sia buono e di qualità. Purtroppo questa esperienza è stata negativa. In quanto al rapporto qualità/ prezzo o in questo caso “quantità” prezzo non ci ha assolutamente soddisfatto, la qualità del cibo era nella media per quanto riguarda questo tipo di ristoranti e il prezzo per i singoli piatti decisamente sproporzionati, il servizio disattento. Oltre a questo non ci hanno neanche chiesto se volevamo sederci dentro, costretti a mangiare in una veranda dove per poter andare in bagno bisognava uscire (quel giorno pioveva).

Il classico “Vorrei ma non posso” Porzioni che sembrano assaggi.

The service is terrible. It took a long time and we had to ask 4-5 times for someone to take our order. Staff run around and seem stressed - and quite angry if you try ask for Something. We ordered the crab, which was priced ok weight. They didn’t tell us how much it weighed. It cost €150 for a basic salad and two crab legs. It was nice, but a total rip off. The prices are high and portions low, and quality not close to warrant the cost. There were also a lot of children watching tablets on loud - which doesn’t create a nice atmosphere - let alone one that warrants Michelin prices … I’d recommend going absolutely anywhere else.

The absolute low point was the so-called sommelier. He recommended a wine, which we agreed to – but instead of simply serving it, he helped himself to a glass without asking and drank with us. I’ve never experienced anything like this in any restaurant and found it incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. It felt more like a private tasting session for the staff – at our expense. To top it off, the wine was also listed at a higher price on the bill than what we were originally told. Unacceptable behavior, poor service, and shady billing practices – we will definitely not be coming back.

Tourist trap. OVERPRICED ..bad service and mediocre food. For example a pizza is 40 euro. But you will pay at least 200 euro per person for a simple restuarant! Guests are mostly naieve foreigners which are shocked by the bill

We read the reviews and decided to give it a chance because we don’t mind paying high prices if the food is good. Food was good, but when the bill came they couldn’t justify the price of a dish and they completely made it up. Be careful and make sure to ask for final prices specially the ones that are measured by kilo. What we had to pay was ridiculous!!!

Food is ok but nothing special. Service is inattentive and lacks attention to detail. We ordered a beef tartare with a quail egg which came without the quail egg. They didn’t tell us that they ran out of quail eggs before they served it with missing ingredients nor did they mention anything until we enquired. Our waitress was very rude to my son who struggled to understand what she asked him. So many miscommunications and subtle arrogance throughout and this is from a customer who speaks fluent Italian.

Worst service and arrogant cooks. Ordered a steak for 3 persons and first of all the steak was fully burned. Second we ordered 1.2 kg of the steak and on the bill we had to pay for a 1.8kg steak. When we told them we didn’t ordered the 1.8kg steak, the cook cursed in Italian like we didn’t understand it. They made us pay 40€ more than we had ordered. The price is way too much for what you get. Some beans, squid and olive oil as an appetizer costs 40€.

The kitchen is actually quite alright food is fresh and it is cooked and plated with regard. However the table service is HORRIBLE! Please avoid visiting this restaurant until the owner notices that his staff does not know their job. I’ve never seen a waiter serving your food while chewing gum with an open mouth! Everything has to asked twice or three times before it arrives and in general the staff reacts very hostile to any request of the guest. Especially for the price they are asking on their menu this is not acceptable.
