La Perla Ionica Via Gattico Reviews
Very good pizza and lots of choice! Must try!
Not much to say, the best pizza in the entire area. Exceptional!
Friendly staff and excellent food, a guarantee when I have dinner at my brother's house
I've had takeout pizza from this pizzeria a couple of times, and I must say I was more than satisfied. I can also say that I've only ever had pizza this good in Naples...
We had dinner this evening with friends. The pizza was exceptional, good, full-bodied, and flavorful. The girl was very kind and professional. The desserts were also very good. Highly recommended.
The only pizzeria in the entire area that has proven to be the absolute best because the ingredients are top-quality, the dough is well-made, very digestible, and unmatched (you can eat it every day and be satisfied 🙂)… I can't help but mention the pizza chef, who always generously tops it with a generous amount of toppings. Five stars well-deserved. A pizza like this can only make a great impression! CONGRATULATIONS
Nice pizza! Proschutte is very tasty
The best pizza I've eaten in Torino, plus they have some very good beers. The place is small and in a quiet part of town, but don't let that put you off. Unusually for Italy (and I say that as someone who grew up here and loves the place), the staff are polite, friendly and easy to deal with . They're also very good at their job and the eating environment is peaceful and quiet (another rarity in Italy). I was *so* disappointed during my recent business trip that they were closed for their summer holiday (w/c 16th July) and I couldn't bring more business their way by visiting with some colleagues. Note that they're closed on Monday's. I certainly don't begrudge them their holiday though! Buone ferie e alla prossima. If eating, here I'd recommend ringing ahead just to make sure they're open as I've yet to find a decent alternative nearby.
I stumbled upon this place by chance; it's very clean and the staff are polite. The pizza is thin and easy to digest. I'd say I'm more than satisfied for a place I stumbled upon by chance. The only downside was that there were no desserts. I tried the panna cotta, but unfortunately it wasn't there; sorbet was better.
I went there once and had a wonderful paella. I'd like to point out to everyone who's left negative reviews that this place isn't nice. It's fair to be able to freely comment on your experience, and if you didn't enjoy it, it's not worth posting destructive comments.
Evening with friends for pizza, terrible experience. I'm sorry to say, I don't recommend it. We ordered two inedible farinatas, dry and tasteless. We opted for a pizza tour, but it was a terrible idea: the pizza was undercooked and rubbery. We paid a lot for almost nothing.
We went for dinner, and I personally didn't like it. But first, I want to say what I liked and recommend: the farinata, the fries and spaghetti allo scoglio, and the steak. I didn't like several things, including the frozen and poorly cooked swordfish, the pizza, the incredibly high prices on the menu considering the restaurant and location, and finally, I didn't like the waiter's constant, obsessive presence near our table! Maybe it was because we were the only customers in the restaurant, but we couldn't talk for a moment without the waiter staring at us, half-hidden, in the doorway. It was truly embarrassing. Always there, you couldn't even badmouth the place in peace! In conclusion, 2 stars, but only as an encouragement.
A very negative experience. It was an end-of-year pizza party for elementary school students, which was supposed to be a celebration for children and families. The agreed-upon price was increased at the last minute without explanation, resulting in a difference of a whopping €90. Furthermore, there was an error in the seating count, and six people had to eat sitting on the steps, in unacceptable conditions. We returned the next day to ask for clarification in a civilized manner, but were verbally assaulted by the owner, who was arrogant and rude. Unacceptable behavior and terrible management. Highly discouraged.
Never again in my life!! They made a menu per person (classy pizza) and made us pay more. Not satisfied, there were no seats and some of us sat outside on the sidewalk to eat pizza in a box, it wouldn't have been a problem if it weren't for the fact that the next day we went to ask for clarifications for 90 euros more and they treated us badly too!! I don't recommend it at all! I would like to point out that I'm not the type to write reviews, but I've never seen anything like this!
