This starbucks is BY FAR- the best starbucks I ever been to. Bri is a Amazing Manager, she provides the best customer service, and updates us on new menu items that were delicious! And the other girls are phenomenal! I faithfully drive 35 minutes to come to this Starbucks every morning for my breakfast! 5 Stars!
I prefer Starbucks because they are consistently reliable and always have my preferred teas and breakfast sandwiches in stock. I am consistently able to get the same order with no errors or worrying about them being out of an item at this location.
Great place to work and study. The wifi is excellent and stable too. And more importantly, the baristas are working tirelessly, working late nights, and they do have Big heart and patience, especially dealing with very few customers that can tick people off. Overall, it’s an awesome place!
I love the crews here. It's marked as a favorite place. Two days before I didn't get what I asked for. I spoke w a manager and she fixed it by refunding my money back to my Starbucks account. You got me for life now hahaha
Yo, Starbucks is straight-up awesome! It’s got this chill, cozy vibe with comfy chairs and just enough energy to keep things lively. The baristas are legit the best—always friendly, cracking jokes, and they whip up my oat milk latte like pros. Menu’s on point with all the usual faves plus dope seasonal stuff (pumpkin spice, anyone?). Place is clean, Wi-Fi’s fast, and it’s perfect for kicking back, getting some work done, or hanging with buddies. Love swinging by for a quick coffee or a sneaky pastry. Starbucks, you’re killing it!
Convenient location right next to the highway! The person who took my order did a great job expressing joy & friendly service despite the street being super loud that I had to ask the staff member to repeat themselves several times at the drive thru order box. They were patient with my order and made sure they got it right before placing it! :)
Everything is, almost, impeccable. Bravo. However, [I think she is the manager] . . . she is speaking so LOUD now and then. Sometimes she instructed the baristas from the room closer to the counter. Not friendly at all. I know it's not a library. While working on your laptop (sometimes reading and writing), her voice is a bit destructive. Thank you for the food and service.
I went through the drive-thru on February 12 after 9 PM. I ordered a venti Banana Bread Matcha. The blonde-haired employee took my order, but she didn’t repeat it back to me to confirm, and her tone felt a bit rude. When I received my drink, it was a grande instead of a venti. When I asked about it, she said I had ordered a grande. I’m sure I ordered a venti. I was in a hurry and didn’t want to argue, but it honestly made my night worse. I would really appreciate it if, in the future, employees could repeat the order and make sure it’s clearly shown on the screen to avoid situations like this.
My tea was horrible. Very disappointed 😞 Honey citrus mint tea usually is good but today someone just let the entire tea bag explode inside and didn't care to remake it.
This is the slowest Starbucks. The one that's 1 mile up the road on belt line is way more efficient. The drinks at this location are also made incorrectly every time I go here. I live around the corner and have come here a lot. Not anymore.
At any given time outside of home office working and long outside meetings, Starbucks is my go-to to complete some much needed tasks While in this area, I made a first-time visit to this one. The normal greeting wasn't welcoming , nor were the 3 baristas. The ambiance just wasn't the norm. This location didn't acknowledge or seem to care about customers or at least what I experienced. The barista that tried taking my order before giving me an unexpected drill about a regular drink I always got before I decided not to order and just leave wasn't friendly and seemed bothered. SN: Everyone at this location should take a big sip and recycle from the hospitality cup of Starbucks 18208 Preston 👍🏽👍🏽
Be ready to spend 25 minutes (!) of waiting 2 drinks from online order, no one will tell you how long to wait though. Enjoy
I suggest for the owner to try and order a drink and see how bad the customer service is. If someone doesn’t like working here then it shouldn’t be the customer’s fault. Worst attitude ever at the ordering window
Worst Starbucks ever. Most Starbucks baristas and cashiers are nice and chipper. Not here. They’re awful.
This morning I mobile ordered a holiday drink. When I arrived ,the drink wasn't out and I waited at least 20 minutes. On top of that, the drink that finally came out was not what I ordered. It was not a complicated order, there were no special instructions...it was straight off of the menu. When I went up to tell them, they acted extremely put out, even though I was very polite and nice. After 10 more minutes, my new drink came out, and it was still wrong. I didn't have time to continue to wait, and I knew they would not be pleasant if I had to yet again explain that my drink was incorrect. I am very disappointed because I was looking forward to trying this new drink. I have gone here a few times in the past and have experienced a similar thing. They manage to mess up almost every time. A little customer service and kindness would have gone a long way...and I have yet to run into that at this location.
Awful. Missing 2/5 of my items and instead of refunding me like they SHOULD through grubhub they leave this note. 1. I know you can refund it, restaurants that have been missing my items have refunded me before 2. So you’re making it the fault of the customer??? Grubhub will not refund me and I tried to show them this photo as proof and they do not care. It is on YOU to refund the items YOU’RE missing. Horrible.
All 3 times I’ve been to this store, usually, in the evening, all of my drinks have been loaded down with ice. This last time I decided to ask the guy at the drive-thru why there is so much ice? After five sips, the drink was gone. The young man at the drive-through proceeded proudly to tell me that they put 90% ice in the cup. With a drink being almost $6.50, I think these are drinks are overpriced at this store. The Starbucks at 15th and 75 does not put 90% ice and the drinks are absolutely delicious. I think I found my new Starbucks to go to. I won’t be wasting my money on five dollars worth of ice toward the cost of my drink.
I was in hotel and walked over from a business meeting to grab something real quick. It took over 15 mins and I seen people going through drive thru that pulled up at the same time left way before me. Next time don't walk in. I was late going back.
Came here 3 days in a row. Gave my name (Jasmin) every time. Watched every other drink get called out except mine. Y'all got beef with me or just scared of two syllables? Coffee is mid, did not enjoy the silent treatment. It started feeling kinda uncomfortable, like I didn't exist. Not a good vibe. I won't be coming back.
