The price was low, almost ridiculous: €9 for a nice slice of pizza and a small beer. The pizza was very good, with just the right amount of crunch. The guy who served me offered me another small piece to try, which I obviously accepted. Very good, I'd say.

Terrible service, an hour to serve the customer first. They never have a Margherita. They don't give you a pizza because you want a small slice. All I have to do is eat the amount they decide. Never again! Excellent service at the Il Gigante restaurant in Somma Lombarda.

I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case I felt compelled. The service was slow, the pizza was half-cooked, and it had a rocky texture. Not to mention the prices: almost €5 for a slice as big as my hand seems excessive. For my first experience at Alice Pizza Fuentes, one star seems like a gift.

The pizza, although delicious, was covered in flakes of black paint that had peeled off the baking trays it was cut on, which was truly disgusting. If you look at the baking trays, you can clearly see that pieces of paint are missing. They absolutely must be replaced with stainless steel ones designed for food use to eliminate or at least minimize the residue.

Subject: Complaint about poor service at Alice Pizza – Piantedo Shopping Center Dear Alice Pizza Managers, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received at your store in the Piantedo Shopping Center. For my last purchase, I duly presented a promotional ticket advertising a specific discount, but to my surprise, I was not given any discount whatsoever, without any valid explanation. This left me very perplexed and sincerely disappointed. Furthermore, the pizza I was served was extremely hard, so much so that it was difficult to eat, a far cry from the quality we've become accustomed to at other Alice Pizza locations. I regret having to write this report, but I feel it's right to let you know what happened, in the hope that you will take my complaint into consideration and improve the service you offer your customers.
