I've been there a couple of times with friends and have always had a great time. I recommend the bacon sandwich, it's delicious!! The place is well-kept and very clean, with a varied menu, and friendly, polite staff. I was served by Nicola, who was kind and attentive to my needs. I'll definitely be back!

Very nice place, and the staff is also very friendly. Being a fast food chain, I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The fries were very crispy and tasty, especially the sweet ones. The burger was also tasty, and the crispiness of the bacon really stood out. Unfortunately, I didn't appreciate the brownie. The only downside was the cleanliness; as other reviews mentioned, the floor was dirty and very sticky, but fortunately the tables were quite clean. Good value for money.

Contrary to the negative reviews, we absolutely approve. If we're craving a good smash burger, we come here. The first photo was in June 2024, the other in late March. We came back because we liked it, and the fries were really good, crispy, and even plentiful! And after almost a year, when we returned, the quality is the same. I've always said I'd come back here just for the fries. We've always eaten there, so everything was fresh.

Very expensive and small; the photo shows the set for 18 euros. A 5-euro surcharge for the triple-cut steak, which was so small I was still hungry. I also received a different drink than the one I ordered.

My first (and last) visit to this restaurant was with Glovo. The quality is average to low, very similar to the more expensive fast food options. The sandwiches are very small, and the content would be fine (except for the burgers, which have an odd, almost flat shape), but the quality suffers, and I noticed it while I was digesting them. The fries are good. I've attached a photo.

The sandwiches were good, the fries were excellent... a huge BUT about the cleanliness of the place: greasy floor (shoes slip), dirty tables, bathrooms without toilet paper and also dirty... it's worth noting that we went near opening time when, in theory, everything should be clean. Considering the room, the sandwiches are good, but I won't be returning because I'm worried about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

You ask for a sandwich without sauce and you get this charred thing full of sauce. Glovo gives you an hour of waiting, Bun gives you coal, and the rider cold food and hot drinks. Update: After answering "We would like to better understand what happened to verify internally. Could you kindly contact us, by sending an email to [email protected], to talk about it in more detail?" the email was sent, and I never received a response.
