DaVittorio café Loius Vuitton Via Monte Napoleone Reviews
We went around 11:00 am and we had to queue up for 15minutes. Excellent service thank you Lorenzo: he is very friendly person and help us with our order . Great experience. Very delicious pastry and sweet i was totally impressed about everything but the coffee was 5/10 ,the price is really affordable
I visited this café on Monday on my last day in Italy, and it immediately felt different from the others. The director’s friendly personality and the staff’s genuine courtesy made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. On top of that, every product I tried was fantastic fresh, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. A place I’ll be happy to return to when I’ll be back in Italy.
What can I say that hasn’t been already said? Da Vittorio is an institution. You already know that quality, taste and presentation are going to be impeccable. The cafe is intimate but cozy and quiet despite being in one of the busiest streets of the city. The staff is excellent as well. Honestly, can’t complain, only recommend. Note: you can’t book a table, just go there and hope there’s a free spot for you.
Had an amazing experience at Da Vittorio Café at Louis Vuitton celebrating my husband’s and niece’s birthdays. Huge thanks to Andrea (bar manager) and Alberto (bartender) for being incredibly friendly and making us feel so welcome. They went above and beyond—especially with vegetarian options. That was one of the places I really wanted to visit when I was planing my Italy trip from canada. Its totally worth it!!!
Da Vittorio LV Café – Milan ✨ This place was soooo awesome, we dined here three times just to try (and love!) all their dishes. Every bite was a delight! 💫 The experience felt even more special because I’m a huge LV fan — the vibe, the food, the luxury, all on point. Big thanks to my buddy AK for the perfect reco! 🙌 #Italy #Italian #Milan
This café on Via Monte Napoleone street is a real gem! They offer a wide variety of food and drinks, and the interior is beautifully designed with plenty of natural light. After a day of shopping, I couldn’t resist their delicious cappuccino and chocolate cake—the perfect treat to end the day👌
Overall great experience for a LV cafe. Make sure to go before 1pm before the queue gets long. We only waited for 15 minutes while my friends line up for 45 minutes the day before. The place look decent and we only went for coffee and dessert. Nothing savory or too filling. The dessert taste great and for the price it was great value for money as well. Definitely recommend the 6 pcs of Vivienne, it is great for photos and the taste are pretty good

The ambience is great. Not too expensive for what I consumed. A cup of cappuccino and a cake. Overall will recommend. The staff were very cordial and welcoming.

It was an interesting experience but not really worth waiting in cold weather. The most of staffs were friendly but one female staff was weird. She seemed to be hand-picking the guests she deemed worthy of her service. She was gliding between tables in a bizarre way. She seemed to be acting like some sort of high-end server in her own world. I didn’t get offended by her attitude as I would not have liked her service anyway but thought very funny.
The pistachio dessert was amazing, and the mini hazelnut dessert had dark-chocolate notes. I also wanted to try the Hazelnut Flower, but by then everything was already a bit too sweet for me. The only downside was the wait: instead of letting people queue in the covered entry area, we were made to wait outside in the cold for over half an hour.

After browsing the Louis Vuitton store and looking at some of their bags, we decided to sit down at the café. The setting is stylish and visually appealing, and getting a seat didn’t take long, which was convenient. However, the experience itself was a bit underwhelming. The staff weren’t very engaging, and the coffee didn’t impress. The taste was surprisingly flat for a place with such a high-end image. The most awkward moment was when a waiter or manager kept encouraging us to order sweets. Since we don’t eat sweets, I politely declined, but it didn’t seem to be received very warmly. While the café is beautiful and interesting to visit, especially after seeing the store, the service and quality didn’t fully match the brand’s prestige.
My friend and I made a reservation in August for lunch, our reservation was for 2pm which we arrived promptly. We didn’t have a table to sit on and we were told to wait while a table is being prepared for us. We ended up waiting for 40mins!! I have been to the Saint Tropez Louis Vuitton restaurant and it exudes class, elegance and charm. With this one you would swear we were in a regular Milanese restaurant downtown somewhere. It is small, dark, bad decor and the ambiance didn’t make you feel comfortable. Nothing said Louis Vuitton luxury! The food was not bad and it wasn’t great either. The staff was really lovely, attentive and friendly. Atleast they got that part right! For desert we went to their café and I must say, I liked it better, the decor and ambiance was great. So if I ever go back again it would be at the cafe not therestaurant.
I went around 9/10am for the breakfast. I was disappointed, I got the waffle which came out cold and dry, with smoked salmon (wasn’t too bad), cappuccino, and the Nocciola dessert. I can honestly say the only thing I enjoyed was the coffee and dessert. You are really just paying for the name because the food ain’t it. The place is beautiful inside and is connected to the actual store. The staff was polite, professional, and in good spirit.

Louis Vuitton, Café, Milan Ah yes. Italy. Prada? Stunning. Gucci? Glorious. Dior? Love of my life. Chanel? Need I say more. And then… Louis Vuitton. Now, I’ve always known LV has a reputation. You can walk in holding money, wearing money, throwing money, and somehow still feel like you’re auditioning to be allowed oxygen. But curiosity got the best of me, because apparently if you sit in the Louis Vuitton café in Milan, congratulations, you’ve made it. Validation served with espresso. So naturally, I went. First plot twist: the menu. I’ve recently developed allergies to all dairy, milk, butter, cheese, the whole Italian holy trinity. Meat? Fine. Dairy? Absolutely not. Silly me assumed that a café in 2026, inside a global luxury brand, might have one or two vegan options. Reader… it did not. One salad. One croissant. Everyone else eating real food while I contemplated gnawing on my own fingers. Still, we came to enjoy ourselves, so I ordered a club sandwich, no cheese, no mayo. Credit where credit is due: the server was actually very kind, clearly overwhelmed, but genuinely nice. We had cappuccinos and lattes, and overall, the food itself was fine. Then we thought, Great, let’s grab something to go. Nope. Nothing to go. Ever. Apparently takeaway is beneath the brand. Okay. Fine. We finish up and politely ask if we can leave our jackets for a moment while we walk through the store, you know, to maybe buy something. Radical concept. They said yes. I tipped the server well, since he was going to keep an eye on our things. And then chaos. We hadn’t even reached the entrance of the shop when the manager came running, shouting “Madam! Madam!” loud enough to stop time. The entire café went silent. You’d think we’d tried to escape with the furniture. “I’m so sorry,” he says dramatically, “but you cannot leave your jackets here. We are not responsible.” Okay. No problem. Annoying, but fine. I turn back to grab my coat. But it didn’t stop there. The server comes over, clearly uncomfortable, trying to explain, and the manager literally steps in front of him and announces, loudly, again, as if addressing a courtroom: “AND BY THE WAY, we cannot keep your stuff.” The delivery was… impressive. Lots of hand waving. Lots of urgency. As if my jacket was radioactive. At this point, I’m mortified. Entire café watching. Me trying to shrink into the floor. Still polite. Still calm. Just wanting to leave. As I head toward the exit (the same way other guests were leaving), a bodyguard suddenly blocks me and says, very firmly: “No. You cannot exit from here. Use the back door.” The back door. Mind you, people had exited from the front moments before. But apparently, that door was no longer for me. So yes, picture it: a luxury café, full audience, me and my daughter being redirected like we’d missed a behavioral checkpoint. I didn’t argue. I didn’t raise my voice. I just left, embarrassed, uncomfortable, and honestly shocked. Final thoughts: The café itself is fine. One staff member was genuinely lovely. But the overall experience? Unwelcoming, awkward, and weirdly theatrical for absolutely no reason. Luxury should feel elegant, calm, and human, not like you’re being managed for existing slightly wrong. Maybe the café is about exclusivity. Or maybe it’s just about forgetting that customers are people. Either way… next time, I’ll keep my espresso, and my dignity, elsewhere. ☕✨
