Crudo contemporary Sushi Via Nizza Reviews
A truly excellent experience at Pista Restaurant. The food is top-quality, with dishes crafted with meticulous attention to detail and authentic flavors that are evident from the first bite to the last. Everything we tried was simply delicious. The service is impeccable: the staff is professional, attentive, and always available, making guests feel welcomed and pampered. The atmosphere is elegant yet warm and pleasant, perfect for a special dinner or a quality lunch. A restaurant that confirms its excellence in every way. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back.
This is my second visit to this gourmet restaurant, and the experience continues to be excellent. The food is truly exquisite, with meticulous attention to detail, while the ambiance is elegant and relaxing. Special praise goes to the agnolotti al plin, simply sublime: a perfect balance of flavors and impeccable craftsmanship. I'll definitely be back.
Very good and well-presented dishes (I chose à la carte but the proposed menus are interesting), adequate wine list as well as the offer by the glass, unique location of the restaurant and deeply appreciated in summer with additional outdoor tables for aperitifs or the end of the evening.
If you have one tasting menu in Torino this should be your choice . We were absolutely delighted surprised , entertained and most of all blown away by the quality of the ingredients the exciting and unexpected flavour combinations .the meal was a feast not just for the mouth but also for the eyes Everything is made in house from the amazing breads , the fermented products including their incredible kombuchas . Situated looking out onto the iconic Fiat race track on the roof of the old Fiat factory . If you go during the day you have the added advantage of great views over the track. Service is professional, friendly and impeccable . Prices dare I say it still too good value for the level of cuisine served

I tried their seasonal tasting menu (meat) and everything was great. The servers were very professional and recommended a great red wine to pair with today’s dishes. The location is also very unique (located above the Fiat race track, which is above a mall). All in all, a great experience and I would recommend this place for a great date night (walk around the pista, watch the sunset with a great view, food and service).
WOOOW just WOOW! I visited Torino on the 08.09. for just a day and since I had very limited time I chose to have lunch at the Lingotto complex rather than searching for a restaurant in the city. To be honest, I chose the La Pista initially for its proximity and for being on the top of the building and literally next to the legendary Fiat test track. I had no idea of its concept, decoration and menu. But what a surprise!!! I was greeted like royalty, despite being very.. casualy dressed and for sure not according to the restaurant's image and atmosphere. Nevertheless the staffs behaviour made me very comfortable, being extremely polite, responsive and always by my side for anything that I might needed. Since I do not drink alcohol, I asked the maitre for an non alcoholic apperitif, which he made for me in zero time. I can easily say it is one of the best I have ever had, being super flavourful and fresh. As for the dishes... Ohh dear...That first dish, with the black rice, the tuna the dressing, so tasteful, so fresh and so interesting as a concept .. Then the calamari and shrimp plate followed by a very flavourful sauce and accompanied by potato chips, handmade to be exact, all and all a tasteful plate and a wise choice. Interestingly it blended very well with the apperitif. And finally the desert.. I am a chocolate addict, yes and it fulfilled my expectations 1.000%, being fresh and full of flavour. With the check, a small plate with sweet bites came along and with that my experience at the La Pista had a very satisfying end. I also liked the modern decoration of the restaurant but I have a feeling that at night it's looks even better. I am SO VERY PLEASED with the restaurant and I promise I will be back. Cudos to the super attendive staff, my sincere BRAVO for their professionalism. As for the prices, I expected to be far more expensive than they actually were and that was another pleasant surprise. So if you visit Torino, THIS IS THE PLACE for your lunch, dinner, business lunch, you will be rewarded with the restaurant's general environment.
I visited Ristorante La Pista al Lingotto and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is unique and well-maintained, with a beautiful view that creates a different atmosphere than usual. The service was good, with friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed the dishes: well-presented, with quality ingredients and adequate portions. The wait times were also normal. Overall, a good choice, especially if you want to try something a little different in Turin. I would gladly return.
A beautiful and elegant setting on the roof of the Lingotto. We chose the tasting menu featuring revisited Piedmontese classics and I found the cuisine very interesting and tasty. The service was welcoming and pleasant. I really appreciated the extensive wine list, featuring a wide selection of vintages and very fair markups. A restaurant that invites you to return, even just to order à la carte and enjoy a good wine. Thank you for making our Christmas lunch special!
The quality of the service and staff is truly high; the young woman who served us was excellent, and the sommelier was knowledgeable and cheerful. Perhaps the staff is the true strength of the entire experience. The restaurant is modern but perhaps a bit anonymous; the outdoor location (Lingotto) doesn't help create the right atmosphere. The space between tables, and between the tables themselves, is appreciated; finally, you don't feel cramped. The food certainly offers novelties, but they don't always provide a sense of pleasure commensurate with the bill. Having tried many restaurants, one probably expects more, especially given the final price. The quality of the ingredients is top-notch, but the pairings aren't always exciting. The best dish is the Plin, and the leavened pastries are excellent. The welcome snacks have flavors that vary too much if tasted in small pieces. If you're expecting the classic 'capunet', you'll be disappointed, but the giardiniera on the side can be more surprising than the capunet itself; you'll find a pâté that is absolutely powerful in flavor, completely overshadowing the cabbage. The cheek is well-executed, but the portion is small. The dessert pictured didn't end the dinner with a wow factor. A review is always a personal summary of the experience; it's not intended to be a judgment on the professionalism of the kitchen staff.
Not good for vegans. Maybe okay for vegetarians.
