Bravo! The food was absolutely perfect yesterday! Really fresh vegetables - my salad was nicely chopped. The florentine and the fries were one of a kind. I will visit again for it. Easy to pair with wine, water, bread. Bravo

Visited on our first night in Milan and I could not recommend more. Everything was extremely fresh and high quality, all cooked to perfection. We were staying at the Heart Hotel Milano which made this restaurant a perfect spot being only a few minutes walk away. If your looking for an authentic Italian bistecca then look no further then this beautiful little spot in the heart of Milan.

Two of us have dinner in this place on a weekday night. We haven’t booked the restaurant in advance but by the time we arrived the restaurant is 70% full already(mostly italian people). Please make sure you book before coming. Ordered the antipasti recommended by the waiter (meatballs, Parma ham, flatbread, fried zucchini). All I have to say are perfect portions (maybe not all the flatbread). After the antipasti, we had the T bone steak for sharing. If you come here alone, I think the t bone steak itself is good enough (better not to have the antipasti) because the t bone is about 700g. We also had a bottle of wine here to pair up with the steak. It is really nice atmosphere. One thing to note: the waiters are not very good in English and you should use google translate if you need to order food from the menu. For wine menu, you will need to ask the waiter for the physical menu.

"Old schol" meat restaurant. You get welcomed at the door by the staff, classic deco and the right way to so. Buona esperienza. La carne è buona, consiglio la tartare (anche se la presentazione è da rivedere) e la fiorentina, mi è piaciuta meno la Chateaubriand. Servizio ottimo, cameriere simpatico e professionale. Dolci non ottimi. Prezzo giusto, ci tornerei

Ambiente bello e pulito, tipico da osteria dove i prodotti sono sinonimo di qualità. Buona scelta dei vini e avendo provato la loro Fiorentina dopo il mio ritorno da Firenze pochi giorni prima, posso dire che merita.

Ottima cena, locale accogliente. Bottiglie di vino sulle pareti. Carne cotta a puntino, la "bistecca della casa" è un piatto per due con un taglio di carne molto saporito abbinato a verdure cotte e patate fritte. Ottima la bistecca. Cade un po' sul dolce, la sacher torte non era delle migliori, né per impasto, né per ganache, né per marmellata. Tutto sommato, però, un'ottima cena. Servizio cordiale. Proprietario affabile.

Ambiente piccolo, molto rumoroso e tavoli senza un Po di privacy perché sembra di mangiare con altra gente. Qualità del cibo buona, considerando il luogo il prezzo può essere un Po eccessivo. L'arredo è un Po scadente..

The restaurant is beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere. However the food was a huge disappointment, being in Italy I was excited to try fresh pasta and I actually had to send mine back!! The pasta was overcooked and the sauce was bland, I literally couldn’t eat it. We also ordered a sharing steak, the waiter brought it to the table and said it was 700g, which we all heard and yet in the receipt we were charged for 800. The salad was nice but I was still very disappointed overall

Online reservation system was easy, they carefully check your covid papers so be ready. We had a corner table for four at 8:30 pm, restaurant was about 85% full. The appetizer of zucc was not done, a couple of them were still doughy and had not been correctly fried. Two of us ordered the steak for two, and the other two pasta. The pasta dishes were stellar, and the steak very good; however, was a bit surprised to receive supermarket potato chips poured on top of the steak, not even homemade, and the beans needed another 25 minutes to cook :(. We shared a dessert of Sacher cake, very good although a bit of orange flavoring does not make it a Sacher cake. Waiter was hardworking and jovial. Price/quality ratio is OK, maybe. Am on the fence if I am going back with clients again.

Mi spiace, ma quando entri in un locale, nessuno ti sorride, paghi e a malapena ti salutano (le basi dell'osteria); non ti fanno assaggiare il vino, non ti chiedono se vuoi un dolce e dopo che finisci un piatto ti rifilano subito l'altro (5 sec dopo); mi spiace ma le tre stelle non le becca. Carne buona, ma tutto il resto non ci siamo.

Per lavoro sono andato a cenare spesso in questo ristorante ma ultimamente ho visto delle scene che proprio non mi sono andate giù. Innanzitutto ci tengo a sottolineare che ho sempre visto gli stessi due camerieri lavorare, due ragazzi simpatici per carità (soprattutto Tonino), ma questo mi fa pensare che questi poveri ragazzi non riposino mai!! Per continuare ho visto più volte il proprietario imprecare in calabrese alle spalle contro clienti e colleghi, una situazione assolutamente inaccettabile! Addirittura quando mi sono recato alla cassa l’ultima volta per pagare il conto il proprietario (molto disonesto se posso dire!) ha provato in tutti i modi a farmi pagare un’acqua in più, ma chi sono io una banca per colmare le perdite del locale ??? Detto questo non penso che tornerò mai più, che grande delusione …

Siamo stati all'osteria la Bistecca sabato 14 Febbraio, naturalmente la serata era molto affollata, dietro consiglio del cameriere abbiamo la fiorentina con le patatine, non ci hanno informato del peso della bistecca ne ce l hanno fatta vedere, trattamenti riservati invece ai nostri vicini di tavolo. Le patatine erano chips e non siamo stati informati nemmeno di questo, cmq niente di accezzionale, bistecca piccola e conto un po caro.

Chateaubriand è un taglio di carne bovina di spessore variabile da 2 a 4 cm, in teoria, ma in questo ristorante le fettine sono basse mezzo centimetro. Il costo però è molto alto. Ma non solo, la presentazione è tristissima, con 4 patatine e 2 pezzi di insalata cotta. Il piattino nella foto sarebbero 2 porzioni per un costo circa di 60 euro!!! Ladri.

Florentine Steak. Looks good but average. Service for asian tourists is terrible waiter doesn’t get you anything no olive oil for bread, no steak knife to use, ask for the bill and wait 25 mins and no bill so have to get up and pay at the counter. Meanwhile all the other Italian guests get service. The waiter even takes a bribe from one of the customers when they sit down. Hmmm
