A venue that successfully combines elegance, a relaxed atmosphere, and impeccable service. The staff welcomes guests with genuine warmth, making them feel at home. Milano Island Lounge and Sushi Bar is a truly charming place, with a modern and relaxing atmosphere. The sushi is fresh, well-made, and offers a wide selection, while the cocktails are original and delicious. The staff is also friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. An ideal spot for dinner with friends or a unique evening out in Milan.
I visited this restaurant with friends and we were all extremely satisfied! The atmosphere is meticulously designed, modern yet relaxing, with soft lighting and background music that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The sushi is truly delicious: fresh ingredients, generous portions, and impeccable presentation. We tried a little bit of everything—uramaki, nigiri, tartare—and every dish was better than the last. The desserts are also worth it! The service was fast and friendly, always with a smile. A place I will definitely return to. 100% recommended, whether for a romantic dinner or an evening with friends.
Loveeeee the beer, love the aperi-sushi idea and they make yummy sushi in a good portion. (I'm asian and i can feel full with this portion) the staff is very sweet, lively, eager, and helpful. If the atmosphere can be improved it'll be a perfect place and surely popular cus it's in prime location!

Very beautiful place in style!Beautiful people, relaxed athmopher, great fast service.Thank You!
Food was mediocre at most. Portions are very small. We were hungry after a few plates and kept asking. Ended up paying a lot more than expected and still hungry. Wouldn't recommend.
worst dining experience of my entire trip to europe. we ordered and asked specific details and when the food we received was nothing like what we ordered, the chef said he had only been here two days and decided to add random things (including dried edible flowers that were very strongly scented/flavored) to the food. and when i explained this wasn’t what we ordered, we were still required to pay for the “embellished” food (the server acted like it was just my fault for not understanding that it’s was normal for chefs to add random ingredients to food despite having a menu describing completely different ingredients). terrible service. terrible experience. also it smelled like they were using air freshener to cover a bad smell.
worst shisha ever, 25€ for a very bad shisha. quality was way too bad, not even inhaleable. the best was the water for 1€.
Terrible coctails. I had a Moscow mule which was basically lemonade with lots of ginger beer and bad vodka and my bf had a negroni which was quite average. Would not come back.
