Caffè Italiano Via Porta Soccorso Reviews
A café and snack bar that stands out for the extreme professionalism and courtesy of its owners and employees, as well as the unparalleled quality of its products. In short, a must-visit for breakfast, coffee breaks, and lunch.
I stopped by this breakfast bar for the first time. The atmosphere is large and welcoming, the staff are very friendly, the products are high-quality, and the coffee is exceptional. I'll be back when I'm in the area and recommend trying it.
Friendly and attentive staff, generous appetizers and aperitifs, and very good coffee. Recommended.
The best ice cream in the near
We stopped for a quick lunch. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, and the food was well-cooked. We were served by a very courteous and attentive waitress.
The environment is beautiful and the price is affordable. The recommended steak is very delicious
Hello, I'm one of the owners of the CAFFE' ITALIANO bar and cafeteria, and I'm responding to Mr. Andrea Mosca's latest review, which I think is inappropriate and rude to honest workers. Our menus, for first courses, are €5 each and also include water and coffee!! Your bill couldn't have exceeded €30. It's strange that you didn't ask for an explanation when faced with such an exorbitant price. I'll conclude by saying that you probably got the wrong address, given that we're located at Via Tiburtina Valeria 82. To be fair, you should post a photo of the receipt and not say it wasn't delivered to you. Our best regards.
A very welcoming place, with qualified and always helpful staff. The coffee and cappuccinos are excellent. Not to mention the delicious croissants, especially the almond croissants. For those with a sweet tooth, whole-grain or whole-grain croissants are also available for those on a diet. As for the food, the dishes are both traditional and non-traditional, and the quality of the ingredients is excellent. A wide variety of cocktails, of every flavor, are accompanied by generous appetizers. A perfect place for parties and business lunches. Highly recommended!
A café and snack bar located on the busy Via Tiburtina. It's clean and spacious, making it ideal for a quick snack. Breakfasts are carefully prepared by the friendly staff, using a good blend of coffee and serving delicious croissants. Lunch service is conducted with dedication and humility. The dishes may not be prepared by a Michelin-starred chef, but their simplicity and deliciousness make them highly appreciated by many.
Clean bar, plenty of space, good coffee and breakfast pastries. A bit noisy, large parking lot nearby, friendly staff. It's definitely one of the best places to have breakfast in the area.
My colleague and I were in a rush for work, so we stopped for a quick bite... we found the waitress who, despite it being 2:00 PM, greeted us with a smile and found a solution for us in just a few minutes. Recommended, and kudos to the waitress for her kindness and professionalism.
Good service
The bar-restaurant is located on Via Tiburtina Valeria and offers numerous outdoor and indoor tables. The space is beautiful, spacious, and bright. In addition to the bar area, you can also dine in the restaurant; they usually offer two or three options of first and second courses, as well as various menu combinations, including the simplest option, which includes a first course, a small bottle of water, and coffee for €6. The coffee is excellent, and the pasta is quite good (especially the penne with zucchini and salmon). The staff is friendly and helpful.
No hot food as advertised. They should update it, otherwise, like us, we'll be wasting our time there. I can't judge the rest.
It would have potential for both the outdoor and indoor spaces, the staff are very helpful, but it's a shame because the cashier often gives the wrong change and questions the customer's good faith... also, I still haven't quite figured out how much they charge for table service, sometimes 20 cents, sometimes 15, and sometimes 30. A little more effort and it would be top notch. The pastry shop needs to be revisited, I've had the experience of eating pastries that weren't exactly fresh more than once.
Honestly it has always been very busy, and very varied, the only big flaw of many bars and gastronomy businesses is that on Sundays everything is closed making a city, commercial like Pescara, a forgotten place, where a lot could be done to keep up with other Italian cities, what a shame
We had lunch at this bar. The quality of the dishes was poor. I'm sorry, but the starters were awful. The atmosphere was cold (heating off?). I wouldn't recommend it for lunch. As for the rest, I don't know.
