Just wanted to give a shout out to this Starbucks, I mistakenly placed an order to a different one, and they kindly made my order, at no extra cost. I offered to call the other store and they told me not to worry about it. My latte and breakfast was delicious! Great customer service!

One of my favorite locations in the city. Good vibes. Never terribly busy like some of the locations closer to downtown. A mile from my office makes it a nice getaway with the laptop and some AirPods. Order online and sit down if you want to dodge the line.

Amazing service! Super nice! I asked for a “Venti of your favorite iced latte with three extra shots” and boy did they come through! Cinnamon Dolce Iced Latte! I have NEVER tried this before and it’s excellent! They were all friendly and fast. I love the handmade signs leading up to their DT window brightening peoples day during these tough times! First time coming to this location and may need to make this a main Starbucks GR spot!

I feel like my coffee rarely tastes the same from here and I order the same thing every time... it's super disappointing 😞 for as much as it costs I would expect it to be down to a science, how these drinks are made.

I attempted to order the Ube drink and asked for extra Ube cold foam. When I received the drink the foam was liquid and tasted like pure milk. When I asked for a refund, the lady was nice but told me they aren't allowed to do extra ube. When a day before they were more that willing to give me extra ube and why not tell me that when I ordered the drink?

I tried to order an iced hot chocolate here and the guy at the drive thru told me that it wouldn’t be possible and he would have to make it as a mocha (but I can’t drink coffee). I’ve ordered this drink before plenty of times so I ended up going to the Starbucks down the road by Costco, who happily made the drink correctly. Just frustrating

Your typical Starbucks. I'm not impressed with paying $7 for a cup of coffee that is extremely bitter and overly strong when I can get a far superior cup of coffee at McDonald's for a dollar fifty. The atmosphere was cold and sterile. The people here seemed uppity and rude. The customers are no better. You're far better off going to a McDonald's or a bigbys for coffee in my opinion.
