A Pummarola Via Prete Nicolò Daste Reviews
We went there this evening for a pizza party for my daughter with some friends... obviously not at the peak time so as not to clog the place up... the girls and mothers were great, courteous, polite, fast and the 12 of us (8 minors and 4 mothers) were all out at 9 pm... two tables full, excellent pizzas, but I repeat, the hospitality and courtesy were top notch. Thank you.
I came here at 22:10 at night and didn't speak any Italian. However, the lady that received me was SO KIND. She tried speaking to me in English and helped me with my order. Would definitely come here again!!
It was a short trip to Genoa, just a few days, but we dined here twice in a row. We tried everything: focaccia, pizza, farinata, and calzones. Everything was delicious and plentiful. We left feeling full and happy, spending very little. Thank you so much. When we return to Genoa, we'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
Friendly staff, quick service, fair prices and super yummy pizzas - we loved the food and will be back for more!
Pizza like that can only be found in a handful of locations around Genova. Dont miss this one
Best pizza and salads. A local gem!!!

Friendly Staff, Good Taste
Good pizza (among other things), great staff. Good prices, everything you want in a local pizza place.
Very friendly and world class pizza. Stumbled in and was treated like family. Amazing people in front and behind counter.
I spent a week in Genoa and ate here on 4 different nights. The pizza was great and the staff were very friendly and welcoming, I couldn’t stay away!

Very good
it took a long time for your order the personal they're kind
We ordered pizzas and they arrived 40 minutes late (I hope so, because we're still waiting). The pizzas aren't usually bad, but I absolutely wouldn't recommend ordering here. We even called to complain, and the girl said she didn't know anything about it. Furthermore, the pizza delivery man called saying he'd be there after making another delivery, so the pizzas will probably be cold.
Embarrassing....I ordered from the website and after an hour I called to rush it and they said it had left. After another half hour I called and they said they don't accept orders from the website so they didn't have mine and the girl on the phone wanted to be right instead of solving the problem immediately. Another guy put me through and reassured me that he would prepare them right away and it would be there in 15 minutes maximum. I warned him that if it didn't arrive in time he would send the pizzas back. It arrived exactly half an hour later (and I live 2 km from them) and as soon as it arrived I sent it back as advised. Terrible experience, not even an apology, and I expected more attention from them since the mistake wasn't my fault.
I'll start by saying that I'm Neapolitan, so I'm a bit picky about pizza, but I've never eaten such a terrible pizza, and I've eaten pizza in many parts of Italy... But NEVER this bad!!!! We didn't have high expectations, but we really hit rock bottom!!!! The pesto pizza (pesto, which is supposed to be the local specialty), was topped with poor-quality pesto and was swimming in oil.... Failed!!!! The biggest joke is that the pizza is even worse, it was called Made in Naples!!!! A pizza with tomato, buffalo mozzarella, and broccoli rabe; never mind the buffalo mozzarella, which could have been anything but buffalo mozzarella. I don't even want to comment on that because it's not the worst thing; but the real problem was the broccoli rabe... Inedible!!! And I'm not exaggerating... I literally had to remove them from the pizza and throw them away.... All I could taste was vinegar in my mouth. How can you put vegetables like that on a pizza and call it Made in Naples!!! Excuse me for the joke... but this is a complete hoax!!!! I advise the pizza chef to take a course... a good one... or to specialize in something else!
