Pizza is very good. Very tasty and fresh. Had pizza here by chance. A few friends took me and paid for it because it was a friend’s birthday. I was very surprised since I was raised up north where we take pizza very seriously. I was almost in shock how good this pizza was. The dough was soft and chewy. The sauce was just right. The toppings were fresh and plentiful. Pleasantly surprised with this location. Will be eating pie from this Dominos again!

This was my first order (pickup) at this location and they gave me the wrong pizza. On the upside, the pizza I got (totally different than the one I ordered), tasted great. Since it takes time to get orders corrected (I was hungry!) and I wasn't overcharged for what I did get, it wasn't worth the effort to call the location. I might order from here again, because I have no complaints on the quality of the food itself. The staff was also friendly and the location was clean. However, it leaves a very bad impression to have my pizza end up (very) wrong the first time I order from a location. Do I really need to check my pizza every time I order from there? Tsk tsk!

The food quality is inconsistent when ordering from this location, so I typically try to order from another store and go pick it up when I can. Sometimes the wings don’t have nearly enough sauce, other times it is completely doused in it to where I have to actually wipe tons off. When I order the twists, they are never remotely the same size. Pizza is not cut into even slices or even close to, burnt cheese, just not great quality most of the times I order from here. And so on for all foods I order. I don’t have this issue with other locations. Manager is also very rude and I do not enjoy any interaction I have had with her.

One of the pizzas I ordered last night was literally delivered missing a slice

Pizzas were made with no care at all one of them (extra cheese) only had cheese on half the pizza the other was full of bubbles. When I went all the way back there to get it fixed I was treated like I was a nuisance and not even greeted by anyone. I've worked at this same store some years ago and I can't believe that not one of the staff here followed protocol from beginning to end. If you're hungry this isn't the place to eat. Too much hassle and it kinda sucks to be treated like I'm the problem when I just wanted the food I paid for.

Clearly this franchise owner don’t care about they’re customers just they sells, because the way these managers act plus reading the reviews is ridiculous! Yall need to close this down or rehire a new set of professional staff! If I was the manager the ratings would triple and sells would go up!

The manager tonight was disrespectful and lack in customer service! Then when I asked for the manager on call besides him he was short ! I don’t spend my money on poor customer service this was my first time ordering I normally order from Marcos lol this what I get

This place SUCKS. Takes over an hour to get a pizza delivered less than a mile away, the delivery drivers are just rude, and food is cold. Go local or with Pizza Hut or PJ's.

Put my order in tonight for delivery and 45 min later I get a call from a woman at a completely different apartment complex several miles down the road and she let me know they delivered to her. I told her to enjoy the pizza and I'd just get a refund. Nice work Dominos

Horrible customer service. Refused to leave the already paid for food, even though it was a no contact delivery, leaving Elwins son without food. Then once yall realized how screwed up that was you then attempted to deliver that same food that was cooked 2 hours prior and was already cold and disgusting. No way! Yall should have owned up to that and remade fresh food. The driver also shouldn't keep the tip. He failed at his job! Absolutely horrible. We won't be ordering from this location ever. 😒

***update I ordered again 5 months later to give it another go and I received the worst pizza I've ever seen in my life. Flat as if the dough was old, cut into 6 piece with two massive pieces. Sometimes certain things do not deserve second chances. Save your money and order elsewhere. I order from this location all the time and this may be my last. I called to confirm two separate orders when my app wasn't showing both went through. The employee that answered was very rude. Manager came out an just said "sorry" and shrugged her shoulders. Customer service is poor here.

I placed an order on 4/8 around 9:00pm for delivery never received it Called the store several times was told the driver was coming. Then the order was back at the store they would send the driver back out as he has moved on to a different delivery long story short never got my order wasted $31.00. called the store several times no resolution only call back later call back later not even an attempted to accept the responsibility of handling the situation presented. I usually always order Dominos have the loyalty rewards and everything but never again. I'm currently filing a dispute with my bank.

NEGATIVE STARS!! After an hour and a half after ordering, Agustin the driver showed up on our driveway and sat there for five minutes, then left without giving us our pizza. The store never answered the phone, so we had to go to the store in person to get a refund,. Louie at the store was completely useless and didn't care that I didn't get my order. I asked him for a refund and said I had to wait until the driver got back to verify I didn't get my order. Ridiculous! He even stated that he didn't ask me to come down in person. UM,,, yeah maybe if you answered the phone, I wouldn't have had to. I get back home and there is Agustin in my driveway again leaving the pizza two hours later. Stay away from this location and these people!

This is the third time ordering from this location and not receiving all that I paid for. Order pizza twice in the last two weeks with extra sauce I got charged extra for, and was barely any on it. Then today literally 5 min ago order a chicken Caesar salad and paid for an extra dressing pack which I did not receive. And yet I still tip good, maybe I should reconsider. Don’t make the same mistake I did and order from here twice. Don’t order at all. Yet again missing and extra item I paid for. This makes it the second time this month. As you can tell I’m an avid pizza person if I ordered here twice in a month. Well you guys just lost good business due to your poor service.

The pizza was over thirty minutes late, it arrived cold and I ordered a medium pie with Chicken and there was exactly THREE tiny pieces of chicken. It was cold and the driver did not even knock on the door he just put my food on the floor... I called the manager and he offered me a credit.. I just want this to never happen again. My husband was so grossed out that he threw it out and we just made grilled cheese

If I could give them a zero I would. I left work during the evening time. I had to call twice and got hanged up twice. I finally got through and places my order. By the time I got there I waited for ten minutes( which I didn’t mind). When they came out with the pizza the order was wrong. So I waited another 25 min for my order to get reprocessed. They came out with my order I open up the box and it was still wrong. At this point my patience was gone and I left! That place is chaotic. No organization at all. They may have good people there but they shouldn’t be working in that industry. I thought that if I placed my order by carry out I would get a better service. Wrong!! In the past I’ve placed delivery orders and they always came wrong. I don’t know if this is a franchise or what. But if I were the owner I would do a whole revamp of his employees and manager

Horrible. Ordered pizza at 7:30, the estimated delivery time was 21-31 minutes. Got notification at 7:54 that the pizza was out of the oven and checked for perfection. 45 minutes later and it was still not out for delivery. We called the store and told them we would pick it up ourselves. We were told it had been sitting under the heat lamp, no apology for the wait. Went and picked up the pizza and asked for the delivery charge and tip to be refunded. Were told that they could only do that if they refunded the entire order. I did get some of the delivery charge back, but they shorted me as they did not have the correct change in their register. Got the pizza home, I ordered a salami and feta cheese pizza. There was no feta on the pizza and maybe 4 salamis. Very disappointed. We were sick this weekend and just wanted an easy dinner. This is the last time we will go to this location, which is unfortunate as we live 2 miles away. 1 hr 30 mins for a pizza! And it wasn't even correct.

Curbside pickup is pointless because you have to wait forever and then just finally go in and pick it up yourself! Thanks!

If your store is gonna deliver pizza, DO IT SAFELY by following the Rules set by LAW. Yesterday afternoon 8/2/24 between 1:30-1:40pm on Forsyth Rd. which is a 35mph Zone heavily commercial district & traffic , I observed a Dk.Gray Kia Soul w/Dominoes company logo on its roof speeding in excess of 60mph on Forsyth Rd w/out a care for others & then pulling into your store (2042)..THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE..!!! Not the first time I've seen this car speeding/zig-zagging in the area. Your Responsible/Liable for this careless-employees actions on road while on the clock/driving with company logo if injury or worse should happen..

Absolutely worst customer service ever! We actually drove in and placed our order while in the store. Pretty simple order 2 large pizza's (1 cheese 1 meat), wings and bread. After waiting 45 minutes there's a screen that is in the restaurant stating our order was ready. When we went to ask for it they told us they forgot to make the cheese pizza. So now the rest of our food sat in a window while our children sat in a car outside waiting for what was supposed to be a 20 minutes top wait. They offered no apologies (Amanda) their acting manager was extremely rude and inconsiderate that my 3 children had patiently already waited for over 45 minutes to have them make a mistake and act as if it was oh well our problem we could wait or cancel our order. So unprofessional, poor management skills, poor customer service. I have heard nothing but poor reviews on this particular location too but thought well give it another shot. My mistake, our family had to drive out of the way for dinner tonight but had an extremely different experience at another Dominos location.

Manager on duty tonight refuse to take my order just before 12:30 am. They close at 1am, they never answer the phone to take orders at night NEVER!!! When you close @ 1 am that's when you should stop taking orders.. you don't have the door open to the public just to tell them we're not taking anymore orders. The night shift there is a damn joke!! I will be calling the corporate office in the morning to complain until something is done!!!

The times that they quote for your order to be ready are severely inaccurate. The staff are unapologetic. I waited for half an hour after my order was supposed to be ready. The manager on duty, Michael, placed blame on corporate for the texts that are sent to say the pizza has gone in the oven. No apology for the wait. No indication that anybody in this store has any idea of what customer service is. Lesson learned. I won't be visiting this place again.

I am a Domino’s lover and loyal customer... up until now. This is the second chance ordering from this store. The first time my order was not well done as requested and rather soggy. I called to let the store know of the issue and the manager was down right rude to me and my husband acting as if I wanted something for nothing. This time, I ordered and again my requested well done pizza was more than soggy it was undercooked to the point I had to bake it in my own oven to be properly cooked. It literally fell apart as I tried to pull a slice from the box because of how undercooked it was. At this point I just resorted to a review to let others know what to expect when ordering from this store. I understand it’s a busy area but so are the others around town and I’ve never had an issue.

I order 3 pizzas. 2 with 3 toppings and one with 4 toppings. All were suppose to have beef and you could count the amount of bits of beef on the pizzas. The 4 topping one had beef only on 3 slices out of 8. When I went to pay, I checked the pizzas and told the cashier about it not having the ingredients I had ordered his answer was that he didn't make the pizza. Maybe next time they'll make it better. All I wanted was what I was paying for. No more no less. I paid n left cause I didn't have time to waste. They really don't want repeat customers. I guess they figure we'll get you the first time n if you return, It's your own fault !!!!

Incompetent young lady working by herself on 12/28/25 1:16 pm. I went in with my “Slice the Price card” (fundraiser card used for buying one pizza and getting 2nd free) and mind you, there was a sign right in their counter advertising the fundraiser card and the young lady knew nothing about it and charged me regular price $50.56 when it should have been $34.59. She went ahead and with rudeness and an attitude she automatically cancelled my order and told me to leave and go back to my car only because she failed to correct or adjust my charges and failed to honor my fundraising card. I’ll be checking my credit card account and hope she really gave me the credit. If not, I will be following up with another review and contacting my credit card bank.

When I went back to fix the mistake, the lady with glasses was extremely rude about it — like I was the problem for wanting the item I actually ordered. On top of that, when I asked for a fork, she told me they didn’t have any, even though they were literally right there in front of me. Really poor customer service and attitude. Definitely not coming back to this location. The old lady with glasses made me feel like minority after I request for the fork. Crazy thing is that I came back and they gave me a fork….

I will never come back here on a Monday after work I order a bbq pizza I go and pick it up and when I get home it has no sauce I come back and call and say they made my order wrong and he tells me to come back and pick up the pizza when I go he gives me another pizza without sauce again. I don't know if he did it on purpose but it was very ugly I will never come back and I recommend everyone not to go because on a Monday after work they do this to you twice 😢

The second time the pizza and brownie looked like it hit the ground.

Ordered an oven baked dip with Parmesan bread twists, and an order of Parmesan bread bites, both came with no garlic oil or parmesan cheese as shown in photo. When I called and told the employee she very nonchalantly asked if I wanted a credit or the correct items. I said I’d prefer the correct items be sent out. She said alright and hung up before I could say anything else. Come to find out they don’t have garlic oil I wouldn’t of placed my order knowing that. I should’ve been called and not just sent these, after being lied to that I was already speaking with the manager the employee put me on hold and a different woman got on who was well just irritated to be handling customers, finally was informed I’d be given a refund. I still think I should call corporate to be honest. I was blown away how it was handled. Per the app the person I’m store last night was Ashley, I didn’t get a name from either employee on the phone.

Can please somebody tell Juan Pablo to stop screwing up my damn orders! Or fire him! Pineapple bacon ham extra cheese where the hell is my bacon why'd you only put extra cheese on half what's the point of that? Fire this guy, last time I'll order there for a while!! most of the time the order is far from what i ordered. you can see RED, which is the sauce, that means there's hardly NO CHEESE on the pizza itself. they are really cheap on the toppings including sauce and cheese which is a normal topping. this store will be the last place i would call or get a pizza. i will not recommend this store to another person. This is how they treat customers and then get mad when you complain.

This place has a bad customer service they are keeping the phone for 18 minutes and 37 seconds withuot answering the phone. I came to the place and the lady just said we under staff and they ledt the phone hanging so that's the answer that I have very unprofessional. Shame for the owner should be do better that way he can get more employees cheap. 😠😤
