A very unique place, with many beautiful historical objects. We had a classic burger with beer, which tasted good; the only downside was that the meat seemed overcooked and squished. Otherwise, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The burger meat could be improved.

The service was practically nonexistent. We waited 10 minutes at the entrance before anyone even acknowledged us (we had a reservation). Once seated, it took another 15 minutes to receive the menu. We literally had to "hunt" a waiter and order immediately, otherwise we would have lost sight of him forever. The wait for the pizzas was at least 20 minutes; luckily, they were good, the only positive aspect of the evening. After we'd eaten, however, no one came to clear the table or ask if we wanted a coffee. After another 30 minutes of waiting, my uncle had to get up and go ask if it was possible to order coffee himself. It's a shame, because with such service, the overall experience is truly disappointing.

Dear waiter, given your experience in the industry, I expected quick service. Instead, we were served two gentlemanly cocktails in 20 minutes, with the speedy chicken clearly reheated in your microwave. Given this bad experience, I don't think we'll ever spend our money at your bar again. Thank you for your attention (the croquettes at the Trezzo brewery are top notch).

Dear Management, I would like to express my sincerest disappointment with my experience at your restaurant. I didn't believe it was possible to turn a meal into such a memorable experience, unfortunately for the wrong reasons. If your intention was to impress, I can assure you that you succeeded, but in a way I'm unlikely to repeat. The quality of the service and the food, if we can call it that, exceeded my wildest expectations. I sincerely hope this episode remains an isolated incident, otherwise you risk becoming a reference point... for those who love extreme gastronomic adventures. Best regards.
