A Viassa Via San Sebastiano Reviews
We enjoyed a refined meal, a five-course tasting menu that lived up to its promise for 40 euros. The excellent local white wine recommended by the waiter, based on my own tastes, was also a great choice. As a French chef, I highly recommend this restaurant. They also produce very high-quality olive oil and have guest rooms in the village. We were so happy to have met this couple during our holiday. Thank you again to Chef Aimone! Sebastien and Marilène
For me, one of the best restaurants in Dolceacqua. The inside is not too big, even though there is an outdoor terrace. Ligurian cuisine features revisited dishes that are good and interesting. The portions are fair, as are the prices. The service is attentive and friendly. It's always a pleasure to return.
A pleasant lunch, very good service.
Excellent food. Best of what we tried in town.
A very good time with quality cuisine, especially compared to the competing offerings at Dolceacqua. Homemade bread and pasta were very good. The dishes are generous; in fact, after primi and pasta, we moved directly to the dolce. The wait staff is very friendly, answered all our questions, and what's more, they also speak French, which can make things easier.
Very friendly staff. Food was very good
Fantastic restaurant, we tried the degustation menu and it was exceptional.
I enjoyed my dinner, so much so that I returned the next night too. I preferred my first course, Gamberi e zucchine trombette, emulsione al pomodoro — Shrimp and trumpet courgettes, tomato emulsion, which I had again the second night, more than the main course — Risotto al polpo e rossese — Octopus and rossese risotto, because there was too much risotto and not enough octopus, and the half bottle of white wine was very good. The second night I had the Kataifi pasta, with asparagus, crispy bacon and goat cheese sauce, which was fantastic and a glass of excellent rosé!
Very good food.
Must stop and experience! Period.
Beautiful dishes presented impeccably and service to make you smile.
Service, quality and taste of food wonderful, ambiance just perfect.
Better than many others on our trip.
Great food, wine and service! And very decently priced. Highly recommended.

Fabulous meal at A Viassa, extremely good value and lovely staff. Turbot as the fish of the day can’t be bettered and the pasta with prawn starter was excellent.

This restaurant is hidden away in one of the side roads in the newer part of the town, but very near to the river and bridge to the old town. Seating was outside on the road. service was excellent.…
