This particular McDonald's is ok. Sometimes the attitude of the workers can be nasty. Their French fries are usually cold unless you go late night like after 12am, because they probably drop by each order as opposed to cooking them and sitting them under that hot light, Dropping them late nite per order they're hot and fresh. Other than that they're ok plus in a good location, not far from my house

This place is run by very good management, but there's some snooty employees that are too young to understand customer service. If anything goes awry, they confront you as if to argue, not resolve. There is a young Dominican kid employed by the store that negatively brings down the whole image and name of the business, McDonald's, with his attitude. Some need to go to 'Manners Camp', while others don't even deserve to work there. That is the impression I walk away with whenever I go into that store, and order. Lo and behold that goes on management.

Okay there was a lot of homeless people sitting in the store so there wasn't that much seating. However the food was cooked well I didn't get ketchup with my order they were kind of slow and french fries with soggy. I don't know if I'd recommend this to anyone.

I grew up with this McDonald's since the 80s-90s and maybe its the nostalgia but, i do go here usually still, however now kids coming out of school just being extra rowdy and homeless people taking up seats there's nothing worse that smell and the sound of dozens of kids being extra.. so its always a "to go" bag... Sad really. I used to play in the McDonald's playground as a lil kid . I guess memories are memories for a reason.

They need to make this place diverse. Too many ghetto individuals working here . Hopefully spit is not in your food. The manager in the morning has no class and needs to be let go

It's alright I never had a problem honestly. It's annoying having people ask you for money and food but that's everywhere in NY. Actually, I lied, I went here once to buy the cactus plant flea market happy meal when it was out. They gave me the meals but no toys, which was the entire point of ordering the meal. I didn't think such a ridiculous thing would happen so I never checked the bags until I got home. I had to go back out to the store and ask for the two toys. Thankfully they did not give me a fight about it. But other than that, no other problem here lol

The cashier was pleasant. But when I got back to the house and went threw the bag. I didn't get a part of 2 order, the hash brown's! Always check your bag! That was beaten into me as a kid! And still I screwed up!

The interior is ice cold. In July you need a jacket to dine in. Busy restaurant, they easily forget your ordered condiments Food was fresh and good

They let people come in here and smoke and cause a scene constantly. The staff doesn’t do a thing about it.

The manager of this place said that I couldn't use the app cause the cash register scanner wasn't working 🙄 so you telling me they didn't train the manager on how to put it in manually all other McDonald's did they workers and manager on it but not this one. So I guess when they say they own individual so this one need to sent they manager for IT training or get some younger computers literate person to run it cause who you had there is making your business bad. If they are too old to know how to work the cashier job time for you get rid of them or drop them back frying the French fries 🍟. Cause that is why your app has numbers and a QP code and the manager tell the young man that the only way you can use it is with the QP code 😯 so I was going to call her out but I just left, then it came back to me so here it is... Train Your Mangers to know how to do it manually or Get Rid of Them and you make $$ you leave them and your the next McDonald's to be on the Closing block and a nice apt building be up.

Sooo the staff here is okay HOWEVER I went to this location a few weeks ago and it smelled like someone literally took a bucket of urine and splashed it all over the restaurant. I mean the smell was overwhelming. I was even hesitant to eat my food because the way it smelled in there you had to wonder if anything was contaminated. (I have a food handler's license so I know) that smell was horrible. My only recommendation is to please keep this restaurant clean/sanitary before someone gets sick 😷

Staff acts like they are tired and ignores you. Happy meal toys are outdated and every drink has the same seltzer water taste despite the flavor. It's like they put more carbonated water into your cup with a few DROPS of flavor. Its nasty.

Two milkshakes took >25 minutes to make. Terrible service and timing. Also restaurant is ridiculously nasty and dirty.

They never get my order right even if I'm driving, my order will always be missing something. If I walk in my order still will be wrong, they will not pass you the drink. In will keep on working by time a worker can make the drink your food is cooling down. It's an extremely busy mc Donald's but the workers need order and patience. It's yes fast food but a slow pace, good team system they be OK! Their young workers who can easily forget something Things missing have been mc flurry, extra burgers, a drink, ice cream sundaes when I'm ordering large orders. My small orders are always OK.

Ordered a double jalapeño quarter pounder with cheese at the store kiosk and got a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich.(I don’t know how they messed that up but they did.) I think the people working in there don’t care and can’t read. Honestly if corporate went all robots at this location in this area I wouldn’t mind because of the fact they get orders wrong. There is no room for mishaps like that. No other McDonald’s mess up more often than this one when ordering

The actual food is up to par but everything else is poor. The staff are very young, late teen - early twenties, and the managers are bitter and jaded, which cultivates a pervasive anti-customer attitude that is palpable. There is a bias toward the drive through, with customers inside the restaurant taking a very distant 2nd place. Often lines form of up to ten people at rush hour, waiting for orders that are already done and sitting on the counter unfulfilled, in want of a staff who cares. They ignore customers who try to speak to them, and a small order can take ten minutes to get simply because it sat on the counter for 6 minutes because the unresponsive staff didn't feel like giving you your food.

I live in the neighborhood so this is the location that I drive to more often than not. It's really hit or miss each visit and I'm tired of it. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they actually got the order "right" tonight. However, the fries were cold ( which I was willing to make my peace with if that were the only issue) and tasteless on top of that. Someone clearly forgot to sprinkle the salt. The whole container was like that and o actually don't even like salty food and often feel the fries are too salty so this was not a matter of preference. Someone clearly forgot or called themselves doing the patrons a favor in sparing their health. Nevertheless, I never had McDonald's fries without salt and they are horrible. Then, my fruit punch also tasted like straight water. I wasn't going to drive back ( it was too late) so I took the L. I always check to see that I have the right items before I pull off but didn't think I needed to taste everything. Plus the homeless people that are right up against your car when you pull up to pay and get your food, it's getting out of hand. The workers see and hear them but don't request assistance from the authorities. I wish they would.

Wait time is ridiculous and this store is always undersaffed during peak hours and management is very unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customers concerns .. the store it self is a hang spot for most individuals within the community or a drug spot. The management only seems to respond to rude behavior of customers when they’re upset. For example being polite won’t get you anywhere when you order is an excessive wait time or isn’t correct or the food quality is poor. I’ve Done seen workers eating and touching food being prepared for customers even food dropped on the floor and put back to serve . I’ve even overheard management a guy in particular name Mr comptom tell employees to serve expired meat in the back because it has to sell for food cost purposes .. after overhearing that i began to no longer purchased food from that McDonald’s anymore because they arent considerate of people health and don’t care what they’re selling as long as it goes .therefore I only purchase beverages from now on if I happen to buy anything. it’s very unbelievable that the conduct of management is allowed to continue to operate in such manner i witnesses countless flirting and forms of harassment of lower level employees from upper management, my prospective was able to notice favorably treatment of selective customers from employees receiving free items or managemt yelling at other employees with blantant disrespect for the smallest reasons which I believe is very unprofessional, in all Somthing needs to be done fast from the bad sanitation and the management nonchalance and attitudes or fights breaking out with employees or customers or people hanging out or Chinese men always trying to sell you something or people begging for money while you on line or in the driveway and mangers seem to be numb to these activities allowing customers to be disturbed or isn’t clean properly, it’s just crazy .it’s by far the worst i don’t know how this store is able to get away with treating customers so poorly be something needs to be done thanks for reading.

The place is pretty and looks modern but the servers is horrible rude worker I forgot to order something so I went back and the worker got made because I went back and she kept repeating it and got another co-worker but she didn't want to say anything so she left and the coffee taste bad in my opinion. will never come back here again

The afternoon superviser with the golden Long dreads MOTT AVE McDonald is rude and disrespectful. I tried to explain to her about an employee who she told to pack the food and drinks in a shopping bag that spilled when I got to the costumer for GrubHub delivery. She dismissed me and said it was the morning crew like I’m stupid like she is. Who trained her??? She get smart with all the customers. That day she told a customer not to get rude with her because she can’t handle the school rush in the afternoon. Customers is always right working in retail or food industry. Outside partition....grubhub, doordash orders is not acknowledged unless u bagging on the window. Smh Online orders is first priority because we have a certain time to deliver

I did not like the service that I received at this Mc Donald's. The coffee I ordered wasn't robust. It had no coffee taste to it (more like watered down) and it was luke warm. The cashier wasn't quite what I would call customer friendly. The 2 for $6 fish fillets I ordered were not particularly fresh. The corners of the fish were hard and dry. By the time I realized this I had boarded the train and was in enroute to Manhattan. No stars to be given👎🏿 Unfortunately, I cannot post without giving a star; but N🚫, no stars

So I ordered my food from this location on DoorDash. First off when the driver got here a item was missing. Which is something that happens often with DoorDash. So I reordered the missing item (strawberry milkshake). As I’m waiting on my new order I start eating my food and found a hair! Yes I said a hair in my burger, not on top, in the burger. Also my fries had no salt , which I never requested. At this point the new dashier calls and tells me there is no more milkshakes, someone behind the counter asks me to change my order. After I do that I decide to call this location to speak to a manager and no one answers the phone. Horrible experience! Don’t expect good customer service from this place.

Listen u can dress up a location and make new items on the menu,but this location will always have staff issues.The drive thru people (women) are extremely rude ,short and out right nasty. I often go to a different location that is further from my home to avoid these out right nasty employee's. I'm sure they will never receive a good review. And I don't think anyone cares. Took 40 minutes to get a meal out. 40! Would've gotten my food faster at a full on sit in restaurant. Lost my LIRR train because of their terrible service, had to wait a full hour for the next one. Ridiculous!

Terrible service and attitude. As I was waiting to order, I wanted to use the bathroom cause they were taking forever. Then some older guy in his 50’s in a jacket standing in the lobby with no masks said ‘sir?’ As I began to say I was going to the bathroom, he cut me off and said ‘no!’ and resumed looking at his phone. I cancelled my order and left. If you can’t follow your own rules and then act like I’m your friend, nah man, I’ll go elsewhere.

For the most part staff are terrible. You think that part of the training is the blank stare. Some staff are good and work hard but most aren't. Ex their young cashiers have so much attitude it's hard to order then the wait is too long

I've ordered on McDonald's website, however the staff did not know what to put in my bag seemingly very confused & hostile. The young lady at the window tried to pin it on me saying "He keeps asking for stuff." If I'm not mistaking i can only receive what I've ordered because at the end of the day it comes down to the receipt & the camera & could've done a thorough check off from what I've received from the staff member but nooo she tried to save face looking foolish in the process. Finally after she surprisingly got it right she shoves the ketchup in my hand in front of the female supervisor. I mean it's bad enough the fries were cold & stale but do i have to eat them flavorless too? Thought ketchup was something standard smh get it together.

This McDonald's needs a serious overhaul. The staff demonstrate poor customer service skills. The managers are so unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customers. Even though there are a lot of unsavory customers that come into this location there still is no reason for staff to act like they are in the streets. They are just rude and obnoxious to customers. Stay away from this location unless you don't mind feeling like you are in a homeless shelter.

Rude employee. I literally wanted to ask them a question, then they said I should stop calling this isn’t a playground it’s a place for business. I called the first time didn’t say anything because I thought the woman on the phone was going to be rude ( and I wasn’t wrong). I called a second time ready to speak then she started raising her voice at me.

The worst McDonald's I have ever seen in my life. No respect for customers. The security guard very rude and disrespectful to customers. The security guard doesn't let people to use restroom until see the purchase receipt. Basically, you take your food restroom or leave unattended if you need to use the restroom. Good job unprofessional McDonald's. Be careful, there's a business bureau out there. You cannot denied public to use the public restroom in public restaurants. I figured that after they renovated the place all the unpleasant people wouldn't be there asking for money, but it's still the same. It's not pleasant sitting trying to eat and have more than 1 person asking you for money. I haven't been in there in over 10 years due to that so when I went now, nothing has changed in that term besides renovation. Won't go back rather go farther to eat in tranquility.

The employees can be so rude. I watched one of the employees confronted a customer over an order. It could’ve gotten nasty but the customer, didn’t engage with the female employee. Btw… I order a mobile order and waited over 5 mins @ the counter before I asked someone can they @ least acknowledge me and assist me w/ my order. I asked for fresh French fries with no salt, but unfortunately that’s not what I received😡 the employee took old fries and put them back in the fryer😤. I will not be patronizing this establishment, my health is very important to me, I can’t eat salt or let alone get food poisoning because of how they mishandling food.

First of all the atmosphere of this McDonald’s was outrageously disgusting. The security was rapping in front of my face and when I had ordered food I waited well over 30 minutes for 1 large strawberry shake. A lot of favoritism that goes on in the store. People that came after me spoke some words in the cashiers ears and they had their food delivered before me. I’m upset and never expected to be served the worst way possible. Never coming back to this location.

This is one of the worst McDonald’s l have ever visited. The Managers are so rude, except two, a very pleasant young man who works in the evening and a female manager in the day are the exceptions. The rest of the staff are extremely rude. 2 weeks ago, I had to take a 15 minute trek back to get my fries which should have been with my meal and no apologies on neither the server nor the manager’s part. Today, l ordered my meal along with 4 piece nugget and when l get home there were only 3 pieces in the box. The next time l see the owner l am going to have a sidebar with him, this needs to stop.

This is a store that I only frequently order from out of convenience, I live close & the next one is close to 30 min away so I virtually have no choice if I want a quick bite. These people they chose to hire at this store choose to ruin my day every damn time I order a 6 pc. McNugget w/ an Oreo McFlurry w/ extra oreos. DESPITE the fact that UberEats jacks up the price for everything on their menu so the McFlurry is damn near $10! If you’re not in person to press them, don’t order delivery here because they will mess it up.

****11.05.2021*** They didn't give me the 12 cookies that I ordered because I took 8 straws. I just opened the bag and the manager willing shorted me on my order. Basically the manager withheld a part of my order about ten dollars worth because I took 8 straws. If I'm having these problems due to straws could you imagine how she handles other situations at this place. *** Update 11.05.2021*** I bought 15 dollars worth of food and took 8 straws. The same manager gave me issues, she said couldnt take straws because I didn't order a drink and pulled back my order while doing so. The same way she did with the orange juice the first time this happened. Manager just told me one straw per person. Pretty frustrating to have a manager complain about free stuff that has always been free. I'm typing this on Thursday 10.14.2021. I will so my best to not go back to this place. The manager was pretty rude about this fictitious straw limit. Here's the best part, they willingly forgot to give the orange juice that I ordered on purpose because of the straws. Ridiculous!

The frappe is not even all the way to the top. Everytime I get a frappe is always the samething. And I know the machine is not controlling itself the workers control the machine. Am not even getting a large cup. I feel like am getting a medium cup because the drink is not all the way to the top. That's not right what they doing. Am paying for a large cup not a medium cup.

I ordered a fish fillet meal and the gave me fries that was half full and completely cold. I didn't notice until I pull away from the window. There was one car behind me so I got behind them. I them got to the window and was met with the very worst customer service I've ever encountered. The manager was basically acusing me of trying to con my way into more fries. Speaking to me like criminal instead of a customer. She was completely disrespectful. I'm a 50 yr old man that lived in this area and frequented this location for over 45 yrs. Staff needs training in customer service and professionalism Please !!! it's like they forgot they are at work (hanging-out with the homies). One female staff member was at the drive-through on Friday, June 30th, at 5:14 pm. Had an attitude for no apparent reason and forgot the extra Burger, she didn't take accountability for her mistake and sent out another staff member to fix the issue. Need training and need to take customers, seriously no matter where you work!!!! Yes, where we live is ghetto but, that doesn't mean our McDonald's have to be ghetto too.

I can understand if an order takes time. I here today at 10 to pick up my mobile order. My order waste plus the latte I ordered had spoiled milk in it. This is unbelievable everything is acceptable but if wait an additional 15 minutes for an order and your drink had spoiled milk in it it’s unacceptable. I basically just threw money away.

The staff at this location seems incapable of reading orders, repeatedly asking me what my order is even after I’ve placed it. Everything should be delivered to me all at once after they read the order. Once I finally received my meal, it took an additional 30 minutes for my drinks to arrive. They also don't know how to make speciality drinks. The staff constantly walks back and forth, staring at customers as if they have other things to do. This location continues to decline in quality. The manager simply stands by and watches the staff drag their feet and take their time, resulting in terrible service.

Where do I start , the atmosphere is a smoke/hangout spot so just be prepared for that , also I was here last night with my girlfriend around 9pm , we get our food in a good time but we waited about 20 minutes just for our drinks we asked about them multiple times and were assured that they were being made . It was only when we seen people who came in and ordered after us getting their drinks and leaving while we’re still there now were upset rightfully so . Now when my girlfriend goes to the register again to see what’s going on the worker with the braids and tattoos starts to go back and forth with her saying how he doesn’t know what drinks she’s talking about being real nasty about it and then proceeds to say “ you’re not going to talk to me crazy idk how yall talk crazy to people who make your food” it made us feel very uneasy like he would do something to our food it’s just so sad how we were treated hopefully he gets reprimanded in someway he also proceeds to walk off from the register with multiple people still waiting for food

Definitely the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. This McDonald's is less than a mile from my house so I come here very often. I've tried not to right a negative review because I was hopeful that they would do better, but after about a year of coming here they haven't. The food is usually a hit or miss, about a 50/50 chance of getting old dried out good. The fries are almost are almost never cooked to perfection, the nuggets are almost never fresh. Everytime I order a large fry it's only filled about halfway, I could've just ordered a medium if that's what I wanted. The service is usually fast but the customer service is very poor, you should never hold an argument with a customer. I really don't think the management cares too much about this place. Hopefully this place will take on new management soon because they need to do better.

Horrible, I waited online in the drive through for 20 minutes after the same 5 cars in front of me didn’t move. The sweet tea is rarely sweet. I don’t know why this place is still open.

What's up with this location? I've been coming to it relatively every morning for the last month, and every time I ask for a frappe, I'm immediately told they don't have any frappe This is terrible business, if you can't serve frappes anymore, take it off the menu, and certainly take it off the mobile app. Or get rid of the employees that act like it is a hassle to make them even though you sell them

If they wanted everybody to order from the kiosk machines then they should take away the cash registers but standing in line for 10 mins just to order is unacceptable..then everyone walking by like they don't see someone at the register, the guy from drive thru had to come take an order at the same time he talking to someone in drive thru it looked like my than enough employees were there.. guess I wasn't meant for me to eat I just walked out

Not a good place to Dine or eat. Drive Thru isn't even recommended or safe with all the creeps that rome the lot. Keep your doors locked and Windows closed during your Wait on drive thru

This place just gets worse and worse i went here a couple days ago for me and my child and left with the wrong order didn’t know until i got home and looked in the bag because i went through the drive through. I lady asked me my order at the window she confirmed my order and still gave me the wrong order. like how does that happen now i know why her eyes was red she had to be high on the job. Its a shame i have to leave me neighborhood to get good food in service. Even when you order from them with uber eats they get it all wrong.

I had the absolute worst experience at this location today on 1/28/2026. I came through the drive through and ordered a McCrispy and they immediately gave me difficulty through the drive through. They told me to pull off and sit in the parking lot and they would bring my food but I refused because the last time they told me this I waited in the parking lot for over half an hour. But anyway I complied and parked in the parking lot. And to no shock I waited again for over half an hour. The moment i got out my car to walk in and complain they saw me laughed and starting running to bring my food. So they purposely wanted to make me wait. when i opened my food the order was wrong and the sandwich was dry without the sauce. I ordered a spicy McCripsy and there was no sauce on food. They told me it comes with no sauce as if I have not ordered this multiple times and it came with sauce. Once they realized i knew i was talking about they start laughing AGAIN and told me they would remake it. This is not the first time i experienced such difficulty with this location. Below I have attached the picture of the two workers that gave me a hard time. I believe the male is the manager of the location and he condone this all of the behavoir from the staff. The woman is the one who was laughing and made my order wrong on purpose. Poor customer service

I bought a drink with my meal and it was today and I explained try change my drink exchange my drink today and talk explain the found hair my drink and tell me can't do nothing drink the whole thing and he bring manger and I spoke manger and I said one coworker's fall hair drink and I tried to exchange my drink and The manager says I can’t change my drink whole thing and you bring your family to McDonald's and you plan to bring the whole family to this McDonald's location and you order in person or deliver and I recommend making sure double double-check your meal and deliver and check out other McDonald's near your neighborhood and good day

The manager was extremely rude and stated that both restrooms were out of order, despite the fact that one of them was clearly being used by staff. This behavior is unacceptable and misleading. I am requesting that appropriate action be taken regarding this employee’s conduct.

Arrived at the drive thru with no other vehicle infront of me received half my order told to pull up to the drive thru parking n wait for the other half… waited for 15 mins while other vehicles behind me received their orders. When I approached the window no one was aware there were vehicles waiting for their food myself bore the immediate vehicle that was behind me who was also told to wait . When we finally received our order they were incorrect. Every time I visit this location it’s nothing but incorrect/missing items and disappointments.

I ordered through Grubhub i would never in my life order from McDonald’s ever again I don’t care where I am . The burger was raw, th chicken nuggets was frozen and the fries wasn’t even cooked . What type of people do yall have working ? This is so disgusting I was throwing up the whole day they lucky I didn’t go down there and curse them out

I’m really disappointed in the customer service at this McDonald’s. Almost every time I visit, my order is messed up. The staff never greets you, never apologizes when something is wrong, and it feels like customer service is not a priority at all. This issue seems to start from management and trickles all the way down. I hope they take the time to improve, because right now the experience is consistently frustrating. Lets not forget the amount of times I have seeing employees in their uniform by the back door also setting around smoking weed..

I have never seen a franchise run like this before. Ordered a Big Mac and double 1/4 pounder and was served with old meat without the middle of the bun on the Mac. They apologized, made the order again the exact same way. Asked to speak with the manager and she said they don't have buns and that is the way they have been serving them all night. Terrible disposition and bad attitudes. When asked for a refund, the manager said come back tomorrow because they do not do refunds. The young kid with a hair net was the most disrespectful individual i have ever met. Wow!!! Unfortunately, I will have to take this further. The community deserves better!

I bought a hamburger and the meat was burnt and cold. This place is disgusting. The food is like throwing money away. Whoever bought food at this place spent $15 on food that I couldn't eat because it was no good.🤮

This restaurant is one of the worst. Most of the people who work the night shift are lazy. They serve you poorly made food, for example: cold bread, burnt burger meat, and cold fries . This isn't the first time I've had a bad experience at this drive-thru location. Won’t go again.

Terrible don’t go here. This store is a weed den all I smell is weed and caught employees smoking in the kitchen area around my food overnight as as soon as I get contact with the store HR, this store will be better. Worst McDonalds in NY! Don’t go HERE!!

This McDonald’s will soon follow Chicago’s lead of closing down due to crime and homelessness in the area. Nearly the majority of the time, when going to the drive thru, a homeless person will ignore the yellow bars that are supposed to stop them from coming right up into your window and demanding money, and give you an intimidating aura if you don’t. It’s gotten so bad before that I’ve been forced to leave at the window because I’m being harassed to such an extent that I no longer feel comfortable waiting for my food. Just keep in mind that you take a small risk to your life when going to this McDonalds. It’s not worth it people. Hopefully this review saves someone.

Apparently they don’t open until 630am but the signs 5am repeatedly makes my order wrong or forgets and its impossible to get a refund unless you go back to the place jus to change your order which they will still get wrong. So make sure before you leave to check your order

Have a nice day everyone, I want to leave a review. 1. The quality of the coffee has decreased by 2 times, just warm water with milk. 2. The terminal is a machine that doesn’t always issue checks. It almost never issues checks. 3. Coffee has become more expensive, with taxes almost $3✓ 4. I write honest reviews and do not earn anything from this. 5. McDonald's has become just a dump with tasteless food. Sorry for the honest review. Good luck to everyone in life.

This place is nasty, never get my order correct always give old fries and old burgers that be sitting on the hot plate for hours! they also don’t wear hairnets and most of the people that work there currently have dreads or they hair out especially the people in the kitchen! the manger does not even wear one ! This place is EXTREMELY DANGEROUS, GANGS OF KIDS, Homeless , Druggies, drunks hanging out by doors and parkong lot, harrassing paying customers with threats both verbal and physical. there is NO security, management does nothing when told of problems. the food is horrible even by MacDonalds low standards. Not worth the B.S. and risk to safety. I've been there 4 times and each time seems to be more dangerous and risky. Also staff is very unfriendly and don't care what's going on. I gave them a chance even contacted their District manager , never got a reply. No more chances, I will never go to this location again! ***zero stars***
