Mirepuà Via Umberto I Reviews
Small charming restaurant in the middle of nowhere 🍴😊
Unexpectedly fantastic. From beginning to end, including service. This place has no business being so good.
It was one of the most unforgettable dinners I have ever had in my life! Starting with the most delicious dishes ending with the atmosphere of the restaurant. Special thanks to Gaia for such a warm welcome and conversations (especially for the best pasta in the end 🤌🏻). Will definitely come here next year ❤️
I recently had the pleasure of dining at a truly authentic restaurant that not only catered to traditional tastes but also offered an exceptional array of vegetarian and vegan options. This establishment is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates delicate, tasty food accompanied by excellent wine in a welcoming atmosphere. The highlight, of course, was the food. Each dish was crafted with care and sophistication, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors. The vegetarian and vegan options were far from afterthoughts; each was a standout, designed to appeal to all palates. It was refreshing to see such creativity and attention given to plant-based dishes, making them stars in their own right. The wine selection was good as well. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for high-quality, beautifully prepared food with plenty of plant-based options. Whether you're a vegetarian, vegan, or just a lover of great food and wine, this place will not disappoint. Definitely a spot to add to your must-visit list!
Very friendly Staff and really good food. The dishes were very tasty 😋 combining traditional dishes with some creativity.
Very good restaurant! Nice staff and the food is delicious.!!! also you can have aperitivo and enjoy the atmosfere
Wow! Amazing food, very refined and unique. Also great views for an aperitif and excellent service. Would highly recommend, especially the vegetable canneloni and semifredo. 👍🏼
Perfect evening in a beautiful location with great food. The atmosphere is so nice antique parts meet modern parts based on a hill from where you have a nice view on the hilly landscape around you. The service is very helpful and mindful. We took the 7 course chef’s menu and it was great. Every course was decorated and presented stunningly and the taste was so good. With the menu came also the fitting wine. The wine was from the region and had a great intense taste. We are very happy that we found this place and had a great experience. Thanks to the whole team.
Nice place with a great terrace overlooking the beautiful hillside. Typical food of Piemonte served with a modern touch. The best vitello tonnato I have ever had. A bit hard to find but it is worth finding it.
Unbeatable prices for great wines and food. It's no gourmet destination but very satisfying, rustic Italian cuisine. We'll be back. Highly recommend to make a reservation a few days in advance.
Expectations were set high, but we ended up very disappointed. I called the restaurant in advance to ensure they have enough vegetarian options which they confirmed, unfortunately there were very few on the menu and no flexibility to prepare something else. The staff didn’t speak English and menu was only in Italian! Food was really mediocre, pasta had too much pepper, dessert weird texture, cannot judge on the main dish as I have returned it. Our waitress didn’t get the order right and only brought one main dish. After they came with the second, it was still raw. The worse of all was service, we came with two small kids, which really seemed to disturb them. There was absolutely no sympathy or effort to accommodate us. We were constantly stared at by the chef. This us not family friendly place!
Disappointing. Staff trying hard - but perhaps too hard and as a result the evening was not relaxing. Good variety of menu choices but a little fiddly for my palate. Sliced beef ratatouille was my choice of main course but the beef was too tough. I hope the team can generate a more relaxed atmosphere and I will certainly try again!
Weak service with no english skills. Besides, many pieces of my Tagliata were burned... Also, they have no exchangeables in the menus for vegetarian (they will offer an agreement that the vegetarian eats a la carta and the rest gets the menu... but they still want you to pay each dish separately afterwards!) Sadly, the old establishment is dead... Do NOT visit this restaurant!!!
