The dough on these piadinas is really good! The filling is generous. The menu always offers tempting new options. The coffee is delicious. The assortment of mini desserts is lovely...but the baby piadinas with Nutella, Bacio, or other variations are unbeatable for a sweet end to the meal.

We came to the Vicolungo outlet and had lunch with two piadinas, one "tifosa" and one "eccellenza"...plus a baby Nutella...truly delicious...I was amazed by the flavor of the "tifosa" filled with Zola cheese. There's a wide selection of flavors...each better than the last. They also accept meal vouchers. Very satisfied. Very kind and helpful staff.

Bravo! The staff were incredibly kind. The piadinas were truly exceptional. We ordered two piadinas, one with ham, mozzarella, and mushrooms, and the other with squacquerone, prosciutto, and arugula. Luckily, we were able to eat inside, in the warmth. Naturally, we were required to have a Green Pass; the only drawback was the lack of leftover containers. The receipts were clearly labeled, even listing the price of each ingredient. While we were enjoying our piadinas, we could watch through a glass window as the kitchen staff prepared them with fresh, top-quality ingredients. The ham, sliced ​​on the spot, is also included in the piadinas!

Very satisfied, I liked the light dough (you can also choose from it by adding €1 if you want wholemeal or kamut) and crumbly... affordable price, the latest arrival costs €7.20 obviously just the piadina... let's say that was enough for me.

I discovered this chain for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised by the flavors a piadina offers here. The place is appropriate for a fast food restaurant. Nice, with outdoor seating (individual tables that can be joined together for large families). I didn't see them cleaned between customer changes, but whatever... The cleanliness of the common areas is questionable. They offer many piadina combinations, from meat (chicken) to fish (shrimp, etc.), so you're sure to find your own. The piadina is good, nicely filled and flavorful, with the option of adding other sauces (for a fee). The prices for the piadinas are reasonable, but the drinks are high; water is fine. The staff is friendly and helpful, good. I'll be back, maybe at other locations, but only because of the distance. A small note for the manager... those buzzers that ring constantly are really annoying :) .

Mi spiace non aver fotografato il contenuto delle piadine per dare una descrizione es. La vegetariana aveva due fettine di pomodoro alte 2mm a sua volta tagliate a meta tot 4 mezzelune e due fette di provola appena pervenuta il paté d olive a chiazze tirato come la tempera sui muri in pratica la consistenza è data dalla piadina ah! dimenticavo la rucola. Non è stata una bella esperienza ti senti un po raggirato , ora non pretendo una farcitura da pranzo di nozze ma il giusto. Per far capire cosa ho acquistato per 4 persone e a dimostrazione che non lesino negli acquisti vi posto lo scontrino debitamente occultato se poi il servizio clienti vuole contattarmi sono a loro disposizione. Aggiornamento 17/06/2025 Grazie per la cortese risposta. Non capisco esattamente cosa intendiate con il vostro invito a voler riprovare un esperienza da voi? Con rammarico leggo che vi state rapportando con lo staff per capire l accaduto ma lo staff non lo formo io ne tanto meno impartisco direttive sulla preparazione. Il mio rammarico è solo quello.di non aver fotografato ma forse lo farà qualcun'altro leggendo questo post. Cordialità e buon proseguimento.

Terrible and unacceptable experience. I was with my friend who works in Vicolungo, and during her 30-minute break, we went to get her a piadina. After 15 minutes, she received the wrong piadina; they told her they'd replace it without a problem. After another 10 minutes of waiting, she approached them politely asking if they remembered the piadina, explaining that she had to go back to work at the shop. They had completely forgotten about her and only then started preparing it. When she was supposed to go back to work, the piadina still wasn't ready. She didn't eat anything, they didn't refund her money, and they didn't even apologize. Truly unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. Slow, disorganized service, zero customer care, and no seriousness.

Zero manners and less than zero sincerity. Despite the heat, bottles freshly refrigerated stood in front of cold ones, dismissing it as a refrigerator malfunction. When the clerk was pointed out that the bottles at the back were colder than those in front, she even responded arrogantly and rudely, as if the customers were stupid. I'd change the clerk.

I order via the app to avoid the line, choosing 1:00 PM, but confirmation arrives at 12:48 that everything is ready. If a time is given, it should be respected, otherwise I eat them cold. I ordered takeout, and here's the surprise... Empty piadinas. With the shrimp (or prawns, as they call them) there are 2 of the exact number, 2 small shrimp, and two lettuce leaves. The one made with ham and tomato was worse: two thin slices of tomato wafer and a slice and a half of ham. Along with the review, I'm posting the third piadina. Try to identify the ingredients if you see them. We went back and the answer was: since you made them, the weight is fine. Excuse me, but I pay for each ingredient individually; the piadina doesn't have a fixed price. The more I add, the more I pay. Thank goodness, I received 2 shrimp "free." ABSURD. I don't know if it's a general company policy or just this store, but be careful, here you will only buy EMPTY piadina.
