Best in the area!

I got a meat lovers puzza and it was so loaded wkth toppings it was really heavy for a medium pizza. Definitely will get more.

We have had zero problems with Caraglio’s in Victor. Food is always good and on time. We welcome them to the area!!

Ordered the Big Tony for a birthday party and it was perfect! It was our first time having it and it definitely won’t be our last! Delicious - great sauce, texture and crust!

Great place! Much cleaner looking then the previous pizza place that was there. Within walking distance to us too! Good staff, decent wait time and yummy food, so glad Caraglios has come to Victor!

First time trying them today. Got a sheet pizza, and was very pleased. Sauce is fantastic. Great pie!

I had great wings and chicken fingers with fries and plus the people were very nice.

Tried this new restaurant for lunch today. Staff was friendly. The pizza is excellent. I found myself wanting more after my slices were gone. I only wanted more for the taste. Great pizza.

I wish I had a picture of the sheet pizza I ordered for the Bill's game.. I love cariglios pizza. I've been going to them for a few years now and they never dissapoint!! I've been telling everyone in my family to give them a shot and you'll see. Why I enjoy them so much!! Now they have a location in Victor! Which is sweet! My brother orders from them and my sister orderfeom them from East Rochester. They all agree that they are worth the money and what they offer for deals!! I'm happy to see them expanding. I used to go out to 104 to grab pizza. Now they are a lot closer to me I'm Canandaigua.

Had a free medium 1 topping discount card so we got pepperoni and added a dozen wings. Good pie! Love the cupped pepperoni. Ordered wings well done medium hot. Nice & crispy and got a side of hot hot sauce. Also ordered extra blue cheese and only got one. Guessing that wings don't come with blue cheese and celery? Overall good value and delicious food . We will be a returning customer.

I have been anticipating their opening since I first saw the sign. Their food was amazing and did not disappoint! I love that they have specials during the week. We ordered on a Wednesday for 3 free toppings; and they were not skimpy on toppings. I also loved that we were able to get half and half of 2 different sauces for a dozen wings versus having to buy a dozen of each sauce. We definitely plan on ordering from them again in the future. lm very glad they expanded out to Victor

The pizza is really great, would drive from Canandaigua just to get this pizza. I just learned it's in Geneva too, so that's a bonus!

Food is great but they mess up every time the cheese isn't even on the entire pizza and forget about messaging corporate as they don't contact u back

I opened it, felt it and told the guy and he said "sorry". Then moved on to next person. I do not recommend and will not be going back. Seriously disappointed in the service and quality.

We ordered a large pepperoni pizza, thought we’d try it for the first time. The dough was extremely thick and too soft on the bottom. Pepperoni was really greasy. The worst part was biting into a slice and there was a hair in it! Gross!! Will never, ever order from there again!!!! Do better!

Ordered 1:30 online for 6:30 delivery, delivered at 7:15😌 but they forgot our wings. Called and the manager wouldn’t even get on the phone😬 also called at 7 when it was 30 minutes late a few times and no one answered

Folding a pizza in half doesn't make it a calzone. What's the point of the side of sauce when you put sauce in the thing? Ordered a company lunch and they got something wrong in every single item. Banana peppers instead of green peppers, green peppers instead of banana peppers, cross contamination in the chicken to steak subs, etc. Never coming back.

I'm a dasher for doordash and I notified staff that I was there for an order and gave them the persons name. I sat down waiting for the order to be done and then a woman employee with brown hair, white skin and slightly big lips asked me if I could deliver something else too. I said I can't if it's noy assigned to me as I would not get paid for it and it's illegal. She then asked if she put the doordash order in now, if I would get it assigned to me since I'm in the store and I said it's a possibility I get it but not a 100% chance I would and she blew me off and rolled her eyes at me about it. Like what did I do? Employees need to be more professional here and it was my first time ever in a caraglios

Staff and service was very rude and disrespectful due to an order placement miscommunication. After all was figured out and food was enjoyed cold, they later tried calling back, leaving voicemails asking for money for the order that was placed at wrong location. Even after they said they canceled it. Talk about harassment over a few wraps. Definitely won’t be getting my service or money again and for starting out a business, this is a terrible way to treat customers. Also waited 45mins for a delivery that was right up the road! This place can do better.

Slice was half crust and they had a 2 slice & 1 drink combo for 9$ got charged 14$ asked her about it she said you have to get it on a box.

Been there twice now after 4 and no slices available to buy. Poor buisness choice to not make them. Not everyone wants to buy a whole pizza for dinner. Slices are available everywhere but here.

Ordered once before and the wings were pretty good. Decided to order a hot meatball sub with cheese and a garbage plate this time. Pick up was 7pm, we arrived 15 minutes early. Upon arrival we were told they didnt have white hots though there online ordering has that as an option. Never called about getting a substitution before arriving, but a red hot was fine. The food was all COLD and not like it was cooling down because it was takeout. It was completely cold. We only live a couple houses up the street, so it was less than a 10 second drive to the house. The cheese on the meatball sub was solid like it just came out of the fridge, never heated/warmed. The "garbage plate" was a sad sight. I wouldn't expect a Charlie's plate from a pizza place, but def. expected better quality than what was thrown in there. There are definitely better options in downtown Victor.

They asked me if I wanted it cut into triangles or squares (the regular large) I said square cause it makes sense since the sheet is also square. Anyways, ill come back to that. So, I arrive at 3 pm, and the pizza hasn't even been started yet. So I had to wait an extra 20+ minutes. THEY DROPED THE BALL ON AN ONLINE ORDER ALREADY PLACED AND TIPPED. furthermore, I had not yet bought the large pizza I placed. I was told they would comp that for me and yet they charged my original payment for the online order. So, about the slice.... the sheet pizza must've been cut by a dull slicer because not a single slice was manageable without tearing and slicing afterwords. The large pizza that I asked to have cut into squares was such an amateur move that the entire middle was its own piece as if someone put absolutely no thought into the geometric pattern of things. I had to go to the store and actually buy a pizza slicer to redo the entire thing. And just to to it all off the pizza was horrible. The wings were okay though. I spent over $100 and I cant believe i let a tip for such horrible service

The 1st order they forgot some toppings on my pizza, but sure didn't forget to charge for them. After a phone call they offered me a complimentary specialty pizza with my next order. Well, with my next order the specialty pizza comp got downgraded to a pepperoni pizza so I got charged $6.00 for the complimentary pizza and they screwed that pizza up too. Also ordered a dozen wings and 3 if them had shattered bones in them...nothing more enjoyable than eating wings contaminated with bone fragments and marrow. Never again
