We were heading back to Canada, stopped in for some treats for the ride home and to try some new items. The woman at the counter was super friendly and patient. Offered me the seniors discount without asking and gave a few extra cinnamon bites as were nit sure of the quantity. A pleasant visit to Dunkin!

My husband and I only moved to Victor in August so this was our first time going to the Dunkin here since we normally go to Starbucks in Victor. Our barista was the sweetest gem! She was friendly, chatty and made us our pumpkin cold brew (which isn’t even on the menu anymore). We also tried their bagel bites, love them!! When our drinks came out, our barista was wrote a little note on our cups, it made our day because we have been going to Starbucks for a few months but the baristas don’t even recognise us.

The food was okay, but they did put extra bacon on my dad's sandwiches. My bagel was barely toasted. The food was good though. I felt bad for the employees because I think there was only two trying to go between the drive-thru window and the inside counter and doing the food and drinks. Because of that, the service was a little slow because of them trying to do everything between the two of them.

As far as Customer Service goes this location is pretty consistent with that. All of the people i have come in contact with are Really nice and friendly. I’m not sure what’s going on with the donut holes. There’s barely any glaze on them and they’re very dry. And when you’re taking them to a gathering and everyone’s talking about it, that seems to be a problem.

if you want to play a game called "drink made right roulette" look no further. How exciting is it to spend $9 on a drink then only get it right 50% of the time!!! try this game now. Seems like every dunkin you go to now messed up a drink half the time.

I went through the drive thru which was very fast but I had to repeat my order to the employee 4 times. Then at the end of everything, they forgot one of my items and it’s not worth turning around to get with the traffic.

The employers did not greet or call our order out. The atmosphere was very unprofessional and employees were throwing things at each other behind the counter.

Ordered a blueberry muffin and got chocolate chip muffin. They had no croissants so the gave me a bagel sandwich. VERRY BURNT! See the photo. Grounds in our coffee everytime. Its out of desperation that we go there. They need a whole new staff this is the worst dunkin donuts ever. I drive to Farmington to get better quality and service. Pathetic.

Sat at the drive thru. Says hello several times. Waited. Nobody took our order.. They were open.. we left and they girl gives us a dirty look through the window.

Idk what they are doing inside but I've been stuck in this drive through lane for Almost 15 minutes. And you can escape you have to wait. How is this place open with this service?

This place needs to be managed better. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 bacon avocado toast, 1 sandwich, and some hash browns. They had 1 woman stocking and taking orders, 1 woman making the food 1 person at the window and standing around in-between orders and 3 others just standing around making the occasional drink. They would do their best not to make eye contact with you. I will not be going to this dunkin ever again. I feel bad for the people who only have this location as their only option.
