So, here's the scoop: only two employees working this morning at 9:30. There was a gentleman working the counter and a lady working the drive-through. They were hopping. The young man who served us was top-notch! Great attitude, professionalism, and courtesy. Not sure who owns this location (Victor), but they need to recognize these two. If I owned a restaurant, I would steal them away.
The consumer service is off the charts, everyone is super friendly and helpful. I don't think I have ever seen people this happy at there work before, when comparing to other places of the like. The food was good like all other Tim's I have been to, and the free wifi is a plus. The only negative was the floor needed a sweep, and the counter needed a simple wipe down but everything else made these negatives seem like nothing at all. Will definitely come again.
Have gone to Tim Hortons for many years . The Victor store has NO HOURS ON ANY OF THE DOORS. Most of the locations have dark windows which make them always look closed , which hurts traffic . I’d like them to do well. But these items should be considered.
Same as most fast food establishments. It was clean staff not super friendly and the food is what you can expect. Prices are somewhat high for the quality, but this is very typical these days. No real complaints, but this is my review.
Dropped in for a couple coffees and some muffins to celebrate an event. Apparently we had on our invisibility cloaks. Two employees and manager were walking back and forth behind the counter and didn’t even acknowledge our existence!? Only one was serving a drive through customer and there were no in-store customers. We were just about ready to walk out when we were served. Just a heads up to reinforce how important it is to look up when someone walks into your space! 😉 It ended well - a fresh pot of coffee and a “have a nice day!”
This place says open on Google but it's clearly closed..Google needs to fix it this place should open on time!

Nov 3 2024 update: "temporarily?" closed, chairs up in a Sunday 1pm. While I haven't been here in years, it's unsurprising. Does this portend a vacancy in the center of town? See below. Blame it on the labor shortage? Employees turnover at a blistering pace; those who remain (look for the shift manager on the name tag) are appallingly rude. I've been coming here for a while, but things have changed for the worst. Incorrect order fulfillment, customers being made to feel like a burden, slow service, degraded quality. Price increases are salt on the wound. I know this is a franchise and not really Tim Ho's, but no excuses. I was told to be on my way in the drive thru as I waited and checked my order (because they get it wrong over half the time) due to the fact that they are timed. Well, then get the order right! Last time, I'm done.
Absolute trash. Drinks are not made right , food is disgusting. I recommend NEVER EVER going to this Tim Hortons. A literal waste of money. Go to Henrietta if u want Tim hortons , victor is HORRIBLE.
guy with long blond dyed hair needs to be retaught on food safety because he kept wiping his hands on his shirt and touching his face and not changing his gloves. he also leaned his whole shirt into my food multiple times. gross. at least put on an apron or something. probably the whole staff has issues with cleanliness since there were other employees there that said nothing.
Victor location used to be the fastest place to get breakfast. Now it is among the slowest I've ever experienced - any where. I now go out of my way to avoid this location. It shouldn't take 15 minutes for one muffin when it used to take two.
What is going on? 2 Saturdays in a row I’ve stopped at 6:00 AM and you have been closed. Your hours say you open at 5:00 AM. I was not the only in the drive thru that had to pull away because you weren’t open. I’ve been going to this location for a long time!
I enjoy Tim Horton's coffee but my experience at this location is NOT good!!! 1. There is no consistency in their drinks or food. I order the same things and most times they taste and are different. 2. Specific requests to my drink/food is often times not followed. 3. Yesterday, I ordered several items. Per the App offers, the vanilla latte was supposed to be $2 (I was charged $4.79), the donut was supposed to be free and I ordered just a sandwich (I was charged for a combo $7.69 so charged for a donut as part of that). When I brought this up, I was told that it was just how it rang up and they had no control over that! 4. Today, I order a latte and per the App offers it was supposed to be $2 (I was charged $4.79). I brought this up and their immediate answer was that offer was valid after after 2 pm and I needed to read the details!! I was so frustrated, I just asked for my latte and left advising them that I have had so many issues there and I was done with their Tim Hortons location. There is no time limit on this!!! Very frustrating and I won't go back there. Overcharged, orders not correct and bad customer service.
Sunday morning, roughly 1030am my girlfriend and I roll into the drive thru. After being stuck (because it's a drive thru with no exit lane) for 10 minutes. We finally put our order in to an employee who sounded very impatient and then waited another 15ish minutes to pay only to wait for another 15 minutes at the window to get our food. We were handed our drinks and then told we were all set, we had to remind them we had order a plain bagel with chive onion CC and a farmers wrap with sausage as well. We were then asked twice again what we had ordered only to eventually get the wrong food. We recieved a raisin bagel with plain CC and a farmers wrap with bacon and no chipotle sauce. The employees seemed stressed and even maybe a little unmotivated. It's a cold and rainy Sunday morning, I get it, but most of all they seemed to lack basic direction. As an experienced manager myself, I can easily recognize the problems going on on the other side of that drive thru window. It was barely organized chaos. After spending $18 and roughly 40 minutes of our time to not even recieve an "I'm sorry about that wait, have a great rest of your day"...needless to say I'm pretty dissapointed and the Sunday staff needs work. About 3 weeks prior to this, I came here and again had recieved the totally wrong order after a hefty wait time. This location used to be very pleasant and convenient...it is no longer.
I used to love Tim Hortons but now I’m starting to see why everyone loves Dunkin’. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and asked if they could make the bacon extra crispy as I love burnt bacon. Yes I know I’m weird. Dunkin’ has no problem doing that for me. However at Tim’s today they bacon was cold and floppy like precooked store bacon. What’s worse there was no cheese on my biscuit whatsoever! I also ordered a 10 pack of chocolate Tim bits but I wasn’t allowed to have all 10 be chocolate as they are supposed to be assorted. Since when did the rules change? If this is the type of service you get at Tim’s now, I guess I’ll stick with Dunkin’, Wendy’s, or McDonald’s for breakfast now!
Horrible experience! I was so excited to go to a proper Tim Horton's after years of being away from North America, and it was just awful. The staff were chatting about personal and inappropriate things, half the menu was unavailable, we were the only customers and there were three staff on - yet the restaurant was dirty with uncleared tables. I could barely eat. Never going back again.
This is the worst Tim Horton's I've been to yet. Their food and drinks are rarely made properly and the service is TERRIBLE. This morning I waited at the drive thru speaker, no one else in line, and no one took my order. I drove by the window and they were just standing inside. This was during their normal business hours. This was not the first time they have been slow to taking orders and getting food out the window. I have tried countless times to give this location a chance to do it right, and I leave disappointed every time. I don't even like Dunkin Donuts coffee, so it's a shame I'll have to go there from now on.
Reluctantly giving the service here 1 star. I've seen faster turtles than the service here. The drive through is at best a 20 min wait just to order. I sat in line so long I forgot what I was even there for. Then you can count on your order to be absolutely wrong. The problem is obvious, the employees aren’t interested in showing up and giving quality customer service. This location really needs to revisit their business plan and figure how to get reliable employees and position them to handle the volume of customers they get. To continue to operate as they are currently is equivalent to shooting yourself in the foot.
Horrible experience i had today. I will never go back even if i got offered free food. I went through the drive thru this morning. I was not able to hear the person taking my order because her tone of voice was low. I recieved a hash brown that tasted disgusting. It seemed not to be cooked properly. I also recieved cold coffee that was disgusting. I don't understand and would think my food and coffee would be fresh since i was the only person in the drive thru at the time of my order. If i were not heading to work this morning i would have went back and asked for a refund. If i were the franchise owner of this location i would take this review serious. Very horrible experience. 0 stars for my experience today.
I took off one star for each opportunity that was missed for my rating. A few things were disappointing on this visit and prior ones. When you advertise breakfast all day but never have the ingredients like hashbrowns to do so, it doesn’t live up to the brand promise. Also, I wasn’t given two of the five items I asked for... one of the three that I was given was wrong (bacon instead of sausage.) If I’m being constructive, the reason is probably that there are several people working on the order which may make things a little faster but less accurate at the same time. The young woman who came to the window asked me if I had everything I needed, and a quick glance looked like yes, but it’s probably more your responsibility than it is mine to make sure I have everything I ordered. You have the ticket. Once I realize what I was missing a mile down the road and turned around to go back, You didn’t have the chocolate chip muffin that I ordered so I had to get something else. Hopefully this feedback helps you improve your process. Would love to hear what the owner has to say.
