My family and I had the best meal. The sandwiches were so freshly made and delicious. I had my favorite smoothie with white chocolate. My kids love to come here.

Kids and I tried this place out tonight and it was delightful and delicious. Workers were super friendly and helped us pick what to try, pricing isn't bad, and we all loved our smoothies. We'll definitely be back again.

Almost didn't go after so many horrible reviews. But we did go, and it was perfect. Smoothies and food came out fast. Everything was so good. Staff was super friendly. Very clean behind counter, dining room and bathroom. Smoothies were priced appropriately Def will be going back and recommending to others.

Highly recommend. I’ve been here multiple times since they’ve opened and it’s one of my new favorite spots. I haven’t had a bad experience yet. The food and smoothies are so good. I always have a positive experience with Chelsea, she’s always on top of everything, very professional and friendly. All of the crew members have a great hustle. Keep it up!

First time customer today at this business and location. First meal and food items I tried were the Peanut Paradise and Jamaican Jerk Chicken wrap. Wrap was delicious and well done. Tasty pineapple chicken, rice and spice. No issues, would order again! Peanut Butter Paradise smoothie was very heavy in the whey protein flavor. Did have the option for pea protein, but this round was too much whey flavor and banana. Not a fan of this one currently. Staff was lovely and kind with quick turnaround. Location was very clean and well maintained.

I ordered a Buffalo Chicken wrap with extra chicken… instead I got a Buffalo Wrap with no chicken extra lettuce…. Couldn’t even take it take because I was on my lunch break from work. Money wasted.

I normally only write reviews when I have something good to say but this was ridiculous : I’ve gotten food here multiple times, been great one of my favorite places. this was my first time ordering delivery-driver was early/super friendly no complaints there, the food however is a completely different story-I ordered a smoothie and a wrap. No straw (whatever I’ll live) but the smoothie has huge chunks of frozen fruit at the bottom-tastes blah missing ingredients, mostly ice (ordered the pomegranate plunge the one I got is apparently strawberry and banana) the wrap was half the size of usual and missing half the ingredients also. So disappointed.

First and last visit! Normally try to give good reviews instead of always seeing the bad. But today after donating plasma I decided to stop and give it a try... I was completely appalled. First O kindly asked what's good and was told the descriptions ate on the wall and only you know what tou like.. then when I picked I was told smoothie was $8.05 ...with tax ridiculously high priced for a medium size To go cup... I proceeded to pay and the machine forced you to pay an addition $1.21 in tip... I asked why and was told if i want my drink I would have to pay it because the machine is stuck and I would have to contact corporate.. I paid it and then watched her make it the blenders weren't corroborating and was frustrating the worker and then watched her waste half the smoothie in the sink... what a business fail..... Then as good as it tasted my throat started burning on my drive home as all I could taste was large amounts of Ginger... Save your wallets is what i say and make your own and don't feed this corporations and their fails... I will never step In their again.

In the midst of making my order the 1 worker had to put down my half made smoothies to assist with a new customer's order. When the 1 worker came back to finish my order I asked "are you the only one working?". Keisrton overheard my conversation and went on a rampage, ranting how she was in control of her workers and I was not welcomed to enter the store ever again! I left without the smoothies and feel a manager trainer session is necessary for Kiersten, about treating customers(people) with respect.

$16 for two cups of puréed ice with a dash of fruit. You could go to the nearest grocery store and buy everything you need and make them yourself for that amount without them being extremely watered down. Not to mention they’ll taste a lot better. Definitely won’t be back. Waste of money.

I have been waiting to write this review to give some time for Tropical Smoothie to correct this issue that happened. The issue was not corrected. I ordered lunch and smoothies for me and my co-worker for pick up. I walk in 10 mins after the order was supposed to be ready. It was not ready. There was literally at least 12 other people if not more, waiting for their orders. No one was talking. The workers did not inform anyone of what was going on. So I leave and run to TJ max to kill some time. It is now 30 mins past my lunch break. I walk into Tropical Smoothie cafe and my food is still not ready. The person behind the counter said she had no idea when it would be ready and that I could not cancel my order. I went back to work without lunch for me and my co-worker. I am also out of $30. Tropical smoothie sent me a $6 coupon..... which I do not plan on using. How do you not refund a customer when you didnt even have food ready 40 mins after it was supposed to be ready, and then not tell me when it might be ready. Terrible service. This was my second time at this location and had a bad experience. The first time my side was requested but replaced with chips without any communication.

We had been wanting to try this place for a while, so finally stopped in today. We ordered and paid for a Hurricane smoothie and an Avocolada smoothie with a Caribbean Jerk wrap and a Cajun Shrimp wrap. We were told after sitting down that they didn’t actually have the shrimp, so I got the thai chicken wrap instead. The smoothies were super thick and not worth $5 apiece for the flavor. The wraps were also not very good and seemed overpriced. We also both got sick within the day after feeling off after we ate there.
