Horrible experience!!!!! They are scammers! They tried to say my card didn’t go through and it did. They tried to say I was robbing them as I was showing them my receipts on my bank statements!! The owner was super rude I highly not recommend this place at all!!!

I have been a regular customer here and I usually order the same breakfast taco each visit. Unfortunately, the pricing has been inconsistent, and the cost seems to change even when the order is exactly the same. I’ve also requested certain ingredients to be removed, but my order is still made incorrectly and I am charged as if no changes were made. I value consistency and clear communication, especially as a returning customer. I hope management can address these issues moving forward, because it has made the experience less positive than it should be.

They will 0$ out your card tell you the payment didn’t go through and keep telling you it doesn’t go through. I went there and kept adding money and they still said my payment didn’t go through 29$ worth of food and took out 65$ from my account. And kept trying to shoo us out when we went in to try to get our refund until we threaten to call the cops

Place makes up there own prices I get the same thing which is a bacon and egg taco with an orange juice and it was 9.75. Plus they got my taco wrong. Will not be going back ever again

I stopped coming to this place years ago since the owner became rude and started charging different prices for plates. Well the other day I had a super emergency and it was either ruin the rest of my day or stop at the nearest place to use the restroom so I figured I'd stop there other then taking a chance on making it to the next spot . I walked in to place an order for a barbacoa before running to the restroom since I dont want to be told anything about using the restroom and the owner seemed rude because I was only buying one taco he kept asking me if that was all I wanted meanwhile at this point im breaking a sweat and dont even care what the card fee will be for the dang taco ! After sticking to my "yes thats all I need he runs my card and slaps the receipt on the counter for me to sign with an attitude! There were absolutely no customers in at this time so im not sure why he felt my pruchase was not worth his time. I just basically payed the $6 to use the restroom and gave the taco away to someone outside . Im not sure why this man is so rude and im sure even if I bought a plate his attitude wouldnt be any better. Glad I stopped eating there years ago! Guadalajara is much better with better service. Im still thankful I got to use the tiny boxed restroom and came out all drenched- had to throw my humor in because I laugh now about the whole situation. 1 star for atmosphere with the owners negative energy.

I dont even leave bad reviews EVER & I try to be sooo friendly everywhere I go today I experienced TERRIBLE customer service THE WORSE I've experienced in Victoria. The food is okay at best definitely not worth the trouble.

The owner is rude. He changes prices based on how be feels I payed about 17.44 for 3 tacos more than 5$ a taco absolutely insane price for how little of a portion they provide I've payed 4 dollars for tacos one day and the next it could be 5 or 5.50 he needs to get a set price and he tips himself bc it says 16.50 and I looked at the receipt and it was 17.44 overall save the time and money going eh food for the random price not worth it at all

My wife got a today order of many things. Got a quart of beans and the whole thing was fat!! Having eaten inside, the owner is a complete jerk! Save yourself a trip to El Rodeo---there are MANY other Mexican restaurants in Victoria!. Again the old man/owner at the window is THE ruddest person I have met in Victoria!!

Old man at the window was rude as hell, trying to rush me through my order and felt like he missed a few things. Asked him to repeat it to make sure but when I got my order everything was wrong. Highly disappointed!

Older man at the window exclaimed, "I don't have time to play. Tell me your order again." When a miscommunication occurred and he thought we were ordering one burrito with 5 different ingredients, not 5 different burritos like we initially said. I understand he may not have heard us correctly, but he was incredibly rude. After taking our order, he stormed off without instructing us to pay or sit tight and wait for our order. Will never come here again.

I have chosen not to eat here for a long time due to every time I go them messing up my order! But I was craving some Caldo and it was really close by so I decided screw it. Maybe today will be different, I pulled up to the drive-through just wait at the window For 15 minutes while the man who is taking orders just running around back-and-forth so I was patient and waited for him to ask me what I wanted to order what I wanted to order I’m looking at him. He says you’re not saying anything and goes back to running around doing pretty much nothing. Me being baffled and enraged at the same time as to what he just told me made me no longer want to eat there the rudeness of this old man knows no bounds And I waste their money at this horrible establishment
