Steve is a great cashier. Give alternatives to other foods that their place offers. Really nice guy. This place needs more people like steve.

Good and service was very good! The girl was very friendly and our food was made fresh. It was a nice change from burger and fries, we had a small and regular phily with a watermelon lemonade 🥰 so good! Will go back.

I like Charlie's. Although the sample they have is always the same. A ranch chicken sandwich. I will say this. I ordered the ultimate fries and it was good except the ranch on the fries. Bacon good, cheese good, fries good, ranch..... Not so much. Being inside the mall, price is fair. Always a decent choice.

Went into Charley’s today and i had a really good experience food was really good everything was fresh and warm my son loved his food.

I feel like this is classic false advertisement. The pictures of their food made my mouth water and I know it's not going to be exact but it should at least resemble it... It didn't. The tomatoes and lettuce in my sandwich were muted in color and somewhat wilted which made them appear older. The Jalapeno fries were okay but really I just expected a lot more. The strawberry lemonade was the best part of my meal.

only giving 3 stars . the food is good but i wasn’t informed id be getting a half container of a large ranch filled half way and still got charged for it 😂. food is good tho

I tried this place for the first time. I ordered online through the app. The time they said it would be done was right on time. When I got it home both me and my parents steak was dry, like it been sitting there getting old and dry by the minute. Then omg the salt that was on it, just terrible I couldn't even eat it. The salt actually made me sick. I wanted to love it but it's a no for me. Maybe if the lay off the salt it will be better. I hope there chicken is not like that. UPDATE: The owner was nice to give me a credit to try their resuarant again. I ordered the reg Philly sandwich and pepperoni philly sandwich. Both sandwiches was not salty and the meat was not over cooked. It was a good sandwich. Most likey I will be back to try different sandwiches. I am changing my star to three. Just because it needs more meat cheese and veggies. But overall they did better.

This place is clean and the staff is friendly. The food has good fresh taste. That said, the fries were under done. The regular cheese steaks/ extra meat. served more as an open faced patty melt. The bread was gummy.

I ordered some chicken nuggets and they were burned and hard to eat and I had a coupon and got a “free” drink and 6 chicken nuggets and fries, the fries had no flavor and all that cost me $10+ dollars. Not even worth it.

On September 15, Around 4:00pm, went to Charley’s Cheesesteak inside the Victorville Mall, order a Phylis Cheesesteak sandwich which it was a mess and tasted terrible. They did not have no fries. This place needs a new owner, new management and new cooks, this place gives a bad impression, reputation to the Charley’s Cheesesteak franchises.

I ordered a sandwich and boneless chicken wings. The wings were horrible. They were way too salty and dry. And they forgot my strawberry lemonade. I should have gone somewhere else for $25.00. And no, I will not return.

Had no bbq and no jalapeño she gave me a side of jalapeño and asked for 1$ for bbq ... after 25 min waiting 10 of them waiting to place an order while being the only 1 in line. For less than 25cent side of bbq they wasted food time and refunded my 17$ sounds like poor management Can't go wrong at jersey mikes

No help at all from cashier. No clarification of Order. Ring it up and charge up the Ying-Yang. Complaint response “If you don’t order the every day deal you don’t get it.” - we pointed at it and said that one!!! $30 for 2 of us ?? Nonsense!! It’s just a ‘fast food joint’- no thanks

Asked for extra mayo on three sandwiches and all 3 are very dry. Bacon was half as much as other visits. Been going to Charley’s in Orange and Hesperia for nearly 10 years but this is pathetic. For over 15$ a sandwich I don’t think I will be coming back.

Pretty bad all the way around. Dry low quality barely warm meat. Apparently there's a shortage of onions and peppers, 2 of the 3 main ingredients in your signature sandwich. You won't complain about the lack of meat because you really don't want more. The lemonade was a high point however. Been here 3 times now. They give off the vibe they don't care if you spend your money here or not.

I personally Don’t recommend! I ordered 2 reg philly steaks sandwiches plain “NO TOPPINGS” and i come home to having mushroom,onion,green bell peppers. My kids are allergic to these toppings. And for myself i ordered a chicken philly sandwich and repeatedly said NO PICKLES. Waste of $60 dollars for dinner. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Ontario location serves better!!

I ordered three of the Philly cheesesteaks, they had no cheese sauce and were barely warm but the meat was tender. And the three orders of gourmet cheese and bacon fries were soggy, cold and disgusting. The only delicious item i received were the three strawberry lemonade's. I do not recommend this place...poor quality of food for outrageous prices. Not worth the money!!!!

Terrible experience with the new store on Bear Valley near Hesperia road. Waited 30 mins for my food, after ordering. Never received my lemonade. After complaining about not getting my lemonade, the manager reluctantly made my drink. I went home and realized I did not receive one my cheesesteaks sandwiches. I went back and they handed me a sandwich that has been on the counter for over 30 minutes. After I refuse to take that sandwich, They gave me another one that had been sitting out and it was cold. The managers said, Ok ill make you another one, but I just left. Worse experience I ever had. A waste of money spent.

The management at this location is in serious need of re- evaluation. They have employed the most immature people as shift managers and leads. The managers are all too involved with each other and the level of gossip in that store made me super uncomfortable. The managers engage in rants and gossip about the employees they manage and don’t like. Yesterday, I was the target of that rant. Justifying their actions with superiority and assuming that their title gives them the privilege to degrade and belittle employees that they supervise. The male managers there think it is okay to talk about their “encounters” and personal activities that take place outside of work while on the clock. Not being mindful that they do work with women and that the space is so small in that store that their conversations can be heard by their female employees. At one point one of the male managers had the audacity to try to shame and intimidate a female employee for exclaiming an expression of discomfort at the topic of his conversation. This location is very disgraceful in the service they provide as a whole.
