The service is great. The employees are wonderful. They just never have enough chicken. Anytime you ever come there, they're always out of something. Is they don't have any mild or dark meat? Or they're just completely out, maybe they should stalk up a little bit more if they're selling out so quickly.

No reason for me to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru for an online order. When I get to the window, I can see the manager sitting, doing nothing. The line was wrapped around the building and no one seems to care. Then we get home with not a single correct sauce. Useless management make for terrible service. And for mid food at best? Figure it out.

The only reason I'm giving 1 is because it didn't give me the option for none. Ordered via door dash bith door dash and Popeyes confirmed my order. Adter an hour and half my door dash driver contacted me stating they said they were closed( 8pm mind you) and the doors were locked and continued with *they never got an order* even though it showed that they were working on my order. Poor staff system going on. This is not the first or second issue I've had with this Popeyes.

Sat in the drive thru line behind 3 other vehicles, 1:30pm, 5/10. The drive through speaker must have been inoperable or not being tended to. It seemed all vehicles were placing their orders at the window. 20 minutes later, reaching the window, the employee was taking walk-in orders, and expediting the other orders from indoor patrons. Minutes later told me to wait, and he would take my order in bit. He never took the order, because I had no more time available to wait.

I have spoken with manager about our experience on January 1st 4:53 pm. We purchased a 12 piece family bundle for $37.88 with tax. We received 1 breast, 3 thighs, 3 legs and 5 wings. I called the restaurant to be told by the manager David that they were low on chicken. I was not asked if I would accept a substitution. If buying carry out, be sure to check your order because this is their policy if they are low on chicken. A single wing is not a substitute for a breast or thigh or leg.

Ordered a 3 pc to go.( 2 legs and one breast). When I got home and opened it I saw that my order was not right. They gave me a leg, thigh, and a wing. Also I had ordered a couple of jalapeños, which they did not get as well.

Worst Popeyes I've been to and I've been to some bad ones. The drive through is on the trashy backside of the building and the first time I went I waited until I was ready to give up and finally someone took my order. I ordered a 3 piece meal all dark and when I opened the bag at my hotel it was a badly overcooked breast, ok Thigh, and an equally overcooked drumstick. It was too late to go back so I ate the thigh and drumstick and tossed the breast. It's a small city so without many options late in the evening I tried them again and was told at the speaker to go to the window to order. There were 3 other cars in line ahead of me so it was a wait just to order. When I got to the window I was told they only had wings and that it would be a while to get any chicken. I told them they should have told me that at the speaker so I wouldn't have wasted 30 minutes. I tried again a couple of nights later as I really wanted some chicken and again sat at the drive through speaker for several minutes until I finally gave up. I heard a voice as I was driving off but by that time I was pretty much over it. So bad food, bad service, and a drive through that looks like it belongs in a slum. Clean it up, Popeyes. There ain't no good times rolling at this location.

After going inside to order take out their were more people in outside ordering and inside their was maybe 4 customer.young girl could not put order in machine correct had to call manager understandably.I ordered 1/4 popcorn shrimp I question worker why they call were so small and fried crunchy hard she said the cut the bigger shrimp to make the popcorn.these shrimp were like the dripping from fried shrimp.clearly not the right amount..their wad a older lady working circles around these young kids seriously they were in the way doing very little.the service is very. Poor. We always loved going their not so much any more.

So we made an online order, it was to be ready by 6:18, we showed up at 6:30 just in case they were busy! We then had to wait in the parking lot (because the lobby was closed) till 7:05! When the lady finally came out she didn’t even acknowledge me as she handed me my food she just stood there! Very unprofessional and very disrespectful! On top of it all our food was cold! Completely uncalled for!!!
