Ristorante Centro Vigone Reviews
Prezzo modico. Siamo state tutte soddisfatte.
It's always nice to come home and taste the menu of your own region... Really good... Everything is excellent
Excellent service, very attentive and friendly staff. The atmosphere is beautiful and quiet, ideal for enjoying a meal. The food is delicious, the portions are huge, and the meat melts in your mouth. Highly recommended restaurant!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We went to Cucina Piemontese da Cappellari to celebrate a friend's birthday. There were 30 of us, and we had a wonderful time! The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, and the Piedmontese cuisine is authentic, made with fresh, local ingredients. The staff is attentive, fast, and always available to answer any questions, even with a large group like ours. Everything was excellent, from the food to the service! A place I highly recommend and where we'll definitely be back 🍷👏
Great experience! We return every time we want to leave a pleasant memory of Piedmontese cuisine for our friends who aren't from the area. Always a great experience. The staff is kind and attentive, the food is sooooo good, and I must say, plentiful. The desserts are something words can't describe. Sooooo good. It's definitely worth the drive from Turin. We'll be back many more times, always confident we'll eat well!
Very quaint atmosphere, with brick vaults, musical instruments, and bottles of wine, some of which are antique. Superbly fast service. Excellent and plentiful food, reasonably priced. They forgot to bring a side dish, but that's a good thing, we were already stuffed 😅. The à la carte menu lists the perfect wine to go with each dish. A daily menu is also available, featuring dishes like Venetian-style liver and pork leg. Eco-friendly water: microfiltered in glass carafes. We'll be back as soon as we can!
While visiting the Tulipani di Vigone, they recommended this trattoria with its 20-euro Tulipani menu, which included two appetizers, a first course, and dessert! Everything was delicious, generous portions, and above all, a welcoming location, home-cooked food, and friendly service from all the staff!
There are very few places like this these days. A timeless atmosphere, well-maintained, authentic home-style cooking, flavorful and plentiful, and prices of touching honesty. I wish there were more restaurants and trattorias like this. Coming here gives you an idea of how much we get ripped off in many other places that instead try to cut corners with small portions and poor quality. Keep up the good work! I'd give it a 10 if I could! Another 100 years of this!
We went for lunch on Boxing Day. It was a lovely place with lots of bottles on display, but there was one notable flaw: it was a bit cold, which isn't pleasant at this time of year. We had the fritto misto, which was delicious, both the savory and sweet options, and the fish. There was just one small misunderstanding: since we had a gift card, they charged us a small difference at the register because the fritto misto is offered with two appetizers at a different price, but we hadn't been informed.
Piedmontese cuisine galore. Excellent value. Reservations are essential to avoid disappointment. Fast service and friendly staff. It's not a Michelin-starred restaurant, but the quality is very high. Lunch menu €11 It's cheaper to have lunch here than at home.
A traditional restaurant with a set menu and an à la carte menu, both carefully curated and varied. Attentive service, friendly and attentive waitresses. The portions are generous and all very good. The only flaw: the atmosphere is very crowded and noisy, more suited to gatherings with friends than a romantic dinner. Recommended!
The place is very attractive; you walk in and it's all WOW! The decor is beautiful, just how I like it. You look around and there's history, passion, attention to detail, and cleanliness. The menu is traditional, with seasonal Piedmontese dishes, and prices are fairly reasonable. What I didn't like was the service, which was absolutely too fast. I didn't even have time to go to the kitchen with the order before they'd already returned to the table with the appetizers. Plus, they weren't organized with our dishes; there were five of us, and we never ate all five of us together. Always some before, some after, but we never got to all eat at the same time. Oh yes, dessert; that's the only dish they brought to everyone at the same time.
The restaurant is located in the historic center of Vigone. Parking is easy to find by going towards the square and walking a bit. The restaurant is in Piedmont style with brick vaults, it is furnished with antiques (sideboards, pendulum, piano and various instruments)…very full, but charming. There are many rooms and on some evenings they play live. For our dinner with friends they put us in a small room, we ate bagna càuda and pasta for the children. Abundant dishes, wine, barbera in bulk, precise and attentive service. Perhaps the vegetables are not very varied and not too abundant. I suggest booking in advance.
Catering service at Thanksgiving. Terrible kitchen and dining room service. The menu included four appetizers, very, very poor, two first courses (always poor, a spoonful of risotto and a forkful of tagliolini, and I'm not exaggerating), and a second course, which was supposed to be braised in Barolo (but there was no trace of Barolo, or red wine) served with polenta and baked potatoes (too bad the potatoes were served half an hour after the meat). Lunch ended at 6 PM🤦♀️ and we didn't wait for coffee, otherwise, who knows what time it would have finished. One more thing, usually before putting the cutlery and glasses on the tables they are checked, they don't leave dirty, come on.
