I tried the buffet and I'll tell you what lacked flavor: the pizza, the spaghetti, the pork rinds in sauce, the rice, and the cleanliness in the bathrooms needs to be improved, but they smell good.
The food isn't particularly seasoned. You can order eggs with chilaquiles, which would be the best option. What was really good was the mole de olla.
