I order it through DiDi, and I really like it because it's exactly as you order it on the app; it has all the ingredients. It's far from my work, but it's totally worth it. Seriously, thank you. Even though I order through DiDi, I 100% recommend it. Unlike the lazy people at Plaza Cristal who always send me the wrong order, and the last one was too small. I'm never ordering from them again.

The staff is very attentive and offers good suggestions. It's the Subway in Villahermosa with the longest hours. The food is generally good.

When I ordered, I was told there was no service. I asked for an estimated wait time, but the person couldn't tell me. The same thing happened to another customer. There were several people there, and the only activity was counting coins and heating up food. This is the first time I've experienced this. The portion sizes have changed; they're smaller, and the quality of the sandwiches is lower. From what I can see, they don't serve until 3 pm, but that's not indicated on the sign.

Subways are smaller than usual and the portions are tiny, but the prices are outrageous. I don't recommend it.

It's a small franchise, its chairs are of poor quality, they don't have the variety they should have. It's the same as all the branches of this chain: fast food and unhealthy, but it satisfies. It's strategically located but in a very ugly place.

The sign on the door says it opens at 6:30, but even though the staff were inside, they left us waiting until the cashier arrived at 6:50. The two counter staff and the cashier were reluctant to serve us. People who arrive have traveled for hours and only have 15 minutes to shop; it's unacceptable that we receive this kind of service.

The service is terrible. They make the subway run wild, everything is cold, and they don't even let you choose the toppings. Unfortunately, this is my second time at this establishment, and I have the same experience.

Horrible service, the waiters speak to you harshly, you haven't even asked for anything and in a threatening tone they tell you: "you can't add anything, the recipe is fixed"... never in a Subway have they spoken to me so harshly and without letting me add extras, horrible, don't eat there

Terrible service. I barely walked in and they took a long time to serve me. Then they saw I was paying in cash and told me they didn't have any change in the most arrogant and rude way possible. I tried to leave the establishment, and they put a lock on the customer access door. Why? I don't know why it was the official opening time, not closing time. I was desperate to leave, but the lock was the problem... Seriously, terrible service.

They sold me a very simple Subway with the bread they wanted, just like the recipe, so I asked the employee if I was allergic to that bread or the vegetables there, how did they respond? They didn't let me know. They just put lettuce and onion and if I didn't want those ingredients I could change them for just two. They'd never told me that before at any Subway. I won't buy there again.

I wanted to buy two subs of the day, and they wouldn't sell them to me. They insisted on selling them for $120 each, claiming that yesterday, Monday, they were already selling them in a pack, and not just that. By the way, I told them there's nothing on display to indicate this. Terrible service.

It was supposed to close at 11:00 pm, but I arrived at 10:30 pm. It was open, and the guy told me he wasn't serving anymore. I think he was feeling lazy, I don't blame him... Everyone has the right to rest.
