We’ve had the opportunity to visit Kaprichos in Dover several times, and each experience has been excellent. The food is always delicious, the prices are fair, and the service is warm and attentive. On top of that, the atmosphere and décor make it a very enjoyable place to spend time. Definitely a spot we recommend!

The place is very beautiful, the empanadas are very delicious and the strawberry juice is delicious. I don't understand the people who complain about the service and it is very good, they are attentive to everything.

Popped in by chance and felling love with this little place. This is what makes Dover special these days. Had an espresso, Cuban sandwich and a fresh squeezed orange juice. Everything is so good, looking forward to desert. Good prices, good portions and amazing service.

Today I went with my son to grab a bite to eat. The chicken empanadas were very tasty, and so was the Milo (what my son had)... My order was a 'sub el parcero'. The bad part: I found a black hair. The service was 'so-so' ('x')... the girl who served us didn't show the slightest initiative to do anything about what I had found. She offered to change it, but I was afraid they might put something extra and less pleasant in it. Honestly, I think this is the third and last time we will eat there."

Prices are to high. $14 for a coffee and 3 bread sticks!

Please teach the girls how to manage customer service, They don’t know what they’re doing and standing there for 10 minutes for 2 bottle drinks and empanadas is crazy.

TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. NO PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. And to think PEOPLE WORK FOR TIPS IN AMERICA AND THIS IS THE SERVICE THEY CHOOSE TO GIVE. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

Unfortunately, my experience at this place was not satisfactory. The service from the people who served me in the morning left much to be desired, as a lack of friendliness and helpfulness was perceived throughout the service. The food was not appetizing, and to top it all off, the migao I ordered came with chocolate in a sachet, something inappropriate for an establishment of this type. It's a shame that this was the case, because the place is very beautiful inside. And I must say that other people's reviews were not wrong about the terrible service.

Wanted to have a warm breakfast with my wife but we were completely ignored as people next to us were asked to order 3 times. They didn’t even turn their head to greet us let alone help us and I went inside to get myself a menu. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON PLACES THAT ONLY CATER TO THEIRS . RUDE, and we WALKED THERE! Will NOT BE BACK.

Sat outside while I saw the table next to us get tended to TWICE. Not even an acknowledgment or a greeting. My partner had to go inside to get the menu when we see the lady come out for the third time and completely ignore us, we left.. I guess it’s because we’re NOT COLOMBIAN. because everyone else seems to be getting service. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
