Nice place good meat, good service

We came at around 12:15. I dropped people off and went to pick my relatives up. We came back in 20 min, and nobody approached our table to ask for an order. We waited for an HOUR! before our food finally arrived. One of the waiters had apologised for long waiting time. We went for Sunday BBQ all-you-can-eat ribs. They arrived cold. Staff seemed to be so chill. The ribs were good in general. Atmosphere: there is a kids area that looks like a room for mentally ill people. Walls are covered in writings, garbage on the floor, dimm lights. A bit depressing. They have a changing table for babies.

My wife and I had a disappointing experience. We ordered two wok dishes of beef and vegetables. The dishes weren't exactly hot, and the meat was quite tough. The waitresses were kind, but I had to ask for things twice. The price we paid wasn't adequate for what we received. I have experience in the restaurant business, and the overall impression is a lack of professionalism and method. There's no final check (we could have walked out without paying and perhaps no one would have noticed). I hope your other restaurants aren't like this. A suggestion (free and without offending anyone): when the various dishes are prepared in the kitchen and are waiting for the waiter, there should be an area that heats them using infrared lamps or similar, so they are served hot.

Absolutely horrible service, waitress rushed me to order and then proceeded to bring me cold food. I asked if they had vegetarian options and they brought me a burger with bread, a piece of lettuce and a hash brown inside, no cheese or sauce as advertised.

We got here at 230, they rushed us to order, almost as if they were making us a favor. Then the food is cold and not what we ordered. I order a burger with bacon and I got a bread w Meat and lettuce, nothing else inside. The fries were cold, didnt even bother to heat them up. The male waiter were normal just doing their job, but the 2 female waiters that we interacted with us were truly unprofessional and horrible. Worst roadhouse in italy.

The restaurant has a lot of potential to be better, the service was actually terrible, the waitress did not want to be there and did not care at all, I went for the all you can eat wings and tenders, but they were taking way too long like 30+ mins to bring just 4pieces of wings, very dissatisfied I hope they improve

Food here is absolutely awful! Meat has a very strong smell of potassium nitrate or some other preservative I only encounter in market packaged meat. My girlfriend had a burrito and was so bad that she left it after only a couple bites. The waitresses were nice and helpful.
