Arby's Visalia Reviews
This is my favorite fast food joint!
I call it a Super Roast Beef , now it's called something else, but it's the best sandwich for me at Arby's ! Lettuce, tomato and red sauce on Arby's Roast Beef, Oh Yeah !!!
Great meal came out very fast and the establishment was very clean, I will come back here.
It is very good food takes me back to my high schools days! Please support less frequented restaurants like this I would love to see it packed like other chains! Better than dealing with McDonald's and their employees by far!
I ordered two gyros for just 7:00! They were built very nice and I really can't beat the price. Atmosphere is middle of the road because I only went through drive-thru. Service was very friendly but didn't know how to deal with change. It didn't bother me . The manager had to help . My order didn't take that long but the car ahead of my at window was there over 5 minutes. I don't know what issue was. Could have been making something fresh. The person at window gave me one of each of the sauces. Very kind a good sauces. I will look for more specials to try
Nailed It. This was a great Arby's experience. Fast, Friendly, Hot Food, awesome. The drawback (as always with Arby's) is the pricetag (not this crew's fault). To the corporate think-tank and distributors: Don't overstep your gains or this chain will become a thing of the past. (the boomers will pay it, but the millennials won't take it much longer) 😉
Went to try the steak nuggets...honestly, they were cold and bland. Hadn't been to an Arby's in over 20 years...not wondering why! 🫥
Food not as good as it used to be. More like eating deli meats instead of roast beef. Disappointed and not going back.
It's been a long time since I've eaten at an Arby's. But, I don't remember the "roast beef" tasting like sliced hot dogs. It was a bit nasty to be honest. And the prices are ridiculous! The dining room hasn't changed since 1974, the atmosphere was drab, and there was one customer that looked to be in his 80's having lunch.
Unacceptable. Cashier at front counter was coughing, taking orders, and expediting food. Cashier on DT was taking orders in the front, expediting orders and cooking fries. I was told there are no sodas and I could choose between unsweetened tea or lemonade. I ordered a French Dip and wasn’t given the dip! The place is run down and falling apart. WHO IS THE DISTRICT MANAGER? I’m a former General Manager for another fast food and this all starts with management. There is a major lack of training here. One thing that tells me this is that the fries had about 3 times the amount of salt they’re supposed to have. So these batches of fries are just thrown in and salted, a new batch comes up and they are thrown in and salted on top of the others so the others get salted over and over again. This is simple training! I will intentionally not go to this location for a very long time due to my visit today, but when I do return, I hope to see it managed properly or completely shut down. Those are literally the two options this place has at this point.
We went through the drive through on 12/7/25. I got the classic roast beef sandwich. Took one bite and noticed that the meat was discolored. Not just one piece - practically all of it. It had a greenish/yellow color that was not just the lighting. It was also served at room temperature. I called to ask if that was normal for their roast beef. The person I spoke with didn’t know. I asked for a refund because there was no way I’d eat it. I was told I had to bring the sandwich in for a refund, even though I live 20 minutes away. I paid with card and had a receipt - easily could’ve been refunded over the phone. We will not be returning.
I have been a customer for decades. My grandfather would take me to Arby's when I was a child for the roast beef sandwich loved it. Well it looks as though things have changed. This last time I ordered their new beef nuggets based off the commercials it looked to be something different and worth a try. Well, these nuggets were dry, stringy and were honestly horrible and non edible. Considering what they charged me, just under $30 for two orders, was out right highway robbery. Arby's you can do better. Because of price and quality I can't see when and if I will ever return. Go to jack in the box and get there two tacos for 2.99 cheap, is edible and im sure at least better for you then these expensive horrible nuggets. Update to original review (post) Arby's did respond to my original post and left a link to click but of course that didnt work. Come on Arby's at least you can do something in regards to the $30.00 I threw away for your bad product that I had to throw out.
My original review dated 12/8/24 seems to have been deleted. Even though I video taped it. Their cameras would have shown it, I filled a complaint with corporate and I called the health department. I called corporate bac they closed out the complaint and never contacted me and would not give me information as to what happened. Didn't even comp the meal I could no longer eat because I was covered in human waste. I'm so sorry to everyone who ate here after me. This place is horrible and needs to be closed!!!! My original post : DO NOT EAT HERE!!! HUMAN WASTE LEAK!!! I went through the drive through last night 12/8/24. Right in front of the window I heard a loud scrapping of the undercarriage of my car. I get out of my car into a giant puddle. Realize it's ply wood that was scrapping my car. Then I smell raw sewage. I'm standing in it. My converse and the cast on my foot are covered. I ask for the manager, man at the window states he is the manager. I saw my car is messed up and I'm standing in raw sewage. He says someone's coming to fix that and I should complain to the morning manager. I drive off and park to inspect my car more. Only to see the manager direct an employee outside to with a napkin, not gloves to move the board covered in human waste. The employee than goes back inside with human waste on their shoes and goes back to making food.... after touching human waste without gloves. Hopefully he at least washed his hands. Store should be shut down and manager fired. Calling the health department this morning. Now I have to throw my shoes away, find a way to clean my cast and have the inside of my car detailed. DISGUSTING!!!!
We stopped by on our way home, and the person that took our order was rude. After we ordered we found roaches in the dinning room. So we let the staff know that we would not be eating there and they gave us a partial refund for our order, they made us pay for our fountain drinks.
Extremely rude workers. Prices jacked sky high. If you don't use the ap (which doesn't work at this location anyway) they put a 100% tariff on your order. Terrible, Terrible place. I'm surprised Arby's is still in business with the way this one operates. Stay far far away and get Popeyes in the same parking lot
We ordered a French dip, got home, NO AU JUS!! Ordered meal, didn't get my soda. Asked for horsey sauce...got none. Called Visalia store, no answer. Taking my JUICELESS French dip back tomorrow. Expect to receive refund
