Unlike a establishment I posted a review on and hate with a burning passion considering how popular it is. The food here is actually edible and in fact will not break the Geneva conventions for inhumane or unjust suffering the chicken is not putrid and not like my ex-wife. It actually tastes and looks good the fries don't taste like a 5 year old made them and actually have seasoning. Highly recommend this place versus The Other Place just like Voldemort I will not speak its name

The service was great. The chef was very friendly and welcoming. I had the Classic Chicken Sandwhich combo and everything was amazing. The sauce was perfect. Overall amazing food and customer service.

If you’re in town and looking for fresh food and great service, you must check out this spot! From the chicken, to the sauces, and can’t forget the milkshakes! You will not be disappointed ☺️. Check them out!

I got the chicken and fries basket and it was great. I've gotten it a couple of times, and each time the chicken kind of bites off in chunks instead of where I bite it, so I get more chicken than I want. But it still tastes good. The fries are great and the ranch is great. The service was absolutely wonderful, the guy at the front was the nicest food worker I've ever met. He did forget to give me my drink, so I went back and he upgraded it to a large and gave me a free slice of cheese cake which was good, but not the best I've tasted. The strawberry lemonade was amazing. I would definitely eat here again.

I had such a great experience here. The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned just right. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was quick even during a busy time. The place was clean, the portions were generous, and the prices were totally worth the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend Chicken Spot to anyone craving delicious comfort food!

The food here is phenomenal. The staff are super friendly and the portions are more than generous. If I can't finish a meal to myself then its alot of food lol. I cant recommend it enough

Good chicken, good fries, and good waffles. Sometimes will eat inside with family but mostly takeout. Food if doing takeout is still warm even though I live a bit far from it. Inside could do with maybe a bit more decorations. Staff are very nice even when busy.

I absolutely fell in love with this place! I got the spicy chicken sandwich with slaw and my husband got the Mac n Cheese w/ fries and chix. I also got a lemon and blueberry cheesecake dessert. The place was super clean, too.

Best chicken place in Visalia. Period. Generous portions, always fresh, great variety of dipping sauces. The chicken and waffles is outstanding and my daughter loves the macaroni and cheese! You got to try this place

I ordered the buffalo chicken fries, I’ve got them here before and they are always good. The chef unfortunately misread my requests but quickly offered to remake it but it was fine I still enjoyed the food. He even gave me free extra sauces and a free drink so it definitely made it up. Customer service 10/10.

I love eating at this place. By far the BEST chicken place. The staff here are so kind and generous. Me and my gf ordered the Mac and Cheese chicken fries and wings. We ordered an 8-piece and got 9 wings instead!! Love the guy in the front 👍🏽 would recommend trying!

Food was worth the wait. Ordering seems to take a little longer than it should, but the food came out hot and great tasting. The signature sauce is delicious, and is a nice and tangy honey mustard. The raspberry lemonade was actually raspberry tea, and the sweet tea wasn't all that sweet (and also had a raspberry flavor). Waffles are good, chicken is great! They were out of mashed potatoes when we went for lunch, but the Mac n cheese and Mac n cheese bites both tasted great with REAL cheese, not just a sauce. Wish they had Bleu cheese for the wings...
