Burgers are amazing! My favorite burger spot in the Visalia area! The meat comes from Harris Ranch so you know it's good quality. My favorite burger is the Blue Pig. They also have a pretty good dejection of craft beers. Highly recommend!

Loved the flight including the dark which usually I don't like. Food is fabulous and my Keto friendly. Awesome !

The food was amazing! Burgers were super juicy, loaded with veggies, my favorite purple onions, and pickles. And those garlic fries — next level! The sliced beef sandwich with BBQ sauce was definitely a great pick for any meat lover. I’ve been traveling across California, and this was hands down the best food I’ve had so far — 10/10. It was a to-go order, ready in under 10 minutes for three meals, and you could tell everything was made from scratch. Super quick! Awesome job, guys — it’s nice to see a place that’s not just trying to be a slightly better McDonald’s but actually raising the bar.

This place exceeded all my expectations! I Google Map searched burgers and beers on the North end of Visalia and Kaweah caught my eye. A hot summer in August 2021 and I’m looking to also cool down and sit inside. It was 28 minutes from where I was at. So I went. I settled on the Holy Toledo IPA. They didn’t have any Red. The Toledo was great. Their menu looked nice and I couldn’t decide between the Kaweah Burger or the Chicken Wings. I ordered both. Definitely got leftovers. The burger was amazing. A little salty at first but the rest blended. I ordered the garlic fries. They were good and crispy. I had a couple of wings. Excellent! Could be spicy for some but I liked them.. The bathrooms were new and clean and the red accents gave it a nice touch. I wore my mask walking in and in the bathroom. Like everyone else inside, no masks. Very nice place if you like beer! We were just trying to stay cool and drink good beer.

Try the tri-tip on the salad or the sandwich, and you will not be disappointed. The amber larger satisfied my thirst. Let drink and eat!!

We visited this brewery before and missed out on the great beer and gourmet style meals served here. A little gem of a place will definitely come again. I ordered the salad with garlic shrimp. The dressing was not too sweet not too tart and the saltiness and garlic buttered shrimp accented the apple slices and slivered almonds, blue cheese crumbles and cored pear tomatoes nicely. Husband ordered the Blue burger so smoky and charred to perfection. Juicy and lip smacking good! Garlic fries are moist yet crisp. Beer was full bodied with a slight sweet finish like a Bourbon beer. First time there and was impressed. I had the Square Top and a Kaweah burger. Probably the best pale ale I've had and the burger was amazing! Service was friendly. Def will be going back!

Always a great experience here. The staff are nice. The beer and food are good. This is a sit-in establishment, so expect a wait time during dinner hours to get a seat.

Did a growler run for their Spring Berry Seltzer. Loved it! First time trying it. It's refreshing and hits the spot on a hot day. Didn't get a chance to hang out and try the food but I do plan to do so on my next visit.

Great food and beer. This is not just a regular beer and burger spot. The food is amazing and has a gourmet taste. You can tell a lot of thought went into the building of this menu. Also, Kaweah Brewing Co. serves its local craft beer that taste amazing. This will be a go to spot for me and my family.

Okay ya’ll. If you’re local to Visalia, you have to try their Kaweah Brewery. I literally crave going here because it’s so consistent and all Harris Ranch beef. I get the same thing everytime - the Blue Pig slider. It’s perfect size for me because their regular size burgers are huge. I always get the curry cauliflower on the side. However, you have to try the garlic skinny fries at least once! It’s the order at the counter and they give you a number style, so it’s low key and very nice staff. Only downside is it gets smoky sometimes from the chargrill but you won’t notice it after the first bite.

The staff was very nice, they do need business cards and menus you can take with you. I was pleasantly surprised by how much you get for the money charged, especially these days with many places charging so much. I highly recommend going here for a nice, order at the counter and sit down experience you will be happy with, if not you're very picky. LOL

Hands down probably one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. If you’re in the area, you should definitely consider eating here. You order and pay at the register and they bring the food over to you. Portion sizes are bigger than you’d expect, but definitely still finishable for one person. Great food, clean restaurant, and nice staff! 👍🏻

I think for a brewery, the food here was absolutely amazing. They have great pretzels. The meat lovers burger was absolutely amazing. Overall, the service was quick and super friendly and the food was pretty good. They have about 8 different draft beers to choose from
