Stopped by Kuppa Joy on my way out from a Dr. appointment. I was blown away; I am a Starbucks connoisseur, but this little gem impressed me with its taste and service. The young lady who assisted us was very accommodating and friendly. My husband wanted to try the Hallelujah (White Chocolate, Vanilla, and Cinnamon) but preferred it not too sweet. She made it perfectly, 1/3 sweet and with a Triple Shot. I ordered the Amazing Grace (White Chocolate, Vanilla, and Lavender) topped with Amazing Grace Cold Foam. Omg, it is so delicious. Whenever we visit Visalia, Kuppa Joy will definitely be on our to-go list.

Wonderful, nice clean establishment, friendly helpful staff, great customer service, and good coffee! I had ordered a matcha latte and a coffee, both were good, and the staff made suggestions as to what else I might like.

I went for the first time today because i have been seeing them on tiktok. The coffee is amazing! I got the halleluiah and it was so good. I just wish the large was a little bigger for the price but i still loved it.

This is such a great hidden gem in Visalia! I love how convenient it is to order through their App while earning points towards a free drink. I order from here multiple times a week. They serve the best coffee, and their Chicken Artichoke Panini is so delicious. I appreciate how kind and friendly their staff is. They always have a smile on their faces and are so friendly. The staff appears to enjoy working at Kuppa Joy and serving their customers. I highly recommend this place!

Friendly Staff- Yummy drinks I had a great first time experience. I ordered the bouquet latte and Oreo frap. I mistakenly assumed the latte came with cold foam. When I asked the barista she took it back no problem and added cold foam as well as recommending her favorite cold foam. I loved my drink. I believe i would have liked it without the cold foam but I’m glad I got it with. It was DELICIOUS! The prices are reasonable as well.

I was recommended this place and was told it was the best coffee in town, I’m pretty picky but man that first sip, in fact the whole coffee was so good you’ll cherish every sip.

The Kuppa Heaven with an extra shot of espresso is my favorite but I've enjoyed everything I've had here! This place is my go to anytime I'm in the area. I love the story behind this coffee shop as well! Hallelujah!

Anyway, my daughter gave me a gift card from here because her experience was so good she wanted to share it with me. Try it again risk free? Why not? Their Almond Joy hot or cold tastes like an Almond Joy. Their hot Hallelujah tastes like a Snickerdoodle which I absolutely love! And their regular drip coffee is divine! I drink it as it is because it has so much flavor on its own with a delicious crema, I was impressed! When I'm in the mood for some good coffee I will be coming here.

As much as I love the coffee here. Portions are way too small and pricey. We got two twenty ounce drinks. I wish I was exaggerating but three sips and they were gone. Anyone who knows me knows I'm a sipper. I even use a frost buddy to keep my drinks in. I can get a drink at 730am and have it until 6pm. (Just so you know I'm not just a chugger ) It also takes quite a bit in the drive through even with two lanes. One not open most times I've been. So $6 for three sips...I'll probably continue to pay $7.50 for 32oz at other locations.

Match was not good at all, barely any matcha flavor, and lacking sweetness. Breakfast panini was pretty good though, would have likes more ham and egg to bread ratio.

I went to kuppa joy today and ordered a small Oreo frappe and it took such a long time to get it with nobody behind me and the drink has no taste whatsoever it just tastes like water and milk mixed together there was not even any pieces of Oreos in it plus had no Oreo flavor I'm not sure if the drink is supposed to taste like this but it was a very tasteless drink. Possibly not coming again

The sauces they charge for to go with the burrito were horrible. By the way the tasteless burrito was over $8. It contained potatoes eggs and cheese and I was told that they were made fresh. Starbucks sausage, egg and bacon wrap way better and is a frozen product. The coffee had cream and I asked for sweet n low or Splenda. Of course they dont carry any. The coffee had no taste. It was like drinking cream only. Zack you really need to be better with product control. First and last time. I had to stomach both on the way to Morro Bay.
