I got a prime rib burger with extra patty and it was a very juicy flavorful experience. I think one patty would've sufficed though and for me two was a bit much. The cheese was overflowing and gooey which made the aesthetics pleasing. The waiter was cordial and made sure we received good service. I usually love going to Sizzlers.

Other than being a little cramped, the atmosphere was fantastic. From the host to the servers, everyone was so friendly and enthusiastic. The food was delicious. The salad bar was well stocked and the kids loved the ice cream bar. The fruit was fresh and tasty. The ribeye was delicious and tender. Definitely a better steak than we've gotten at Cattleman's in a while. We will absolutely be back.

Sizzler in Visailia remodeled, Guy taking orders when you walk in was not very friendly, half the lobby was closed, most of the tables were not cleaned, The cheese toast was cold and they limit you to 2 slices, out waitress was the only one who talked to us, gave her a good tip, they had taco's shells but no taco meat, there was no Jello, no Vanilla ice cream, the chocolate was like brown water, I could go on............ Couldn't wait till it re-opened but only to be disappointed. Buffet is mediocre at best. Actually not even mediocre. Salad bar is still great but how can you mess that up? The unlimited salad bar is too expensive on it's own. There was a lot of us so I called ahead and reserved tables which was great because we didn't have to wait for seating. Unfortunately our server did not visit us enough and my glass was empty more than it was full. It was my mom's birthday and I had to get up to find someone to bring her little cake and sing Happy birthday and when I found someone they were very short with me. Like how dare I got up to find you? If you're not ordering a plate off their menu don't go here for the buffet, especially with kids because my son is only two and I thought they would have chicken nuggets or fries but there was not enough toddler friendly foods.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting and dirty here. Floors, counters, everything. WAY overpriced. Don't waste your money!

So I was celebrating my anniversary at this most of the time good restaurant. But this time while I was eating my potato I was cutting it up and eating it and noticed something black. I asked my waiter what is that an he said I don’t know put a piece of it on a plate so I can go ask the kitchen staff I said ok.. and then he came back and said the kitchen staff said the potato was bruised I was like ok well it looks like mold and he said well they said bruising cause of the shipment I said ok and he said we can bring you out another potato and I didn’t want to ruin our anniversary night over a potato so I said sure but look at this nasty old potato they fed me. And didn’t bring out the manager or offer a refund or anything just a new potato. So forever on out if I were you getting a baked potato I would cut it up before you just eat it.

Don't let them fool you with false advertising!! They did not remodel it's the same thing. The money you pay is not worth going steak had nothing but fat. The kids all you can eat buffet has just spaghetti max n cheese and the dessert and of course its good for the salad bar only and the bread. Service was not good took forever to get our bread. They did give me my money back for the steak that's all I can say if you want salad then ya you should go..

Walked up to the counter and was ignored. Literally had to get this lady behind the counter attention to be helped. The menu is not at the front counter but on the opposite wall. I ordered the burger and strawberry lemonade. They charge you an extra dollar to put strawberry at the bottum of a platic cup for you and have you just refill your drink with regular lemonade that you can get with a regular beverage (do that instead) once I got my meal, it was nasty, I also had to hunt down the waitress for anything. When I asked her for a refill on my over charged strawberry lemonade she told me to "get it myself" there is no strawberry lemonade at the soda machine. At the end I just wanted to take my meal and leave and when I asked my waitress for a to go box. I watched her walk around everywhere else like she was lost amd waited a good 10 minties before I had to hunt her down to get a box. I will not be coming here ever again. The customer service and food was disgusting. A wasted lunch and wasted money for an over rated restaurant 🙄

Use to come here as a kid, definitely do not recommend anymore. The salad bar was all old, had a hard time finding anything fresh. We waited never got refills on drinks, I didn’t even meet the server as she put the drinks on the table when I was gone I think my friend had seen her once. We asked someone if they can clean our booth, just wiped the table. Crumbs were all over the seat. For the price I expected better food, at least fresh food. I didn’t even see a point in leaving a tip because nobody attended to us, we needed napkins plates taken. Overall bad experience probably will never come here again. The dude in the front with the glasses was nice. They do need to keep on top of all the old food. Everything was old, I was scared to get ice cream because I work in a restaurant and I know better than to use the ice cream machine at a dirty restaurant. Definitely expected more, nowonder the place was empty.
