The service was impeccable, and the food and drink were fantastic! The atmosphere/surroundings were crowded, there wasn't enough space to sit and enjoy the coffee and there was nowhere to plug your laptop in.

I had a mocha frappe cookie crumb some thing or other. It was very good. If you like frozen coffee it’s worth checking out. I lost my phone that morning and I stopped by to use their WiFi to locate it. I’m so great full for the WiFi. Thanks Starbucks.

The coffee was good and the associate who Assisted me was very personable and efficient. The seating area looked nice, I do wish there were a few more tables. The only troubling part of the visit was seeing one of the associates who was working the drive thru sneeze without covering while she prepared a drink behind the counter.

I really enjoy visiting this Starbucks. The service is fast only when there's a few people ahead of you, the line moves and you're up, but some days the line is really long. They have a great view of the Main Street. Compared with the other Starbucks in the city this is the small one.

Last time I went my regular drink tasted nasty I asked the barista if she can re-do it and she gave me major attitude saying that was the recipe. I go to Starbucks 5 times a week so I know how the drink taste like. One male barista was there and offered to re-do my drink. When he did it, the taste was great. When the women did it it was literally 90% of water, no joke.

I order here this morning and I kindly greeted Kathy with "Good morning how are you?" (Clearly loud enough) and she ignored the fact that I said anything then she was scowling at me while making my order and then she made my order wrong. Not a 1 star because the other employees are kind.

The coffee artist that helped us wasn't very friendly and accommodating. Not everyone knows how the ordering from their menu works , so they should be a little more understanding and helpful. Not respond like a robot , repeating what was said . And way too many people waiting inside . It took about 15 minutes to make us 2 coffees.

So it’s a 106 today and I walk in to grab a water for my son who is 6 and my daughter. We are walking around downtown area and they told me no that I had to purchase something it just got to me. It’s a heat wave and I can’t stop and get water my son is sweating and so is the rest of my family. Thought this chain was better than that

Bought a coffee always my regular place to get coffee twice a week walked out to drop my coffee asked to to get access to restroom but someone was in there walked out and came back inside and asked a lady how to open the restroom was very rude and said I had to buy something that moment I told her I had just earlier and said I couldn’t use the restroom very rude and unprofessional and was not cool she did that. Don’t appreciate that and hope you don’t need to use the restroom cause you will be denied! Beware rude older lady in there

TLDR: Disappointing and Uncomfortable Experience I visited this Starbucks on 02/06/2025 between 6 and 7 PM for a first date. My date and I, both coming from different towns, chose this location as a midway point. Upon entering, we were greeted politely, but when I asked if they had a restroom, the employee’s demeanor immediately shifted. She coldly stated that restrooms were for customers only and walked away, making us feel unwelcome. Even after I mentioned we planned to order, the uncomfortable atmosphere led us to leave. As we exited, a male employee kindly offered to open the restroom, but by then, we had decided to take our business elsewhere. Through the window, I noticed the female employee shrugging with a smirk. My date and I both felt the interaction carried undertones of discrimination, making what should have been a special evening an upsetting experience. I called the next day to report the incident, but the response felt dismissive and uninterested. I understand restroom policies, but the way we were treated after simply asking a question was unacceptable. We had every intention of ordering, but instead, we were left feeling unwelcome and disrespected.
