Elizabeth is awesome! She fixed a minor mistake with my delivery immediately and was super kind and helpful. I’ve always had good luck with this store, and she just exceeded my expectations. I don’t care what you pay her, she needs a raise! People like her make customers for life.

Rudelings. Went to pick up pizza from the place and it was closing soon but not yet. Went inside and the employee was literally huffing and puffing and had a mad expression. First of all, please fix your face. I'm a paying customer and secondly, it was 15 minutes from closing time. Deal with it or lose yet another customer.

The person on the phone was rude. It took almost an hour to get the pizzas. They said they were being prepared at 31 minutes so we drove down to the store. After about 35 more minutes, we finally got the pizzas . Not surprised at all. I guess their time looks better if they say it’s ready and it’s not.

Usually, this place has been so consistent. But the last two times they messed up our order completely. And this time somebody dropped our pizza. And tried to place it off like nothing happened. Maybe they got new management or just a bunch of new employees . They did remake our pizza and and took over an hour and a half to deliver it. And it tasted good, but somebody needs to have a talk with these delivery folks.

Pizza was made timely but we were able to track the driver using the app and they Waited over 30 minutes at a coffee shop while our crew waited for our lunch.

I ordered pizza at 1:15 and it was delivered at 3:50. But the best part is I ordered two pizzas one large and one medium. The large was in two different boxes, cold old hard and looked like they helped their selves. We aren’t going to eat that not knowing who’s hands were all over it and it clearly sat forever before it got to us.

Before I get into the review, I am not looking for my money back as I did eat half the pizza. However, this is by far the worst pizza I have ever bought from 4901 N Reserve. There was no sauce on this pizza and the dough was undercooked. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza last night (6/7/24) and all they gave me was cheese and toppings. Not to mention they skimmed out on the cheese. This is upsetting because the people there are friendly and the store is in good condition, but their pizza from last night was extremely underwhelming and disappointing. I know this dominoes can do better than this... 1/5 stars.

Just happened to go inside and snap a picture of the dough. At first I thought maybe it had seasonings in it. But after eating and getting sick I ran a quick google search (since this is what my sourdough looks like when it has gone bad and overproofed). It is definitely mold. Got the run around when I called and they stated that’s how their dough looks. But he will make some calls to make sure. Buyer beware.

Ordered two extravaganza pizzas for delivery. It stated that Myah was leaving with our delivery. From the store to our apartment it is less than a mile away. More than a half hour later the delivery driver called and said she got lost "We have never had that issue before" Once the order came, no apology, she just left. Once we opened our pizza's, these are what we got! Check the pictures. Mind you extravaganza pizza's are supreme. So I called the store..... Sage the manager answers, sarcastic and rude and tells me that her among the other's have been working doubles. I'm sorry about that! But you NEVER throw that out to a customer as a defense, totally unprofessional! And also, how does working a double prevent you from putting the fair amount of ingredients on a pizza that people are paying for??? Whoever owns this location should really think twice about putting someone like that as a "manager."

Ordered a pizza at 7:15, arrived at 8:39 and we live 1.2 miles away. Made an entirely different pizza than we ordered. I tried to call the store to check on our order, waited on hold for 28 minutes. After our order finally arrived and I saw the wrong pizza, I tried to call again and no answer. Do not order from this location.

Consistently poor service. Food often arrives late and or cold. Drivers almost never follow delivery instructions. Toppings are often missing or incorrect. Full menu items are sometimes missing. Wait times can exceed 2 hours for a single pizza. If you report any of these issues on the dominos website, it will offer you a free pizza as compensation; however, this store has a $20 delivery minimum (not including tip) and will not deliver items earned via reward points, or gifted as compensation for issues unless you order an additional $20 worth of food. Unsatisfactory

I drove across town to order in person and stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, even though several employees were there. One was scrolling on their phone, loud music was blaring, and a delivery driver came in with his girlfriend who was not an employee but was apparently helping with deliveries. When I asked for a manager, they said there wasn’t one on duty. I called the store again while standing there and showed an employee the phone wasn’t ringing. Only then did he turn the ringer up, and it immediately started ringing nonstop, meaning calls had been coming in the entire time and were ignored. While I waited, other customers came in frustrated one returning a wrong pizza delivery after trying to call with no answer, and another upset that her pizza marked “ready” in the app still wasn’t even made. The store was chaotic, loud, and completely unprofessional. I have photos from that night and hope corporate looks into it because this location clearly needs new management and accountability.

Food was Gross, I love domino's Hawaiian but it was terrible from here and their garlic wings was just oily mush drowned in garlic sauce. When i arrived a dominos company delivery car was parked in the handicapped parking spot, Not cool man. Also can confirm they wouldnt answer phone when I called and not once did It ring when I was waiting a good 5 minutes for my order.

Absolutely zero work ethic.

I’ve already waited an hour, when the hell is my pizza that I already paid for going to show up? Disgusting service. Shut down your shop and do better next time

Last two orders were missing the buffalo sauce topping. Seriously, it's a joke to have a quality check captain if this happens often. Also, extra pepperoni means one or two extra maybe? I had two slices with one pepperoni each, so sad. That was the last time I'll be getting Dominos.

Ordered delivery from dominoes last night via DoorDash. Was quoted an arrival time of 11:55-12:11. At 12:15 the DoorDash app still said “preparing your order” I assumed the store had closed and my refund would be processed the next day, since it was a late order and I hadn’t heard from the driver. Evidently the driver showed up to my hotel at 12:45, more than 30 minutes after the quoted arrival time. I had gone to bed, and the delivery was never received by me. I assume he gave the food to someone else as my hotel front desk did not see or hear from him. Door dash refused to refund the order, and I was charged even tho the delivery was never received. Be careful ordering late from a place that will not confirm delivery.

We just got a pizza and some cheesy bread sticks. They burnt the absolute hell out of both. Somehow still thought it was okay to serve. It sucks because this location has had a rapid decline over the last few months. They used to be awesome. Can't say that anymore they constantly mess up the order somehow and we continue to come back in hopes it was just a once and a while thing. But at this point its every time we go in somethings wrong. Edit: went in again last night. An order of parm bread twists took them an hour! At this point im just gonna drive across town for the pizza. This joint is a 0/10 establishment. Worst part is they actually had atleast 8 people back there( which is like 6 more then I normally see) and still managed to take an entire hour to get one item done. Not sure how corporate hasn't reevaluated the management. So many bad reviews over the last few months. The good ones almost seem fake with how formal and promotional they sound.
