It was me and my wife’s first time eating at this restaurant. The establishment was very clean. Customer service was excellent and the food tasted great for the price. Definitely will be coming back next time we’re in town

Food is delicious, recommend if you are wanting a fresh made to order burger.

The food is good. They have order kiosks that make ordering your food easy. The food is made to order so it takes a minute to get your food, but it's quality. Their drinks are fun too. Recommend if you just want a burger done correctly.

I'm no fan of burger places, but if I were to go eat at one of them, this would be among my top picks. The place is well run, clean, fast, efficient, friendly. And the food is fresh and delicious.

Staff were very friendly and helpful even when we came in at the last hour before they closed! They were great with all customers besides us. Very quick for the quality of food. Better than the location on PGA. Spent 23 bucks for the 2 of us. Sweet tea was good. Strawberry drink was good but too sweet for me. Diluted with water to make less sweet for my taste. Going back again

The burger is really good and is very fairly priced. I called in my order and it was ready the exact minute they said it would be. Would highly recommend

Came in for lunch and it was good! Burger was tasty and the fries were good!

We were one hour before closing, and the iced tea and one of the other drinks was totally empty and it didn’t look like they were going to be refilled. The staff was ambivalent and even though you waited for the burger to come fresh it didn’t taste that way possibly because the bun was too stale. The sweet potato fries were OK but the general appearance of the place is boring and typical of the chain for the price they charge you should’ve gotten better service and better quality.

Really enjoyed the tempura green beans. Split a char burger and it was plenty. Tomatoes weren't ripe.

Gone way downhill. Ditched Coke for Pepsi, got rid of malt vinegar both lame. Lately they start cleaning at 8:15 when they close at 9. They turn trash cans around, dont refill ketchup and will mop right around. Today I asked for peporcinis ( they've been putting the peppers away super early but usually will bring them out of the fridge thats right under them) today the girl just looked at me, smiled and said "im sorry we put them away". Too lazy to grab a container you put away over 30 minutes early and let me take a few peppers. Would take all of 20 seconds. I know its a fast food joint but in any place ive ever worked that wouldn't fly. Also if you are going to clean 30 to 45 minutes early maybe start with the tables. Last 5 or 6 times we were there we had to ask for a rag to wipe our own table as everyone was occupied or covered with food. Do better.

found a piece of chewed up gum in one of the chicken sandwiches…very disgusting and honestly a safety hazard!

The burger was atrocious. No flavor & rubbery. They wont last long if this is the norm.
