Good evening, I'd like to leave a well-deserved review. I almost never do it, but this time I decided to leave one. I wanted to thank the staff at Piadineria del Destriero for the excellent piadina, but especially the girl at the cashier named Ilenia. With her smile, politeness, and professionalism, she managed to clarify my piadina choice for me, given my hesitation. Excellent work, highly recommended.

I love eating here, especially considering the customizable piadinas and the quality products. The place is small and well-kept. The service is excellent, unlike those in the mall.

The piadina was average, although it was definitely better at other locations in the same chain. The staff was friendly but definitely too slow... waiting 35 minutes for two piadinas at a fast-food chain is a bit too much...

Not very satisfied. It's a classic "La Piadineria" store, so it's clean, with a good selection, piadinas prepared on sight, etc. I usually go to other locations in the chain, but this is my first time. And this time I wasn't very satisfied: I ordered one of the simplest piadina rolls at the kiosk at the entrance to save time. The wait was longer than usual, and the tables were very small. Only at the time of delivery did they inform me that one of the three ingredients was missing because they had run out. They offered me an alternative ingredient to which I'm allergic. So, "that's fine," the very kind lady said, and handed me the piadina without one ingredient. I had paid for that ingredient, though. Just as I paid for the roll to get 50% more filling, I found myself with a flat piadina, bare of filling, only folded one more time. In general, the quality of the ingredients at "La Piadineria" has declined, and the prices have gone up, throughout the entire chain. The staff at this store is efficient and friendly, but the system should block orders for piadinas containing ingredients not currently available. At least notify the customer when ordering. Basically, it took me much longer to wait than to eat. The flavor was unbalanced, one ingredient was missing, and I wasn't satisfied. As I said, I left feeling less than satisfied.

Today, November 4th, at 5 p.m., there were only two guys eating. I went near the counter to ask for some chips for my daughter, a piadina and some water, and... apart from the grumpy "worker" behind the counter, he responded in an annoyed and rude way, throwing things and snorting. After not even a minute the chips arrive, dry and greasy, obviously reheated from midday perhaps. But shame on you, hiring shitty staff who treat customers like shit and make us eat shit... and take our money, shame on you.

Terrible. We ordered two piadinas. The employee decided to make us two rolls without asking, charging us the cost of the roll. As soon as I noticed, she replied that she had to sell extras, but she refunded me €1 per roll. She was wrong again because the roll cost €1.50 more. So I went back and, annoyed, refunded her the extra charge. In the end, the two piadinas were inedible. They weren't filled enough and were undercooked... Oh well...

Outrageous!!! A 25-minute wait for two piadinas... If there are problems, customers are notified and at least they adjust, but coming out after more than twenty minutes saying "there are delays" when the delays have already occurred and continue to occur is absurd... At least, as an apology, find a way to "repay" customers for their wasted time... In 25 minutes, I could go to a restaurant and eat a risotto, not a piadina (with ham and Edam cheese, by the way, the simplest one!)

The staff isn't always attentive and isn't very knowledgeable. But things can get worse: an empty shop and 20 minutes for a Nutella piadina. No one at the checkout.

I would have loved a piadina... too bad that after 15 minutes of queuing at the checkout, I got fed up and left. In the entire store, located in a crowded shopping center, there are only three clerks to manage the cash register, prepare the piadinas, and serve customers (obviously always with the same hands)... it's impossible to order from the self-service terminals because they can't handle it, feeding it with discs as they're used. The usual Italian habit of keeping staff to a bare minimum, causing poor customer service, will sooner or later lead to your downfall. Shame on you! Hire more staff!

I think I'll never set foot in there again today. Seeing a single clerk touch the cash register keypad with his bare hands, then go back into the kitchen and touch the food and prepare the piadinas without even washing his hands is, I'd say, not the best... to get out of there by repeating the routine at the register. 🤮🤮🤮 I'm posting a photo of a piadina ordered with only avocado... You can comment... Would you eat the piadina I posted? What are we talking about... please let's not fool unsuspecting consumers...
