A very welcoming place, clean and well-decorated. The staff is friendly and professional. There's a wide selection of dishes, and you can try different cuisines, all of which are top-notch. All the dishes are elaborately prepared and use fresh ingredients, with attention to every detail. The dishes are generous and the prices are fair. Overall, a perfect place for a dinner with family or friends! Personally, I really liked this place.
Since Risto' Vittuone began offering table service with an à la carte menu, it has improved dramatically in every way. First of all, the atmosphere has become more refined, tastefully decorated, and bright. The menu includes several à la carte dishes, and there are also very good pizzas available, both traditional and gourmet. A fusion menu is also available, which is truly delicious and offers generous portions. The food is excellent and meticulously prepared, from appetizers to dessert. The staff is attentive, helpful, and friendly. The prices are similar to those of a restaurant, but it's worth it, as every time we've visited, we've been pleasantly surprised.
It was a pleasant surprise to have lunch at Ristò since they became a table service restaurant. The cuisine is excellent. The dishes are carefully prepared with quality ingredients and generous portions. The price is worth the quality. The staff is helpful, kind, and professional. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. I highly recommend a visit; reservations are recommended.
The place is spotlessly clean and the service impeccable. The pizza is unique, very thin, but delicious, made with quality ingredients. The staff is very friendly, especially Miss Giulia, who was very professional and kind. They pay great attention to their customers. One example of this is the fact that, even though I arrived at closing time, she made sure I was given a table and a pizza was prepared. These are the things that make a difference. I'll be back and recommend trying it. Especially because of the young but very professional staff. Kudos to those who run them.
I'm delighted to discover this restaurant. I usually go to the coffee shop in the morning, but I'd never tried the restaurant. In the space of a couple of weeks, we've already been back three times, and I can conclude with a positive review. Let's start with the super friendly and always smiling staff, especially one young woman whose name, alas, I don't know. The atmosphere is truly charming, and the dishes are incredibly inviting. Both the Italian and Asian cuisine, the pizzas, and the desserts make this restaurant a truly inviting place. What can I say? Thank you!
Ordered a slice of pizza today. It was chewy, and some parts, like the crust, were inedible. It was great before. The pizza was crispy and good. This is the second time it's been like this. I hope it goes back to the way it was before.
For a bar/restaurant, it's been very well renovated, and now that it's also an Asian restaurant, it's truly complete. The only downside is its location: it's at the entrance, so when you're sipping a coffee at the counter, you risk getting too much air, but you can still find more sheltered seating inside the center.
Self service inside the "il Destriero" shopping centre, large spaces with numerous tables. Classic self-service with a dessert and fruit area at the entrance, followed by a first course area with normally the choice of at least three dishes, a second course area with ready-made dishes and the possibility of some choices cooked on the spot. Generous portions and good quality. Clean environment, including bathrooms. Meal vouchers accepted. There are car parks nearby, the closest are those uncovered near the entrance.
We come here often to have lunch, you'll find pasta, meat, salad, sweets, prices are great, staff are accommodating.
Burning baby food! We were two adults and a child. After taking our seats, I politely asked if they could microwave a jar of baby food for 30 seconds. They said yes, but when they brought it back, it was so hot you couldn't even hold it! Plus, two inches of baby food was missing, and the bottle was dirty (clear signs that the baby food had boiled and leaked out of the jar). This made it quite difficult and time-consuming to cool it down and give it to the baby. I'm still giving it 4 stars because, aside from the baby food incident, we ate really well. Plus, after the remodel, the place is very nice, and the prices are in line with the quality.
We stopped by a café, drawn by the inviting window display, so much so that I couldn't help but try something—and I must say, it was worth it! However, the service at the counter could be improved. The girls at the bar, especially the blonde barista, seemed a bit nervous and disorganized. I completely understand that after lunch, with so many customers and orders to handle, fatigue can set in... but an extra smile and a little kindness towards each customer always makes a difference, even in the most stressful moments. In short: good products and a pleasant atmosphere, but the service could be more professional and welcoming.
Accoglienza fredda.locale freddo avremmo mangiato volentieri con la giacca o il cappotto servizio discreto .cibo di scarsa qualita piatti spacciati per gourmet ma in realta buttati li in qualche mini…
The value for money is good, the location is large and very bright. The selection is also very wide and everything is quite good. The serious problem is the service, which is disastrous: weekly specials not available from 1:00 p.m., incorrect orders in terms of both quantity and dishes, chronic delays in service, completely uncoordinated Italian and Asian cuisine, and to top it all off, the waiters are inexperienced (dripped wine on the table, glasses spilled on the plates, random orders). The foundation is good, but there is considerable room for improvement.
Terrible service. Regardless of the waiter or the number of people present, the quality of service is unacceptable. It seems like the waiters' role is exclusively to bring the main course, after which no one comes to clear away the finished dishes. No one asks if you need anything else; you call them and they pretend not to hear you because they have to finish talking among themselves. We asked for the kindness of bringing the child's pasta with tomato sauce as soon as possible, but they forgot, making it arrive after all the other dishes. We asked for dessert, which is included in the children's menu, and they forgot. We asked for coffee, and they forgot. We had to repeat each request several times, feeling uncomfortable about the inconvenience.
The service has gotten worse since they opened, now you have to wait a long time both to enter and to order since there were so many free seats. The waiter (Giulia) often disrespects the customers and doesn't want to work, the staff are all good (Gaia and Gaia) except for those who eat behind the counter during service. The pizza arrived cold and was remade but it was still left on the counter with no waiter available to collect it. The last time we were there was Thursday evening, 07/31/2025.
It was our first time eating at Ristò for dinner, and I realized it was 8:00 PM, and that the mall would surely be closing soon, and that the line was probably half empty by then, like the restaurant. But since we were practically the only diners, it might have been worth making the tagliatelle a little better, which were really watery, with only a faint hint of Zola, and diced pumpkin scattered randomly on the plate that didn't stick together. I must say the pasta was cooked well, but it tasted like boiled pasta. The lasagna was decent.
I went to the restaurant in Arese, I always went to the restaurant in Arese, I had an Asian menu... terrible, tasteless flavours, I was about to vomit at the end of the meal, in the one in Arese the food is the same menu but the quality is 100 times higher
A disgrace. Meals ready and no one brings them. The kitchen keeps ringing bells but no waiter deigns to take and bring the dishes. Disgusting. Reported immediately. The response? “We’re short-staffed.”
I had a pizza with prosciutto and buffalo mozzarella. The prosciutto arrived with all the rind (which is mostly wax) that I had to remove by hand. From my point of view, this is serious and unacceptable. There weren't even a full house, so it wasn't even an oversight due to rushing to finish too many orders. It's a clear lack of professionalism or knowledge of how food should be handled. The dishes I saw at other tables still looked inviting; first courses, second courses, etc. But if raw ingredients are treated with this superficiality and/or inexperience (I hope it's just a coincidence), eating with your eyes becomes the only good thing about the restaurant. Service: I finished the pizza before my friend, who still had half. The girl took my plate away (rightly so) and immediately asked me if I wanted dessert or coffee. I say... wait a minute, my friend is still eating, can't you see? What's the rush? These are small details that ruin the experience. What a shame.
Today, August 10th, I showed up at the restaurant around 8:50 PM. Seeing people sitting at tables still receiving service and food, we asked if we could stay for lunch. Even though there were people inside and service was underway, the lady at the bar kicked us out, saying the restaurant was already closed... there were two of us. The website's opening hours also say it should have been open at that time on Sunday. Even after 9 PM. I'm not giving it zero stars because it's not allowed.
Yes, it's true, the prices are low, but the quality of the product is truly poor. I had a coffee and a croissant, and the coffee was burnt, and it tasted only of the bitterness of burnt coffee grounds—terrible! And anyway, it's always a 1.10, and the croissant is awful, with really poor butter that you can smell as soon as you put it to your nose. Well, I'd rather eat a few less croissants, but a little higher quality like this just doesn't make sense.
