Vertical Blu Viù Reviews
A beautiful pool surrounded by the greenery of the Lanzo Valley. A fine sandy area is available, and free cabanas are available. Reservations are recommended, otherwise you risk being booked out. Friendly staff. Recommended.
A charming place nestled in the mountains. A lovely, large and clean pool, a whirlpool area, and a children's pool. It was sold out, but you didn't feel crowded. The bar is reasonably priced, but those who wish can use the picnic area with their own food. It was a beautiful day to escape the city heat.
The pool is nestled between the mountains, very pretty with golden sand all around the lounger area. The pool is small, and the lap pool isn't exactly the best. 🤷♂️ There's also a small pool for children. In the complex, there's a bar serving cold dishes and burgers, and there's also a picnic area for those who bring their own food. On a negative note, the bathrooms tend to get a bit too large, probably due to the showers being at the wrong angle. This could definitely be improved, because you can't walk in and literally find a lake to wade in. The prices for loungers and umbrellas are average.
A beautiful, quiet, and clean pool nestled in the mountains. I was impressed by the overall cleanliness, especially the restrooms. We were there on the first Sunday in August, and although almost every spot was occupied, there wasn't the chaos you find at other pools. Affordable prices, there's a small solarium at the back with a dozen umbrellas and loungers, and at the front there are loungers and umbrellas surrounded by sand. There's a large pool with 150 cm of water, a knee-deep heated pool, and a hot tub. Changing rooms and convenient lockable lockers where you can leave bags, shoes, and other items are available at no extra cost. Inside the restroom area, there are sinks, foot baths, enclosed showers, and a changing room. You can use the bar area, which serves hot and cold dishes (see attached photo for prices). If you bring your own food, you can eat in the area outside the pool at tables available for picnics. The use of headphones is not mandatory, parking is available not only in front but also in 2 areas on the right and left of the entrance, going down slightly
Beautiful location and beautiful pool. The water temperature was perfect, unlike many other pools where the water is freezing. Plenty of bathrooms and changing rooms, all spotlessly clean. The staff and bar/restaurant service were also excellent! The prices were completely affordable and appropriate for the location. Congratulations! An experience to be repeated as soon as possible.
An exceptional pool with a unique view, surrounded by mountains and greenery. The pool is beautifully designed, quite large, but not very deep. The loungers are comfortable and sit on fine golden sand, a truly pleasant feature. The umbrellas are sturdy and large, and everything is very clean and well-maintained, both the changing rooms and bathrooms. Lockers are available free of charge; I was able to store my motorcycle helmet, shoes, gloves, and jacket. The young staff is very friendly and helpful, and the bar and restaurant are just steps from the pool. A truly fantastic place that I recommend to everyone.
Very good
Wow
A lovely pool in the Lanzo Valleys. The area is a bit cooler than Turin, and the view from the pool is lovely. The idea of sand in the umbrella area is great. The pool is very large and has plenty of water! It's lovely and cool. The option of bringing your own food and eating it at the bar tables is great. There's plenty of parking outside. The changing rooms are large and clean. On the downside, we found the pool water to be a bit on the clean side, probably due to the high attendance in mid-August. The bar menu wasn't up to par, and the food quality wasn't up to par for the price.
The pool has a "limited number" of seats. Once you've booked your umbrellas via the app, no one else can enter. This prevents excessive overcrowding, especially on hot weekends. Furthermore, being practically in the mountains (800 meters above sea level), it guarantees a cool escape from the city heat. It's a shame that there's only one road to get there, mostly a state road. This makes it longer and less appealing than other pools. Without this aspect, it would be 5 out of 5 stars. The prices are more than affordable, even for a bite to eat or a drink with friends.
We spent a really pleasant day in this pool nestled in the mountains, a short distance from Turin. The view is breathtaking: immersed in nature, with greenery all around and the fresh mountain air that makes relaxation even more authentic. The pool is well-kept, clean and with well-kept spaces, both at the poolside and in the solarium area. Despite being busy, it never gives the feeling of overcrowding, which makes it perfect for taking a break from the city routine. Simple but well-prepared dishes, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. Even the snacks and bar offerings were of quality, ideal for a light break between one dip and another. Medium-high prices, in line with the location and the service offered. It is not cheap, but the overall experience is worth the price, especially if you are looking for a day of relaxation in a natural and relaxing context.
The pool is beautiful and well-kept. The setting, with the mountain in the background, is beautiful. However, to make money, they've put too many sun loungers and umbrellas close together. It feels like Liguria. There's no privacy, and you get either sun or shade without being able to choose or move around. For this reason, I don't think I'll return. It's a shame; if they removed two rows of umbrellas, it would be perfect.
I share a beautiful and clean pool, but DO NOT go to the solarium. To get a lounger, they put us in the solarium, where the loungers don't fit and, more importantly, they were all broken. I was worried it would fold, and to keep the backrest straight, I had to lean against the wall. The umbrella was broken, but I managed to fix it. I complained at the exit, and they told me they were supposed to send 10 loungers, but they weren't enough for the solarium. It's August 18th, and there aren't any loungers? How strange, because I saw some in the warehouse... What a shame!
I hate to write a negative review, but it's just to clarify some situations that some owners or managers don't understand. I'm a tour bus driver, and for work, we often take summer camps there these days. I brought a group, and once we arrived, I asked if we could enter like at other pools, and they said yes, but we paid full price. I'll start by saying that nowhere does it say this is allowed...and I'm certainly not trying to exploit the situation...but put yourself in our shoes: once we arrive, we'll have to stay on the bus in the high temperatures, or at least in a bar all day without being able to rest, because entering wasn't about having fun, but about relaxing a bit. The place is very nice, but we can't really rate it.
