We had the most fabulous time for my 40th upstairs in the lounge bar. A huge thanks to Tobias and Nathan for giving us their best vibes and service for the party! No request was too much, even a dance class!! They were totally amazing! And Cheffy for the awesome food!!!! Highly recommend a party there!

When you walk in you’ll be surprised of how nice the place is. The facade doesn’t give it justice. There are repairs on ground floor so we had to go downstairs to get the food and that was a bit confusing but at the end the ambiance is amazing and the food was great in size and quality. Will definitely go there again.

Stopped in for dinner on our way to our hotel. Place was very busy (and noisy) in the beer garden area, but there were other areas which were quiet....so best of both worlds. Couldn't be happier with the food, tasty and plenty of it. Chicken parmi was nicely cooked and the chips were good. As it was Thursday night parmi was the special so was great value at $19. Hubby had the fish and chips which were also well cooked and tasty. Beer was cheap as it was happy hour 😀

A quiet day time pub with super friendly bartenders. Nice and clean and spacious. Good price of food and beers.

Place has a great vibe and atmosphere - both classic pub vibe but also a fresh, clean outdoor vibe in the large beer garden. Service is great, no fuss, people running trivia seemed pretty enthusiastic etc. Food was good and affordable, though variety is pretty limited. Overall a pretty nice place to relax.

I normally go to watch ufc events and one thing that suprised me is timing of foods. Why would you close the kitchen for 2 hours from 2:45-5pm when main cards almost starts kicking off after 2:30. Idk abt much people but I try to order my food around 2:45 since I prefer drinking beers before. Its just 1 time when main event started earlier I was able to eat otherwise I just drink few beers watch main event and leave. But overall its a good place for me to go for ufc cards.

Everything I expect from a pub lunch visit. Food: quality, portion, value....good. Staff we're great and friendly and didn't look like they were there to just get through the day. Indoor beer garden is very pleasant and quiet not one of the spots were your fighting to hear your own conversation. Definitely recommend a visit

Nice, relatively new pub. Good menu selection. Slightly more pricey than other pubs for the same drink/meal. My lamb shank with mash & broccolini was tasty, so I forgive them the fact that the portion was slightly smaller than I am usrd to The steak was good. Sadly, no ginger beer on tap(a large pub like this should have that option). :-(

Great new fit out. Staff are friendly and efficient. Menu is great pub grub, apart from the plant based schnitzel. Steak was perfectly cooked and the almond beans crunchy and flavoursome. The chicken schnitzel was generous and well cooked and presented. Pepper sauce could have been more peppery…. Hooked the light rail down a walked a couple of blocks so closer than it used to be! Will be back! Great wine and cocktail list too

A fantastic place to unwind after a long day at work! The ambiance sets the perfect tone for a laid-back evening, and it’s an ideal spot to catch up with friends over drinks—especially during happy hour. The live band last Friday added an extra touch of energy to the atmosphere, making the experience even more enjoyable. While parking can be a bit tricky in the area, the overall vibe and entertainment make up for it. The steak was decent, but the lively setting and good company truly made the night memorable!

This pub has a great atmosphere. It's fun and casual. The bistro is great. The cheap Tuesday deal is really good value. They have rump/ schnitzel with salad and chips for $12. The steak is excellent quality and schnitzel is perfectly crumbed, light and crisp on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. Definitely the best schnitzel I have had in recent memory. Beers are pretty standard. No craft beers or anything fancy, but it's a good solid local venue that caters for the "after work" market. They have a little beer garden with a huge screen for watching sports and what not. Good for big matches. The poker machine area can get very smoked up at times, especially on a Friday or Saturday night. That's the only downside to this place.

Not many plant based options, for a team lunch I had to order chips only so a bit disappointing. Atmosphere was ok, service was great, polite.

The seating down stairs is out dated and uncomfortable. Our food was cold because the buzzer didn't work. Pigeons in the eating area. Very confusing as to smoking being in the eating area. It used to be so much better, don't know why they took the comfortable booths out.

Visited for a team lunch and tried the schnitzel, steaks, and fried chicken burger. The chicken schnitzel was raw, however the staff quickly corrected the issue. The steaks were cooked perfectly, but the portion size (200g) appeared rather small, so if you're hungry, you might want to consider ordering two mains or some sides. The fried chicken burger was ok; the chicken was well cooked and had nice texture, but its flavour was somewhat blah. The fries were fantastically crunchy. The table ordering system could use some improvement. For example, it would make more sense to be able to order drinks through the table QR ordering system instead of having to order food via QR and then going to the bar for drinks. It seems more practical to order everything at once at the bar especially if you need to go to the bar anyway. Nevertheless, the food arrived quickly despite the bustling atmosphere, with a large union party taking place downstairs. Many seats available upstairs also.

Pretty poor effort from from staff. Not very AFL friendly at all, wouldn't even put on sound until half time after we all complained. Put on NRL for the 6 patrons in the pub instead of letting the AFL game finish.
