It's been a while since I've been here to play pool. It was nice to be back. Clicks is a nice place to hang out, have a couple drinks and do your best at a game of pool. Prices aren't too bad. We got there after 5pm and was 5 dollars an hour then would jump to 15 dollars an hour at 7pm. I've always enjoyed coming here. Nice safe place to have fun. No smoking inside. Bummer, but understandable. Nothing like catching fresh air. Definitely recommend. Have fun!

I got the chicken sandwich with fries. That was yummy. I don't drink beer at the moment but they have all the drinks you could possibly ask for. Plenty of pool tables for groups of people. There is plenty for not just one person to have fun. If you're bored at home and trying to be social. Come to clicks! Get you some food and drank and play you some pool!

Great little spot to grab a drink, play darts, and shoot some billiards. They’ve also got a few slot-style games and a golf game, which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly, and the vibe is laid-back. They have hourly billiards games or you can pay by the game with quarters. Bartender gave us quarters in exchange for cash and we played a few games. Tables are nice and their dart boards are well lit with the regulation line on the ground as well as scoreboards next to each board. It was fun! My only gripe is the lack of music. When I went, it was completely silent inside. Not sure if that changes on weekends, but when we asked, they said they had a TouchTunes jukebox and that you need to pay for credits to play a song. That’s standard for most bars, but what’s odd here is that they don’t have ANY music playing unless someone pays to queue a song. Every other bar I’ve been to always keeps music shuffling in the background just to have something playing. This is so people can pay to request or pay extra to instantly queue what they want to hear rather than sitting in silence then playing a song just to go back to silence. The quiet atmosphere really kills the energy, and it goes against how TouchTunes is typically used. If they ran music on shuffle by default, it would make the space feel more inviting and probably boost revenue from people paying extra to skip the song queue to instantly play their favorites. Overall this review should easily be 3-4 stars but due to the boring environment I believe 2 stars is accurate.

Wanted food at 12:50 am said they won’t take food orders because it’s close to 1 am. Spent $7 for a terrible pineapple margarita didn’t taste like pineapple or margarita. It tasted like dirty water! Guy was kinda rude… music was good that about it

C'mon guys!! $62 your bartender put on the wrong tab. Took your guy 5 seconds to run the wrong card but 24 to 48 hrs to return her money? Purposely careless.

I was visiting my in laws and was looking for a place to visit and have some drinks. This place was not very welcoming. I felt it was a very racist place and felt bc of the color our skin kept us from having a good time. Richard, our bar tender, had the worst attitude. I will say the bathroom was very clean but other than that, I prefer our small town, Abilene, Breakers over this place.

IMPORTANT! Please read. Check your driver's license when you get it back, BEFORE LEAVING the building! They gave my friend's driver's license to a different lady, and blamed him for it, saying "you brought us the wrong tray" A lady who was playing next to us apparently grabbed our tray to take the balls she had back to the counter when she was done, and was handed my friend's (a man) driver's license. This should NOT BE AN EXCUSE! Thankfully my friend DID check and realized he was given HER license. The employee acted nonchalant, did not even apologize, and told him they will call "whenever the lady realizes she has the wrong driver's license and brings it back to pick hers up". Seriously??? You completely drop the ball, cause distress, and inability to drive legally, and all you have to say is "we'll call you whenever"!?!?!? We had to call the cops, an officer had to go to Clicks Billiards, grab the lady's ID, then GO TO THE LADY'S HOUSE at 1:30 AM to inform her that she's got someone else's ID, exchange the IDs, then he had to meet my friend back at the billiards place to give him his ID back. Exceptional policing, but CLICKS BILLIARDS, STOP GIVING PPL'S IDs away! CHECK EVERY SINGLE PERSON before you just hand over IDs! Horrible! And at least apologize to this huge inconvenience!!! Edit: On top of the huge inconvenience, we realized they charged us for the table who they gave my friend's drivers license to! So not only gave his drivers license away to someone else, they also charged us extra! We were so distracted by the whole lost drivers license fiasco, we didn't realize the extra charges were made! Absolutely unacceptable!

Food is good but customer service sucks! They never cleared our table. They never came to ask us if we needed anything else. This was on a Friday night from 6-10. At least we had a DJ. Other than that my friends and I still managed to have a good time playing pool.

This was the worst experience I had in Waco. My fiancé and I went to a Christmas party for my company. Had fun decided to take an Uber to play some pool after dinner. arrived and bartender did not know how to make martini. Then proceeded to tell us, we couldn’t bring our food in without asking us if we wanted to leave it behind the bar. this was the worst customer service at any establishment I’ve been to. I will tell everybody I know do not go to clicks if you wanna have fun on sat night
