Food and shakes are good, unfortunately sometimes they give you small shakes even if you pay for regular size ones. Not sure if this is a training issue with staff or what but overall i really enjoyed everything.

We had some time to kill before attending a concert. We were pretty happy with size and quality of sandwiches. Service was interesting (slowish-confused cashier) but everyone was super nice though. Would eat here again!

Could have used a fourth employee working - all three people on shift seemed to be struggling with juggling too many things. But! The food was great and fairly fast. The salad was crisp, the pot pie soup comes with a bit of "crust" on top, the shake was a good texture, the brownie cookie was exactly what I hoped it would be.

A subway-style sandwich shop, where you choose your bread type (simple or multigrain), size and toppings. The quality is better than subway though. Service is fast and staff are friendly. The only complain that I have is that they were out of avocados for my sandwich and they still charged me full price.

Found this place just down the street from our hotel for breakfast. It was a great find, especially for people on a budget. You can grab a breakfast sandwich for about $4 or steel cut oatmeal with yummy toppings for $3. I loved the Mediterranean sandwich with spinach and red peppers. Haven't had their lunch menu, but I'm sure they're just as good.

They do not care about customer safety. Bathrooms not clean and out of toilet paper and main floor had major wet spots where customers could slip and fall. Younger generations working and only talked and played on cell phones during work shift.

Barely got two questions out to the cashier and had a manager come directly at me and immediately go “are you customer here”. Didn’t clarify what I was asking and immediately coped an attitude. Will be contacting corporate over that. All I asked the young man is if I could buy a cookie and to talk to a customer the way she did is outrageous

Just completed a $90 dollar uber Eats order for my staff: 4 sandwiches and 3 soups. All sandwiches came dry with no vegetables or add ons. This is idiotic. No one sets the default preferences to dry sandwich with no veggies. This is an obvious ploy to save on costs, and instead you are creating pist off Customers. No one but small children order dry sandwiches with no vegetables. CHANGE THE DEFAULTS!!

Asked for a tuna sub with feta instead of Swiss .. guess what? They gave me no Swiss or feta at all and charged me $20 for a basic combo. Reordered it and guess what? They messed it up again. It was so simple a tuna sub with tomato and onion and feta instead of Swiss. Never again am I coming to this subway ripoff. Hate this place and wish I could give them zero stars, in fact I'd give them negative stars it was so terrible.

So I went in there tonight and I had mentioned to them that I had been in there before with my son and let me tell you this when I went in there before it was amazing tonight not so much for the price that you pay for the sandwiches when I went in there before it was simply amazing tonight you’re lucky that you got and if I would’ve gotten just one meat of choice of a sandwich, I would’ve only gotten one slice as you can see from the picture I got one slice of each meat. This sandwich is absolutely disgusting and for the price that you pay for it it is not worth it. I would’ve been better off going to Subway. This is not worth the money. I would not waste my time or my money going back to this place when I went there with my son in the afternoon and when Kelsey was working much better service and much better quality of food and the person that was working there tonight was obviously not knowing what she was doing because the customer prior to me didn’t even get what she ordered so that being said I will never go to this establishment again because I don’t have the money to be wasting on this and I thought I would treat myself. This is not a treat. This is actually gonna be going in the garbage because I’m not gonna just eat bread I would’ve been better off like I said, going to Subway and paying way less and getting way more for my money. Shame on you for being in the middle and the heart of downtown Portland and selling this garbage not worth the money buyer beware for sure and and top of that you get more bread than you even do vegetables like I said, not worth the money or the time.

I've been ordering delivery here and there, since I first tried Potbelly a few weeks ago. I work in the same big building. I never had any issues up until this time. There is almost nothing on my sub. It's completely flat, and barely even any cheese. Must be someone new working... No effort in making a nice sandwich. It's all just the bread. Not worth the $19 I spent on it. Update: I talked to one of the GMs, as I had told him a couple days ago what happened with this order. He asked me to come back in, so they could make up for the problem. I'm even more disappointed. There's even less meat on the sub that I received after going in, in person! This place is stingy on their sub fillings! Not worth how expensive they are! 👍🏼
