Raising Cane's Waco Reviews
Tracey was very helpful and sweet. The food was hot and fresh. My husband and I enjoyed it.
Quick visit while traveling for work. This was my 2nd time stopping here and the food was fresh and hot as usual.
Most convenient location and friendly staff! Jeremy the manager was extremely helpful and accommodating. Will definitely go back to this Canes!
Latasha was so sweet! 🤩 Great customer service! Always great food.
Just had lunch here with my family. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Everything was very clean. However, the staff were the highlight of our visit. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. We will definitely be back!
I have no idea what they are doing here but I have a pretty severe digestive problems and Cane's is the only fried chicken I can eat anymore.
Canes is just so good you can not get enough of it the employees are so welcoming so this makes the atmosphere so beautiful and happy
Im a big fan of raising canes and they have yet to disappoint. This location was no exception, they had excellent service, and good food.
This is one of the best Raising Cane's I've eaten at. Food was fresh, hot and so good. Even better than the one on Franklin.
I have had great food everything I go in there. The two women on the desk Linda and Brenda were very polite and nice. Definitely going to continue eating here.
Always good. Needed a fast meal before going to Magnolia Market and Silos. We all live their fries and chicken and of course their buttery goodness toast They also have awesome sweet tea. Only con Not everyone likes cane sauce... They need to offer BBQ sauce and other options. This location was really nice inside. Hope you guys enjoy.
It's nice food, but the drive thru is freaking labyrinthine. I stg King Minos' kid took my order. If I didn't have power steering, I wouldn't have bothered.
It's ok fried chicken. Its a fast food joint. Its the same as all the others
We love canes but this location in particular is a bit disappointing . You can refill all your soda and stuff but you have to pay extra to get your tea and lemonade refilled ?! This is the first we’ve ever hear about this also some people like water and you cant even get water cups because they’re 50 cents per cup ?? This place was okay service and food wise , but I dont understand all of these extra charges that should be free.
This location by far has the worst curbside. The order is never ready on time. In fact, most of the time you have to sit there for 15+ minutes or call to get someone to come out and give you your order. Some days it is not even during busy hours. It just seems unorganized overall as if they’re not paying attention or have someone designated to work on curbside orders. Then you wait all that time to get strips that are nuggets.
If you’re gonna have the audacity to charge for a single extra sauce cup, how are you not going to have the consistency to actually include the extra sauce cup more than 25% of the time. Forgetting the free ketchup? Sure, whatever, it was free. Forgetting the extra sauce I paid my hard earned 50 cents for? On virtually every other order?
Must not have enough staff. Total cleanliness dumpster fire. Tables a mess and booths not wiped down. Difficult to find clean place to sit. Bathroom needed service and broken stall locks.
Service was great… However the fries and chicken were cold, the ketchup is expired, I also asked for sweet tea I was given unsweetened tea.
Came in today and we'll i was very disappointed with the food. The chicken tenders are so small and you only get a hand full of fries. Not to mention is like the food is just thrown on the plates. It is freshly made my kids enjoy it because its enough for them to eat and get full. But if your an adult and are hungry Do NOT come hungry. It definitely has changed since I last came in to eat 3yrs ago. The same part that is still very unattended is where your drinking area is. Ketchup everywhere ..cup lids all over the place and the napkins stay hanging out the dispensers. Very disappointed in the food.
