constantly gets my orders wrong its not hard to read a ticket and put what is paid for on the food i would know i've worked for 2 sonics in the past especially when yall are not that busy is crazy get employees who actually care about working

They need to clean the TEA pitchers!!! Both times I got a tea from this place (weeks) a part, it was terrible!! Mold has got to be growing in that thing. NO way they clean them daily, hek even weekly.

The girl that brought me my order took approximately 6 minutes after the indicator showed it was on the way. When she arrived she said absolutely not one word. Basically pushed order into my hand, and walked off. I was paying cash, she didn't take my money, tell me my total, just walked away. She looked like she just smoked a joint. (You could blindfold her with dental floss). So I realized I didn't get the ranch I ordered or the straw for my shake, called in to ask for it she forgot the straw and had to go back for it and tossed it into my car and walked away.

Placed a order for 3 drinks and one large fry...waiting 20 minutes then a lady pulled up next to us and 5 minutes later she had a bag of food and tray of drinks.. then I'd been there 25 minutes by this time I hit the button and waited another 10 minutes for a response.....35 minutes total I was oit of the car headed on when they finally resp9mded and I asked why id been there 35 minites for 3 drinks and fries ..thy saod oh sorry it was rang up on wrong stall and then they brought ne out drinks and fries that had been sitting for 35 minutes smdh.......had to hit button again and wait wait wait get out to go in and met at door then they remade the food which they good and well knew had been sitting for 35 minutes....no work ethic anymore!!!!!

I ask for a number 1, with only tomatoes, please add bacon. I explain I cannot have cheese on it because I have a issue with soy. I am saying no lettuce, no mayo, no mustard. She said the only thing left is tomatoes. I said yes I only want meat, bacon, bread and tomatoes. Okay. I get my burger and it has lost of pickles and onions on it!! No I do not want it remade, with the attitude today I do not trust them to remake my burger. I paid with my card left a tip and the receipt does not show up that I left a tip.

I only received 2 of my 3 drinks on the app. A light skinned female with black/pink braids brought my food to the car. I ordered on the app they told me that they couldn’t refund me which they have before. I was told the store manager would contact me and I still am yet to receive a phone call or refund on my drink.

terrible experience. if i could give zero stars i would. Their mobile ordering has been the slowest mobile ordering i have experienced. I ordered ice cream and had to wait 15 mins only to get the wrong order. then they brought me the correct ice cream only for it to be melted. and when i notified them they never came out to my car. i have had several problems with the online ordering. getting the wrong order or waiting up to 30mins.
