I went yesterday to have dinner with my husband. I ordered a chicken bowl and when I was halfway through my food, I saw a bug. Never eating Chipotle’s again!! Manager was nice about it; however, they need to do better on washing the lettuce. People could get sick!

I go to chipotle quite often, mainly the one in south pasadena. I came to this one and got my usual plate, as the server put the meat on my plate, i was shocked at the extremely low amount of protein she was giving me, it was literally 30% of what i’ve gotten in any other chipotle before. i asked her why so little and she told me that if i wanted more protein it would be extra. i was appalled that i was being charged damn near 6$ extra dollars to get less than what i usually get at any other chipotle. this is ridiculous and the picture shown above, is my plate with the “extra” protein. i can see now why this place has a measly 2 stars. Never coming to this place again, the server acted like the protein was coming out of her own pocket or something… haha…

I went to grab some food and just felt very rushed she just seemed like her shift was almost over and she was ready to go . Hi I would like a bowl , anything else , anything else , anything else like it’s 5 of us and she keeps asking anything else she just finished my order . Won’t be back it’s filthy in there

Honestly I thought this place was fine until today. Ordered a steak burrito and turned into a veggie burrito. I don't think I ate a single piece of steak that didn't have fat in it. Wait I didn't it's all there. One or two pieces is fine but the whole burrito? Like wow.

Everytime I make an in store order they only accept card payments. No cash . It is becoming a regular thing.They never post this outside or anywhere around the restaurant. This makes it a greatly difficult experience. They also tell you this right when you are half way your order or about to pay. This isn't the first time it has happened to me, it has happened around 4-5 times. Wouldn't be coming back. Also, the portions they provide are very small. Not worth the price!

I had one of the worst experiences at Chipotle today, and it all came down to the girl with red hair working the line. From the second I walked up, I felt rushed. She barely looked at me, seemed annoyed from the start, and didn’t even give me the chance to finish my order before moving on to the next person. I didn’t get to choose all my toppings because she was clearly in a hurry — for no reason. Then, when I politely asked for a side of tortillas, she acted like I asked for something outrageous. Rolled her eyes, gave attitude, and clearly didn’t want to be there. If you’re that irritated with your job, maybe don’t take it out on the customers. I came in for a simple meal and left frustrated. Do better, Chipotle. Train your staff on how to treat people with basic respect.

Stay away! Poor service, and disgusting food definitely won’t recommend and won’t order from them again. Took them 50 minutes to arrive, they didn’t put much meat even though I paid extra. And the food was in a poor quality .

If it were 0 stars, I would give 0 stars! Since I arrived, the manager was talking and not paying attention to customer service. I started to order the bowl, and from the beginning, she was putting very little food in it. I asked kindly if she could put more, and she told me she would charge me double. I was very disappointed because I am usually a customer there. I tried to talk to someone to report this because I have been reading a lot of the same comments—that they want to charge a lot for very little food—and unfortunately, it is true! In this place, you don't get what you pay for. From today on, I am not going to buy Chipotle anymore. My advice is to try a different location because this one is horrible. They didn't even give you the right information to report this. Save your money and just eat at home!

DONT ORDER ONLINE/PICK UP/DELIVERY. Go inside to order. I don't know who is running this place but they do not give proper portions. This is the closest Chipotle to me and I have to go inside to make sure they don't skim me out. Every time Ive ordered for pick up/delivery. I pay for double meat and I barely get a scoop portion.

I had a disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The customer service was lacking, as employees were more focused on personal conversations than assisting customers. I waited for help but felt uncomfortable interrupting their discussion. Additionally, the restaurant was disorganized and unclean, which added to the poor experience. A significant concern was that one employee did not remove her gloves after serving food when she went to handle the register and process payment. She used the same gloves to handle money and then continued serving food, which raised hygiene concerns. Unfortunately, between the service issues, cleanliness, and food quality—the chips were stale, and the meal was underwhelming—this visit left a negative impression, and I don’t see myself returning to this location.
