Bertucci's - Waltham

Was my first time trying this Waltham Bertucci’s location and it exceeded what I had expected. I ordered a large brick oven BBQ chicken pizza w/Caramelized onions and garlic to go. It was by far one of the best pizzas I’ve EVER had. The flavors went so good together. This will be the only pizza I order from here from now on it is that good!!!!! Not to mention the crust!!!! You won’t find a better pizza than this one anywhere. And I’ve been to a lot of pizza places. This one takes the cake for me!!!

Best pizza I’ve had since actually being in Italy. The sauce is so fresh and flavorful. This will be our go to anytime we’re wanting pizza and are excited to try the other dishes. We even ordered to go at the wrong location but Marty was so kind to have the location we were at make it for us. Came with delicious bread and oil. I can’t wait to go back!

If you're a fan of good rolls and a wonderful olive oil infused with the perfect mix of herbs, garlic and Parmesan cheese to dip in, boy are you in for a treat! The food was wonderful and the service was spot on efficient. A wonderful place for consistently delicious food!

The bartender, Kate, amazing! She made the perfect recommendation for a wine to pair with dinner. The atmosphere was inviting and the food was delicious. The perfecting ending to a long day.

I ordered take out every week and as usual your carry out guys cris and Vic have my order ready and on the counter by the time I get to the register. Great guys, thanks for taking care of me.

I recently visited Bertucci's Italian restaurant, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the warm and welcoming smile of the hostess, Hannah. Her friendliness and efficiency made the entire check-in process seamless, and she made sure to accommodate our party with a perfect table. Hannah's customer service was exceptional; she checked in on us throughout the evening, offering helpful suggestions from the menu and ensuring that we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Her cheerful demeanor added such a positive energy to the experience. It’s rare to encounter such a genuine, attentive hostess who truly makes you feel at home. As for the food, it was classic Italian comfort food at its best. The pasta was fresh and flavorful, and the wood-fired pizzas had the perfect crispness. The atmosphere at Bertucci's was cozy and inviting, ideal for both casual dining or a special occasion. Overall, I highly recommend Bertucci's not only for the delicious food but also for the impeccable service, especially thanks to Hannah. I recently went to Bertucci’s with my family, and I had an amazing experience! The hostess Hannah was very attentive and seated us quickly. As for the food, everything was delicious, from the freshly baked rolls to the flavorful pasta. But truly, Hannah’s kindness and attention to detail were the highlights of our visit. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and it really set the tone for a wonderful meal. He was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and professional, and he really made the whole process easy and enjoyable. When I picked up my order, everything was fresh, hot, and delicious—just what you expect from Bertucci’s! The food was amazing, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. Thank you, Marthy, and the whole Bertucci’s team in Waltham for such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!

We were in town for the Thanksgiving holiday and decided to try Bertucci's. We ordered the game day special (2 pizzas and an order of wings). The pizza was so darn good... some of the best pizza I have ever had. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area

Wow, the pizza here was great! The ricotta, the dough, and the Italian sausage were all very good. Even the bread they give you with the oil and seasonings dip was very good!

Just wanted to make a review for The Man,The Myth,The Legend Marty he is such a great and genuine worker for Bertucci he brings such a down to earth and excellent service. First time trying bertucci's and I will be back without a doubt. who ever is the owner is you got a great and dependable worker who exemplifies great service.

I order takeout about 3 times a week. The 2 guys Victor and Cris are amazing. They’re always moving, never have they ever messed up my order. And very polite for young men, which is rare these days. Take care of your guys.

We were at Bertucci’s in Waltham tonight to order takeout wings and an Italian chopped salad. There was a problem with payment and the manager, Marty, came over and helped us out. Terrific staff, great customer service, great wings, and a wonderful manager.

Definitely need to visit Waltham Bertuccis!! They have amazing food & their stagg" Marty, Coach in Kitchen & 2 young brothers" are absolutely THE most professional & friendliest people!!! A must go to!!!

Great service from Sonia! She was so accommodating and great with the children at the table. The pizza was also amazing, with a thicker crust.

I make order at restaurants and I didn’t wait more that 10 min for my food , really fast and so good service!

Spacious, comfortable, cordial attentive service by Joshua, and great tasting freshly made food, suitable for a relaxing time. One suggestion is to cut down on the grease, which is excessive at times. For this it can only be an occasional

Hadn’t been to a Bertucci’s in a while but this location felt a lot let Italian/semi-fancy and more like any other chain casual restaurant such as Apple Bees, Olive Garden, etc. However, our food was pretty good and felt slightly more homemade than you might get at larger chains. Service was also very good. Our waitress Atticus was attentive to our needs and we even overheard her telling the kitchen to remake one of our dishes because they had forgotten to leave out capers as we had asked. Didn’t try the pizza but the brick oven pies looked good. If they can work on their atmosphere a bit more to make it feel more like a neighborhood restaurant that’d go a long ways to helping them score an easy 5.

April our server was so accommodating and wonderful. The Sporkie is Paul’s favorite. Warm Rolls and butter are delicious. Great dessert as well.

Pizza average and chicken wings is great, make sure you get a deal in their website before ordering.. :)

As a lover of Italian cuisine, I was eager to try out their offerings, and I must say that overall, it was a delightful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations, adding a personal touch to our dining experience. The pasta was a perfectly cooked al dente married with a favorful marina sauce. I took a star off on food from the pizza not being evenly baked. I took a star off for atmosphere for providing a menu with sauce on the pages.

I actually liked the vibe of this place. Clean and efficient. The staff were kind but didn't go out of their way for us. Food was good, but not to die for. I would go here again. Prices were a bit much but the serving size was large. And the quality was good. We had some pizza and some pasta, the drinks were small for the price. The sangria was good, a decent amount for the price of that drink. The other drinks were rather "meh". Plenty of parking and easy to get to.

They were very friendly and allowed our service dogs to enter. Their pizza is delicious but I didn't care for the Hawaiian pizza. Normally it's my favorite but it had BBQ sauce in it. I like BBQ sauce but it just didn't taste right with tomato sauce. Their garlic parmesan wings are AMAZING!!! wings were super hot in temperature and the flavor was so good... Best I've ever had!

A bit hot inside and the tables were sticky. Past that, I have no complaints. Great food and a friendly staff. Will be back.

Delicious food !! We go to Bertuccis at least once whenever we go to Boston . This time we went to the one on 475 Winter St in Waltham ,MA. I had chicken parm and my husband had one of their pizzas . The service was great and the waitress was very helpful in answering some of our questions about things in the local area . We couldn’t decide what to get for dessert so we compromised… split a piece of chocolate cake there and took a piece of lemon cake with us to split later. 😀

Nice place for dinner. Wait staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We ordered the Chicken Parmesan with a side of meatballs. Both were very good.

Average, but tasty Italian food; pizza, pasta. Large portions, salad included with pasta entrées. Bread was soft and warm. We were able to customize our pasta dishes. No fresh parm tho, only the bottled stuff in a jar.

Pizza was decent. Rolls, which used to be delicious, were okay. Not what it used to be which is a shame as it used to be all around really good.

Let's be honest, this is not high level cuisine. It is italian comfort food and when you are hungry at night, it sure hits the spot. The portions are very generous and I ended taking some food back home. The service is professional and reasonably fast. They have a lot of tables and I did not have to wait. It's always nice to see a real pizza oven with flames. Overall, it was a good experience.

We came on. Tuesday evening. The restaurant is large and it was mostly empty. They gave us fresh baked bread(pizza dough knots) with a lovely garlic oil 4 stars Cheese pizza was 3 stars. Too cheesy. I dipped it in extra garlic oil to improve taste . A thick layer of cheese I found a bit difficult to digest later in evening. Sat like a weight in tummy. Spaghetti with meat sauce 3.75 stars Service was good Food was ok, edible. Not the best we’ve ever had, not the worst. Not memorable. Unlikely to return.

Not the greatest experience but I will attribute that to a new server and probably a limited kitchen staff. The food was fine overall, but it took over an hour to get the first plate and each meal came out at different times. I think attentiveness would have been nice as a follow up, in particular because we watched two other tables get up and leave.

An average Italian restaurant with big dishes, but with a standard taste/flavor. The seasoning lacked a kick and was relatively flat (we had shrimp rossini, spaghetti eli olio, cachio a pepe pizza. You can skip the deserts. Our waiter was very attentive.

​We visited for the first time recently and had a mixed experience. We were quoted a 15–20 minute wait, but it ended up taking over 40 minutes and a couple of follow-ups to be seated. Unfortunately, the Margherita pizza arrived lukewarm, which was disappointing for a brick-oven spot. While the spinach and artichoke dip was flavorful, the flatbread served with it was quite oily. The team seemed understaffed and was struggling to keep up with the crowd. That said, I’m willing to give them another try next time I’m in the Waltham/Lexington area—hoping it was just an off night! Bertucchi in other locations quite seemed to have set the bar high.

Wow - terrible experience with unpleasant, dismissive and unhelpful woman when I picked up my takeout order for '2 for Tuesday' pizzas. I got a single pies instead of 2. She said that I needed to have entered a code - I did enter the code I was sent and told her - she didn't respond. I asked if there was someone else that I could speak with and she said no. Never asked a question, never tried to explain anything - barely spoke - just shoved my pies at me. When I asked, again, for an explanation, she said "I can send a message to corporate and you can see if they do anything." Bertucci's can do better than this woman.

We went there on a Friday night and found it relatively empty for a weekend night. Quite disappointed with our food so had to send it back. Our veggie pizza was uncooked and unflavored. Ravioli was cold and extremely chewy. The staff was very friendly though have to give it that. Still, never going back.

It was wonderful until we noticed that in the dining room area that had already been cleaned out, they had little rat friends running around and then we packed up our food or left our food and walked out of the restaurant

Been eating here for years and enjoying. Had a small size Margarita pizza. Brought it home even the dogs wouldn’t eat it You have lost a long time fan
