I'm picky with where we eat because of how bad waitress have become the last several years and it was refreshing to see how well she did. Glass never was more then halfway empty before refills. This store has been here a number of years and is showing it's age. Location is good and plenty of parking. Aurora was our server and very friendly and professional as were the other employees. Our meal was served quickly. It came hot, well seasoned and priced right. There is a $9.95 special each day. The rest of the menu was very affordable. Come hungry as portions are large. May your experience be as pleasant as ours was.

I ordered the chicken-fried steak with mashed potatoes and green beans It was delicious and generously portioned. However, I would have preferred it to be served hot. I typically tip well in anticipation of receiving hot, fresh food, but this was not the case with this order. I understand that the delivery person may handle multiple orders simultaneously. It’s very good please we went there first time with our neighbor and kids we really enjoy the food it is very good and reasonably priced and good portion sized they served with warm bread rolls they are really good and I ordered lemon herb grilled salmon with two sides I was surprised it’s a lot of food and salmon is little bit dry and only lemon flavored but everything is delicious and we tried chicken wings they are very delicious and my husband ordered Friday special tilapia it was good overall very good please to spend with you time with your friends and family I will definitely go again

Love this place and all of their dishes! They serve all types of fulfilling and comfort foods. I always enjoy every meal here. My favorite to order is their ribeye steak, loaded baked potato, and chicken and dumpling soup. Don't forget to try to their chicken fried steak too! 😋

Mikayla (not sure on spelling) was both hostess & waitress. She did wonderful, even when my daughter spilt her drink across the table and everywhere. Mikayla had the mess cleaned up and replaced everything that had gotten wet in the process very quickly. We ordered a three courses, appetizers, entrées and dessert. Each ordered item was delivered correctly and timely. Her service enhanced our visit to Cotton Patch, I'm glad she was there!

I was waiting on my to-go order and I watched Kat handle the To-Go like a Pro. Multiple large Uber Eats orders came in for pick up while I waited and I watched her greet each customer with a smile. Kat then pulled out all the entrees and sides and opened the lids confirming the orders. I was very impressed and when she slowed down for a minute I asked her how long she had been working for Cotton Patch. She said since October and she usually hosts and was just helping out To-Go. I was amazed of her experience level told her manager the same and that she was a great asset to his store.

Went here on Monday for CFS. So glad we got to sit in Madison’s section. She offered us the secret menu cinnamon butter and it tasted amazing with our rolls. The food was great but Madison made it a great experience.

What always impresses me more than anything when I eat out is if our orders are made correctly the first time, and they were. Henry was patient with the kids at our table as there were a few who changed their order but Henry kept it straight and updated.

The only complaint is that occasionally there are noisy kids, but that's not the fault of the restaurant. We decided to hop into Cotton Patch for dinner—it's been a while since our last visit, and it still looks pretty much the same. A little dated in appearance, but familiar and welcoming. We were greeted and seated immediately, and our server was prompt, friendly, and helpful throughout the meal. To start, they brought out warm bread rolls, which is always a nice touch. I had the lemon-crusted salmon, which was about 6 ounces—just the right portion for me. It came with a side salad and broccoli, both fresh and well-prepared. My wife chose the Wednesday daily special: meatloaf, with green beans and squash. Their meatloaf has been a go-to for us, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. Good meatloaf is hard to find, and they do it right. Overall, this is a solid local spot with comforting meals and very reasonable prices. Nothing fancy, but it hits the spot when you're in the mood for hearty, dependable food.

Came in as it was the only place open late with pie. Ordered the fried green tomatoes, as well. They were thick, crispy, and really good. The pecan pie was warm and delicious, the crust thick and golden brown. Service was good despite coming in 30 minutes before closing.

Hadn't been to Cotton Patch in awhile but decided to drop end for a early dinner. The food and service was great. The portions were plentiful. Our waitress ( Natalia) was very friendly and attentive. My only disappointment was I wanted to get the peach copper but I couldn't even finish meal so I had no room. LOL. We will definitely be returning. It's nice to have another restaurant to add to the Family list.

I decided to take my lunch here on a Wednesday, so the place was almost empty. This is to be expected as most people are at work. I walked in, and one person greeted me, but it was in passing. As people continued to rush about with their task, I couldn't help but feel like I was being ignored standing at the podium. After about 5 minutes of standing, a waitress named Audrey popped up. She greeted me, and we went through the normal procedure of getting a table. I ordered the cheeseburger meal off the 12 dollar menu. (It comes with two sides, so I ordered the fries and mac and cheese.) As I waited for the food, Audrey was on point about checking up on me and offering rolls with butter. I was initially excited when the food arrived, but one bite of the burger quickly diminished my excitement. The burger had three large pieces of tomato on it, so it took away from the overall taste. At that point, you might as well throw a whole tomato on the burger. The fries were lukewarm and soggy. The mac and cheese tasted like velveeta (I personally don't like the taste of Velveeta, so no points lost here). Despite all this, Audrey, my server was there if I needed anything. At this point, I was dreading the peach cobbler. However, to my surprise, it was actually good. The top was thick and crusty, and the peaches were sweet and not soggy. And the ice cream went well with it. What saved this from being a 3 star experience was Audrey. If management in the kitchen can get some retraining done, or even just a new kitchen staff, I believe they can turn the whole experience around. (Also, stop using velveeta cheese. It's cheap and tastes disgusting) Again, the service is excellent. Food was below average. If they trained their kitchen staff like their front-end staff, this could be a nice 5-star experience.

We had the special medium and the oven ate our pizza. Our server brought out approximately 3/4 of a pizza. Then they good a new one for us to take home

I have to say that we have not been coming to Cottonpatch for a while but side to To give you All another try. Our service person was Henry. We enjoyed having Henry service. We also want to say that we have noticed a difference in management changes and the young manager that came by was very pleasant extremely professional we believe his name was Jason or Joseph . First, overall, had a good experience and I'll be back, but there were a few service issues that I hope get worked out. The food itself was very good, and I really liked the interior and atmosphere of the restaurant. That part of the experience was enjoyable and met expectations. That said, service was a bit inconsistent. There were no spoons on the table or offered for coffee, so had to use knives to stir splenda and cream in her tea and my coffee. The coffee itself came out almost 15 minutes after I ordered it—after we had already finished eating. I also never got the hot sauce I requested. Our waitress seemed distracted; at one point she spilled some iced tea refill on the floor and didn’t clean it up, and I walked away afraid another customer might slip on it. We were only given two small rolls and no additional rolls were offered. While we were there, a customer at the table next to us eventually got up and walked out because no one ever came to take his order. Despite these hiccups, I was satisfied overall, enjoyed the food, the prices were right, and I want to like this diner. I recommend it, just order what you need when you sit down like hot sauce or coffee :)

One guy as he passed by asked if we had been helped, we said no so he took our order. We waited and waited, and as he walked by I asked if we could have our water he said sure. We finally got our water. When our food was brought out he said the rolls would be out soon. Guess what no rolls and when we were half finished with our food a girl walking by asked if we would like more water. I said yes and some rolls we never got any. She brought our refill of water disappeared and rolls finally came out. Worst service we have had in a long time.

It's just a regular restaurant to me. The food was well prepared, presentation was fine as you can see from the pics of the food. The service was just fine. I like the burger, I wish they added more seasoning to the burger patty. My wife said the patty melt was ok. If you want an average place with average food and service this is the place. I had no negative experience, it was just ok.

I hadn’t been here in years and recently came back to meet a few friends. The food was really good, but unfortunately the service fell short. It may have just been our server, but we waited quite a while to be checked on, drinks were never refilled, and our table wasn’t cleared at all after the meal. Splitting the check between four people who just had a meal and a single drink also seemed to be an issue for her and was done incorrectly.

Came here yesterday and had no intent of writing this but as a former manager myself I felt the need to draw attention to this. Me and my husband came last night, food was great, wish I could say the same about the team. A lady with glasses and dark hair was yelling so loud at employees that we could hear from all the way in the back of the restaurant where we were seated. We should not have been able to hear from how far away we were but also made me disgusted to know that this woman (who I presume is a manager but I may be wrong) would speak to other employees in such a disrespectful way. Me and my husband truly enjoy the food and every time we come the servers are excellent but I do not want to come back having to witness such inappropriate behavior coming from authority figures. Please do something about this.

Had Father’s Day lunch with my son here at this location. I ordered the Fish and Jumbo Shrimp Platter but the shrimp was not jumbo shrimp. It was the regular size shrimp. Food was just ok. The cheesesticks were cold, the fried pickles look like they had been poorly made,the service was extremely slow, the restaurant ran out of straws at 3pm lol, and it was pretty dusty. I don't want to imagine what the kitchen looks like.

Very surprised at the lack of urgency tonight. Normally there are several people working together to take care of customers. I ordered only two entrees, no drinks and my order was 30 minutes late. What changed? Did not see a manager during the 40 minutes while I was waiting. Most of the time the service is very prompt and the customer feels valued. Tonight only two people were working at the front pick up area/bar. Only one man had any sense of customer service running back and forth from the kitchen. The lady who was working with him, did not seem to care. She moved slowly and made the other person handle most of the workload. One person should not be required to carry most of the load.

These are not Cotton Patch's famous yeast rolls. These are cheap rolls that you can buy a couple of dozen at Kroger's for $1.29. I usually eat in the restaurant. In the restaurant you can correct things not done right. When you use a delivery service, you have to take what they give you.

Just received my Uber eats, and I have half the order. Who's at fault? Buy one get one on the app, but I have chicken fried chicken dinner and one chips and cheese. The food that I received is great.

Without even apologizing, she then blames it on the restaurant next door. I’m waiting on her to say well we will take care of the appetizer or take something off the bill but NOPE. Never came back to the table and sent our waiter over (AFTER the bill was issued ) with 3 buy one get free entrees at that same Cotton Patch!!! Umm no thanks won’t be back

The service here might as well be nonexistent. Takes 25 minute after to be seated. Can’t get orders right not once but twice. The waitress absolutely needs to find another job. The strawberry lemonade is extremely sour and clearly wasn’t made right. I got told my meal was comped because the waitress can’t be honest with me and say she forgot to put the order in after I finished my meal and waited for 30 minutes. The fries that was given to my son was hard like they been reheated in the fryer after they been sitting out for a while. This experience alone makes me never want to eat here again.

This place is terrible the servers are nice . They give you very small portions and cold food . I orders the fish and chips and they gave me three small pieces smaller than my baked potato

Haven’t eaten here in years. Ordered some food to be delivered. Our peach cobbler did not come. Called and spoke to the manager (maybe Kris) who said it would be refunded. Checked our credit card a few days later and it wasn’t. Called back and another manager, Diana, said it would get taken care of. A few days later it still wasn’t. Called a third time and explained the situation again to Diana. She said it should have gone through and to give it one more day, which I did. It is still not credited to my credit card. I will go up there in person today, but why should I have to put all this time and effort into this? Do they not care or are they just completely incompetent? I would lean toward not caring because I didn’t hear any sorrow in their voice for my troubles. Yes, it’s only $8 or so, but that is not the point. To top it all off, we spent almost $60 on food that was not good. Neither my daughter nor I could finish the chicken and dumplings, cornbread, or mamma’s special butter cake (the worst) - all completely inedible. The rolls were below average and I didn’t finish mine. The baked sweet potato was edible with the cinnamon butter, but barely. The green beans, black eyed peas, and okra were fine and this was the majority of my dinner. The cinnamon apples were quite good and I was thankful for that as dessert. I did NOT ask for a refund on our terrible meal, just the missing peach cobbler. We have no plans to ever return but the terrible customer service is the reason for the review today. Update: I went up there today and spoke with the manager Kris. He said his general manager was supposed to submit it. He ended up giving me $8 cash. He was very kind.

To the managers and cooks at this Cotton Patch: y'all should be completely ashamed of yourselves. This is unsafe food and you clearly don't care that you ruin people's nights. We ordered using Uber eats, all food entirely inedible. Raw ground beef, and far too late now at night to go find other dinner. All you guys had to do was cook burgers long enough. This is so pathetic and all cooks here should be at minimum yelled at bad by management, and all management needs to at minimum be yelled at by owners. Honestly, serving food like this means it's not abnormal too allow this to go out. See pics: nasty wet buns with completely raw ground beef. NEVER GO TO THIS TERRIBLE ESTABLISHMENT. OWNERS: DO SOMETHING ABOUT EMPLOYEES WHO MAKE YOUR BUSINESS LOSE CUSTOMERS. STAFF: YOU RUINED OUR NIGHT. YOU DONT CARE THOUGH OBVIOUSLY.

Love the food, but they have the worst service from this location. Forgot my rolls, fried mushrooms and ranch dressing from my delivery order and they want me to come pick it up from the restaurant. The manager would also not refund the purchase. Thinking that might be a little bit illegal….order delivery at your own risk. Never again!

Such a disappointment with dealing with this establishment. I’m not from this area but had a friend and her daughter stop by my listing and so I let the little girl order food with no idea how horrible the store and the managers would react with me utilizing uber eats instead of “directly through them” as Joseph later told me he could help so much more if I had! After contacting the store to ask why it was taking so long after my friends daughter saw the Uber driver had been there for a “very long time”, Joseph told me the Door Dash system had messed up and they were just now making the order. So this order was placed around 7pm and finally shows up at nearly 9pm, and I have the time stamps to prove it in case they post a comment to my review later. Of course my friend and her young daughter are long gone by this time but when I contact Joseph directly again, he maintains that the error was on Door Dash and that I needed to contact them! Great customer service Joseph! Thanks for helping me feed my friend and her daughter!

Food over cooked and tasted like old oil. Server not attentive just threw 2 greasy small rolls on the table. Forgot half the order and could not find her to ask about it. And we asked for a booth and was sat at a 6 top table when there were booths available. And we both ended up with food poisoning.

To get straight to the point of this review me and my family was enjoying our weekend dinner out as we eat dinner once a week out of the house everything seemed to great we ordered some fried pickles and mushrooms which we always do because hey it’s good! Then everything changed once our food came out I ordered a side of broccoli cheese casserole for my 14 month old son it came in bowl so I asked for a small plate so I could mash it up a little bit for him to eat but that’s when I seen a (cockroach) in his food luckily for cotton patch I saw this nasty roach in his food before he could of eaten it and let me tell you something my son is my world so yall lucked out he didn’t eat any of it and caught it. me and family will never ever eat at any cotton patch anywhere for any reason and why can’t I post pictures on this review??

The food was good but ther service suck. I dont recommend this place. Okay i replied to you response and will wait to see if I get a reply and feedback based on my experiences. Still very disappointed with this place. Let's hope they make it right. The waiter needs training big time. Major attitude. If he did not want to work then stay home.

1st and last time visiting this restaurant. I was seated quickly and ignored for the next 15 mins. No server stopped to offer so much as a water, with several walking by, so I walked out without any employees saying a word. I know places get busy, but this place was not busy and just failed 100%. The food looked good but hard to know if they don't give you a chance to order. Good luck folks.

We come here every week at least once, most of the time twice a week. After this visit, may never return Ordered the chicken fried chicken with dressing and sweet potato. All of it was so cold that I could stick my fingers in the dishes and not get burnt. When I ask explained to the server. Her reaction was. Want me to throw it in the microwave. I ask to speak with manager, she stated she would have them make me a whole new plate. 2 minutes later she placed back in front of me, microwaved. UNACCEPTABLE
