That's a small takeout Domino's. There is no seating inside, but I haven't been to Domino's in 20 years.So I don't know of any of them have seating. We got the medium specialty pizza deal for $9.99 each. I was surprised at how good the pizzas were. They weren't that great reheated the next day , but They weren't that great reheated the next day, but They were great at the time. Now I think the price has gone up to $16.99. I will not be paying that for medium specialty Pizza from there.But it was great for ten dollars
I’m a local in the area and have ordered from this location multiple times with good experiences. I usually order through the mobile app for pickup this time I ordered for delivery. I placed my order at 1:09 and the driver arrived at 1:26 (granted I’m 4 mins down the road). My order was correct and piping hot. I will continue to order.
I gave 3 stars because it is always hit or miss. Sometimes our food is fresh and hot, other times it's o er cooked, or simply just not good. This last order, we ordered the cookie brownie and they literally pieces together an order from other orders. It was mostly made of corner pieces. Did they think we would notice that?? Come on.
This was my first time ordering from this location and last. First I ordered curbside but ended up going in because noone came out. They were having a hard time locating my order even with me providing them the number. I somewhat checked the pizzas. My fault for not being more thorough. Lesson learned. Got home to uncut pizzas with super dry, powdery pizza crust and little to no sauce Very poor quality at this location. I've had other orders from other locations that haven't been cut the best but the pizza was still very good. Not here. If you don't have to go to this location don't. I would've driven back but my family was hungry so we just made do and finished cutting and ate this low quality pizza. Plus I didn't feel like getting back out in the heat. Please do better for your customers.
Customer service should not be replaced by an AI and call center that can’t confirm your store location. Ordering pizza should not be that difficult. Won’t have my business again.
Took over an hour after ordering food came cold and incorrect. Had to take it back up there since they would not answer the phone. Went inside to find others with the same issue.offered a free drink for the trouble. This location needs new management and restarted. Training on basic order reading may be helpful. Avoid this one at all costs unless you like cold incorrect pizza
I waited close to 40 minutes really 50 for my order just for it to be Very stiff and not cut properly very disappointed with the service tonight. And I never really wait that long and they have been way better
The food that was delivered was not edible with missing items (sauces specifically). The buffalo chicken pizza had no sauce on it, barely any chicken, and a bunch of banana peppers. So dry. We called the store, spoke with a female and she offered to give us a “credit”, i.e., a free pizza. We don’t plan on ever eating here again, at this franchise location or any other one, so what a waste. Don’t eat here. Don’t give Domino’s your money.
I ordered pizza at 8:43 and it was not delivered for 2 hours , I called and the guy working there hung up the phone upon me with attitude, without any apology, all I wanted was the update and a simple apology from the staff but I did not get any , later a lady picked up the call but still did not apologize, whoever is managing the store do do better job on training these people how to handle their mistakes , but I see other reviews and this will be my last time ever ordering from this place, the staff is not professional at all. One advice go to different store
UPDATE its been 1 hour and 10 minutes - im going to keep everyone updated on the service here - I called the main Dominos number and was transferred to an older gentleman who hun up on me when I confirmed my location and my order and asked him when my pizza would be delivered. I called the location and the young lady working there assured me my pizza was about to be delivered, 1 hour and 25 minutes after i ordered it. She told me my pizza was about to be delivered! Still NO pizza after 1 hour and 37 minutes. I drove to the location just to try and help these unfortunate people that are 5 mins from my location. The lites are off at this Dominoes location at 9:15 pm! If you value your earnings, do not order from this location. May be a scam! I gave Dominoes one last chance - after finding a pizza on my doorstep with bugs in it, then the "replacement" I had to pay for and not one last chance, a two topping ouzza on special! Its been over 30 minutes since I placed my order, I called the location to find out where my pizza is because the keep changing the tracker times- the location hung up on me when I asked where my pizza was. Do not order from this location, they ignore order requests and simply do not deliver!!!! Try Pizza Hut down the street!! Please see update above .....
I waited more than 20 minutes for my pizza to be prepared. I wasn't even that full. I don't understand why it takes so long to make a pizza, then even more waiting for the oven. I don't understand why I have to wait so long for just one pizza. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. I love Dominos, but this is not the right place to order. a dry pizza, with almost no chicken and burnt cheese, what a bad experience.
Went in there and got treated like crap! Came in and waited 10min for someone to come around the corner then we she came around the corner she canceled my first payment because I didn’t put a tip and the next time I went to go pay and didn’t put a tip for carry out she put her hand up scoffed and walked away. I had to grab my own receipt and reach over the counter to grab my pizzas. I didn’t get my garlic cup that they charge you for. No customer service of any kind. Will not be going back to this location.
My burnt Buffalo Chicken Pizza was terrible. You can't cook a THIN crust pizza for the same amount of time you would a regular crust pizza. Barely any Chicken. All of it in the center. No Buffalo sauce as the crust sauce... just slathered on top. It was a mess. I won't be ordering from here again. Look at that Pizza!
I order delivery from this store at least once a month. Today I was delivered a cold pizza that looks as if someone just threw a hand full of cold beef on top. When I called to get a replacement I spoke with a manager named Valerie, who only said she would replace it and disconnected. I called back and this same Valerie argued with me that she told me she would replace it. But never said when or what time. Very rude and unnecessary, but who's looking for professionalism anyway!? It's just a pizza right? Yawl need to do better but I cancelled the order. That one time was enough for me to never order from them again. Too bad because I really like the pizza, but my money is valuable.
Ordered a XL Brooklyn style cheese pizza it arrived messed up, i called the store they gave me problems about remaking the pizza because some of it was already ate but I have kids that had been waiting on it. If they couldn't remake it, fine give me a partial refund. But they finally opted to remake the pizza and send it back out. The remake arrived worse than the first pizza. Called the store they told me there is nothing they can do for me can't refund and can't remake the pizza. They also forgot my 2 liter Pibb extra and 6 cups of ranch on the first delivery had to call and tell them about the Pibb, I was heated and didn't even mention the cups of ranch they forgot. It's probably not the stores fault or whoever made the pizza, it's the delivery driver that's either taking turns too fast or holding the pizza bag sideways. When I spend $60 on pizza and $5 on a tip before I even get the service, expectations are a little high. No way for me to remove my tip. I have ordered this same exact pizza from the same store multiple times and I have never had this issue with the pizza sliding around or whatever the issue is. The lady on the phone said this is normal, and the Brooklyn style pizza is just flimsy.
So I have ordered from this location about 2 times maybe 3 max and the service is HORRIBLE. They do not sever follow directions you pay for three toppings and they give you the equivalent of 1 all together and I ask for well done otherwise it basically comes raw and they have yet to deliver it in the way I ask and not to mention the hard thank you to my 16 year old for not tipping the driver because 1000% the order comes wrong and generally I don’t mind tipping. Pizza was the option because I had surgery and couldn’t drive or lift anything, but I love dominos the store up the street is my favorite and I wish I could pay them to deliver to me. Had to put the pizza in the microwave to get it how I ordered it. Sadly I ordered a pizza they got it wrong called them and they offered to remake it and still got it wrong which speaks to my history. This will be my last time order here until either new management or better cooks
Store 6947 - This is how both of our pizzas were just delivered. Called the store to complain and got hung up on. Took the pizzas back to the store and was met with unbelievable unprofessionalism. They told me they wouldn’t refund my money, wouldn’t give me the manager’s name or district manager’s name. It went down hill from there. There is so much more to this debacle but I’ve already wasted an hour of my life that I can’t get back. Also, I didn’t think a business could prop their employee entrance open so anyone can use it. I was already inside the store before an employee told me I had used their entrance and had to go back out and enter through the customer entrance. I also don’t think its sanitary to allow female employees to have long, dirty nails in a food industry business.
Ordered three large pizzas at 8:18pm today didn't get delivered until 10:25pm and have been on hold for the last 20 minutes to speak to a manager. Not only did it take two hours, but it was cold and our pizza had no sauce. It's hard, not fresh at all. Even my kids won't eat it. I want a full refund! We will never order from Domino's again as we don't have an option of locations. Update: After spending nearly an HOUR on hold to speak to a manager he told me I ordered the pizza without sauce (completely untrue) when he realized that was incorrect he then had the audacity to tell me "I am the only one in the kitchen, I made your pizza and know that there is sauce (we ordered 3 large pizzas) and I was welcome to bring the pizzas at almost 11pm at night to the store so he could inspect them himself. I have three kids. There is no way Im driving anywhere after spending almost 45 dollars to prove my order was incorrect. After he argued with me for another 15 minutes he finally refunded my money. We will NEVER order from Domino's again, especially if it has to be this location. The Manger was extremely rude, unapologetic, made every excuse in the world and then wanted me to DRIVE TO THE STORE TO PROVE NO SAUCE WAS ON IT. IF I WANTED TO DRIVE TO THE STORE, I WOULDN'T HAVE PAID AND TIPPED TO HAVE IT DELIVERED!
